Cons: The room temperature was to hot and the aircon did not make any difference. It said 19.5 degrees but no difference between the 23 degrees setting. We had the same issue on our previous stay with you the room temperature to hot.

Великолепный отель! Он просто невероятно стильный в каждой мелочи и детали, просто эстетическая услада. При заезде написали письмо, подарки подарок - носочки и шоколад, при выезде тоже написали благодарственное письмо. В номере тепло, хотя во время поездки было очень холодно на улице. Несколько раз ходили на завтрак, выбор не супер большой, но все есть, продукты высокого качества. А какой красивый бар на первом этаже! Было приятным удивлением, что у отеля есть сауна и спорт зал, к сожалению, сходить не успели, поэтому не могу ничего написать. В общем, я очень советую этот отель, плюс, еще и находится в самом лучшем районе.

Cons: Минусов и замечаний нет, единственное, что номера не очень больше, но это во всех отелях Парижа в центре.

Very friendly staff. The front desk staff helped us book a taxi to catch a really early train. Also there are three bottles of water in the hotel room and you could refill them at the front desk for free. Plus, it’s a perfect location! You could easily reach all tourist spots by subway line 4,6 and 12.

We were very well taken care of. My dog even had a bed and bowls waiting for him in the room. We loved the little details of the room. It is located in a fantastic place. Everything was pretty walkable for us. Very quiet, as we were hoping for. It was very handy to have parking in the building as well. We loved the reusable water bottles that we could bring. They were very accommodating.

Cons: The room was slightly smaller than we might have liked, but definitely bigger than usual for Paris! There really wasn't anything else we didn't like!

The bed is very comfortable thats my favorite part. The location is also great; 1. very good access to public transportations 2. very safe neighborhood 3. There are plenty of food, shops, and mall in walking distance. Also the shampoo, soap, lotion etc are all from diptique and smells amazing.

Cons: We stayed in the kings signature room (mid sized one of the hotel) and the room still felt crowded for two very skinny girls. The poppy bar was only opened for privatization which was actually something we really looked forward in visiting but didn't get to go.

This hotel is perfectly located on a quiet street in the Saint-Germain district, just a 3 min walk from metro and bus stations, 5-7 min walk from cafés, restaurants, and Le Bon Marché. The rooms are modern, fresh, and well soundproofed. The staff are welcoming and professional, and the breakfast is very good. A comfortable and convenient place to stay in Paris. Definitely will come back.

Cons: Il n'a aucun room service ce qui est vraiment décevant pour cette gamme de prix et dans ce cas l'hotel devrait au moins proposer des mini bar remplis, ils sont à ce jour - comme dans beaucoup d'hotel vide avec juste 2 bouteilles d'eau. C'est dommage car cela fait partie de l'expérience d'un hotel haut de gamme. C'est mon troisième séjour et je trouve que le chauffage- climatiseur fonctionne mal et fait beaucoup de bruit. Le rapport qualité prix de l'hotel est assez mauvais.

De inrichting van het hotel door Fabrizio Casiraghi is magnifiek. Op het hotel an sich valt niks op te merken: het is prachtig, charmant en fantastisch goed gelegen.

Cons: Het barpersoneel daarentegen hoorde er niet thuis, was antipathiek, had gewoon geen zin om drankjes te serveren en dat was aan alles te merken. Om 22u mochten we nog één drankje bestellen, verschillende gasten die na ons kwamen kregen zelfs geen drankje meer geserveerd: jammer voor de hotelbar. Dan baat je beter geen hotelbar uit. In het algemeen kan de hospitality een pak beter!

While the hotel is very nice and is located in a wonderful neighborhood, some of the staff are not up to the professional level I would expect of this tier of a hotel. I booked it specifically, because a Conde Nast article mentioned how great it was for families. Unfortunately, there was not much effort by the front desk staff to expedite an early check-in for us despite us having traveled for 18 hours and arrived very tired or prioritize our room since we were traveling with a child. There was no effort to make our wait more comfortable in the small lobby or to give us updates. A bit disappointing given how nice the hotel is.

Cons: The hotel is unfortunately completely overheated. Myself, my partner and other guests suffered at the hands of “airconditioning” that didn’t go below 24c (we got a thermometer to check). We were offered a fan that did little to no good to cool down the room, and were offered to strip the sheets which I cannot sleep without. If we were offered guidance that the hotel was very hotel we probably would have booked elsewhere, so was just disappointing as every member of staff was so lovely. From our perspective, we just did not enjoy as being in the hotel made us overheated and just not restful.

Cons: My booking.com data was leaked to an Indian scammer trying to phish me via WhatsApp. They messaged me on the 2nd day of my stay, pretending to be the hotel management, asking me to click a link to confirm my reservation. The scammer had my name, hotel, booking dates, and phone number. The hotel confirmed the text is not legitimate. I was not the only guest impacted, but only guests who booked through this platform received the message. The hotel blames booking.com. Booking.com blames the hotel. Neither have followed up on my complaint on where security has been compromised, resulting in my data being leaked. This is a textbook GDPR breach, and I don't believe it has been reported to either the ICO or CNIL as is legally required.

I chose the hotel for all the above, as well as closeness to my school, so everything was in walking distance. My room was quiet and comfortable. The staff were always helpful, and friendly. Some minor complaints: the hot water in my bathroom lavatory was more of a trickle, which I mentioned to the staff (without any fix). However the shower delivered hot water just fine. The other minor complaint is that the elevators are very slow.

I have stayed in many charming accommodations for decades in the 6th but Hôtel des Grands Voyagers proved to be a freshly pleasant and superior surprise, booked via Preferred Hotels. The location, ambiance, decor, staff, comfort, room appointments, and reasonable price cannot be beat. The front staff, especially Marco and Sarah, were exceptionally accommodating and patient with American guests like myself full of questions. The adorable spotless shiplike cabin room held the conveniences of a fridge/Nespresso/kettle. Having a sophisticated restaurant and bar downstairs was welcome on cold rainy nights after long days out. I loved every bit of my week stay and will definitely look no further next time I go to Paris!

This is a hotel I will definitely return to with family and friends! The space is lovely and quiet. My room was extremely comfortable and the cleanliness is impeccable. All the staff are warm, friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. The bar is a great place for an apero. Finally, the location is ideal. it's very walkable and close to metro stops, as well as the Luxembourg Gardens, Rodin Museum, and Bon Marche-fantastic! I highly recommend this hotel!

This is no 4 star hotel - no bathroom vanity, no clothes dresser, and a closet about 14 inches wide. We stayed there for 8 days, with four suitcases on the floor and a mobile clothes rack. This was my second time staying at Hotel Des Grand Voyagers and it was as consistently good as the first time. It’s comfortable, and the rooms are very clean and quiet!The housekeepers do a fantastic job! As in my first review,I’d like to mention the staff because that’s what I think sets this hotel in this price range apart from all the others, as this was my 7th trip to Paris and this was the only place in Paris I chose to stay twice! They are patient, and genuinely interested in helping their guests with whatever they need. They never make you feel annoying even when you are being annoying 😆as a solo traveler whose not really used to traveling solo, I cannot say enough how I appreciate the help when I need it. They make the hotel the kind of place worth coming back too!!It’s good vibes with a really nice atmosphere. The standouts who I’d like to mention are Paula, and Sarah who really helped me with a situation when I was in a pinch,and went above and beyond to help me out! Jao who always gives the best information on where,how, and what to see…And last but not least Marco Antoine. I truly believe he sets the tone for the kind of experience and warmth hotel guests feel when they enter. He leads by example, I really feel at home when I walk in because of his hospitality. If he ever goes to another hotel, I hope he reaches out to me because I’d follow him there lol! My only constructive criticism would be, I wish they would keep bottled water in the rooms more than just the first night, and not ask guests to bring their stainless bottles back for refills. In my humble opinion it is not nice to be drinking from the same bottle of water without proper cleaning tools to clean the water bottles and it seems a bit too frugal…other than that, I’d still recommend this hotel highly.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel during our 12 nights in Paris. We have nothing but positive things to say as staying at this hotel made our vacation very convenient and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating especially Marco who gave us good recommendations on restos and places to visit. Our room was always clean so we commend the maintenance team for their great service. The resto at the hotel served very good food where we once had a very nice dinner. Location was superb as it was close to many cafes and shops. Le Grande Epicerie de Paris (gourmet grocery) is a 5-7 min walk away which will give you tons of food options for your stay as well as food to bring home. Highly recommended hotel if you plan to visit Paris! 👍

I really like the location of the hotel - two metro stations are around the corner, and all the main sites of the Saint Germain district are within 10 minutes walking distance. There are lots of lovely cafes and restaurants around as well. The hotel has very cozy rooms with comfortable beds, as well as Diptyque cosmetics in the bathroom. I especially want to thank Honorine Haumesser for taking care of me and always being very professional and welcoming! It has been my 5th time staying Hotel des Grands Voyageurs, and I am definitely coming back.

Mesquinerie. la douche fuit ( fuite sur douchette) et à 6h du matin coule toute seule ( robinet bien fermé) … Le menu du restaurant n’est pas très fourni. c’est original . il faut apprivoiser la porte de la chambre ( difficile car il faut agir avec force et … conviction). Rapport qualité prix défavorable par rapport à un ou deux hôtels dans les parages (3 étoiles seulement) que je connais ( malheureusement sans disponibilités à cette période). Il y a beaucoup de chambres et beaucoup de personnes différentes à la réception, ce qui ne permet pas un accueil plus chaleureux des petits hôtels.

We spent 5 nights at Des Grand Voyageurs and were very pleased with everything about our stay. The hotel is in a safe, vibrant area within a block of restaurants, patisseries, chocolatiers, and many other small shops, as well as a major metro station. The hotel itself was modern but not sterile. The room was spacious and well designed with a very comfortable bed. Of particular note, however, was the professionalism of the staff. Everyone was extremely helpful with any request we had and provided great follow up. For example, I asked someone at the front desk if he could reserve a table for us at a small jazz club. He tried at the time but no one answered. Either he or another person for whom he left a message later succeeded in getting through, only to be told none was available. The next day I had a message in my inbox informing me of the lack of availability. I didn’t need to follow up. They handled everything perfectly. This is only one of several examples of exemplary service we experienced at the hotel.

My friends and I were so lucky to find this quaint hotel in Saint Germain. From start to finish the experience was so enjoyable. The staff fielded all of our questions and concerns seamlessly and with actual pleasure. And as you know ‘customer service’ these days is a dying skill! The hotel itself is the perfect size. Not boutique but not huge. My room was a corner suite which was roomy, well appointed and had a great layout and view. The breakfast offered a complete assortment of what most want to start the day. The restaurant also offered a lovely menu. We were surprised at the number of locals that ate at the hotel, a testament to the quality. Every night the restaurant space was booked to capacity and one evening a group of 20 booked a party there. But by far the best part of the hotel were the people, always friendly and approachable. I’ll return someday.

My wife and I and a friend of ours stayed here for several nights in late September 2025. The hotel is very nice and clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly. We didn't eat at the restaurant, but the bar was great with cool vibes! Feel free to ask for refills of sparkling water. My only negatives are the rooms are on the smaller side which is normal for Europe and especially paris. I also wish we could have had connecting rooms. Overall, we would definitely stay here again. Also, it's only a few blocks from the Luxembourg gardens which I highly recommend. We could easily spend a whole day wandering in there.

The hotel is quiet and we stayed at the junior suite which was quiet and overlooked an inner court that was great for us. While centrally located in our beloved left bank, it's a quiet street with very little traffic so makes for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was fine and the bar service is decent.

Cons: The rooms are a little tired. It's cute and romantic in a way but it could use some improvement. The junior suite is very spacious but it's basically a room for people with accessibility needs. The bathroom is sweet but the sink could use some more. It's a very nice hotel but value for money is a bit challenging. There is sort of a gym that consists of one free running treadmill and a rowing machine with some free weights. There is also a sauna that was nice. The equipment is very basic and the basement location makes it less attractive.

В номере есть всё необходимое: кофе, чай, тапочки и косметика Diptyque — приятный бонус. Отдельно хочу отметить персонал: очень дружелюбный, внимательный и всегда готов помочь. Расположение отличное — до Люксембургского сада минут 10 пешком, рядом множество уютных булочных, кофеен и ресторанов. Станция метро буквально в двух минутах ходьбы. Депозит тоже вернули очень быстро! Это был первый раз моей мамы в Париже и очень рада, что мы остановились именно в этом отеле!

The location was excellent and very convenient, being close to the metro, various restaurants, and within walking distance of the River Seine. We really enjoyed our stay at Des Grands Voyageurs! Attentive staff, and an especially welcoming bellhop, who we enjoyed seeing each day. The room had a lot of great touches, like small minibar included and refilled (with snacks, Coke products, beers), a little welcome gift, etc. They offered refillable water bottles, which was a little odd (3 euros to replace them or get a new one), but it was nice they'd fill your water bottles. The location is wonderful - just a block off the Sainte-Placide Metro and walkable to the Jardin du Luxembourg, shopping, restaurants, etc. We love this area, as it's somewhat more residential but still very close to our favorite attractions. Bed was comfortable and the rooms were well-appointed. Breakfast was also good. Would have been nice to have eggs and coffee to order, as the coffee machine coffee in particular wasn't great, but overall very nice, especially for a 4-star property. Also nice that there was a fitness center. Would have liked to see some smaller weights than 11lbs, but other than that, it was sufficent for travel workouts. The restaurant and bar area are beautiful, but we were disappointed to see that the bar was dead every night. No guests or outside patrons. We really love a lively bar at a hotel and this bar has a lot of potential. Overall, we had a great stay. The value of the room rate was good for the quality (i.e. it was not inexpensive at all, but not overpriced). We would definitely stay at this hotel again!

We spent 3 wonderful night at the Hotel Voyageurs. The staff at the reception desk were more than kind to us. My husband was having trouble walking and they helped up borrow a wheelchair while we were there. We loved the location of the hotel. Close to so much. Thanks for helping to make our visit to Paris so memorable!

Fantastic location. Metro stop a block away. Room was very comfortable and clean and bright. It was on the smaller side which is very common for Paris but we were able to make it work with 2 large suitcases. Comfortable beds and pillows. We didn’t eat at the property however the bar area is very nice and the staff all seemed lovely

This is a small boutique hotel that is in a quiet, safe area of the 6th arrondisement. There are 3 cafes only steps away from the hotel for easy breakfast or coffee, and there are 2 metro stops within 1-2 blocks that can get you easily anywhere in the city. It was about a 1 mile walk to the seine/Notre dame but that meant that it was much more clean and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful, the cleaning staff did an impeccable job daily. The amenities were everything you need - air conditioning, fast free WiFi, nespresso maker in the room, mini-fridge, shampoo/conditioner/body wash and even shower cap and rags provided. The restaurant is excellent if a little pricey, and there are restaurants within blocks that are excellent as well!! Crying tiger for Thai, Hando for Japanese, Chez Germain for French and RAF for a normal latte. Loved the stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel des Grands Voyageurs! Its location was ideal, in the 6th arrondissement, with shopping, cafes, and easy Metro access all close by. The hotel was charming, and our room had a very comfortable king size bed. We chose to have breakfast included with our stay, and it was well worth it. They provided many options for a delicious, complete breakfast each morning. We decided to eat dinner in the restaurant one evening, and it was also quite good. Service at the hotel was impeccable from housekeeping, to the wait staff, to the front desk personnel. I especially appreciated the concierge assistance I received from Irini and Claire, who helped plan each day! Because of them, we were able to make good use of our time and not feel rushed. They were so easy to work with, had great recommendations, and took care of getting all the tickets, reservations, etc. that we needed. We couldn’t thank these women enough! Looking forward to returning to Hotel des Grands Voyageur again soon!

We stayed here for four nights for our 40th wedding anniversary celebration. The hotel is in a fabulous location, a short metro ride from Gare Du Nord, in a quiet but also buzzy, cool part of St Germain. The main Paris attractions, Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame, Arc de Triumph, Louvre and more are all within easy reach along with the fabulous Luxembourg Gardens nearby. The room, a Junior Suite, was spacious, imacculately clean and well appointed. The bed was the most comfortable one we’ve ever experienced. The staff were fantastic, so friendly and attentive. The restaurant and bar staff were especially helpful and knowledgeable. We were made to feel very special during our stay.

How lucky we were to find Hotel des Grands Voyageurs for our recent five night stay in Paris. Where do I start? The hotel is beautiful and we were so fortunate to have a king size, comfortable bed to sleep in. The location, in the 6th, was wonderful with restaurants, shops and Metro stops nearby. The staff was incredible. Irini helped us with everything and everywhere we wanted to go. Always a smile on her face and welcoming us by name. Claire, in Irini's absence was equally as helpful. Also, Rinchen, who glided around the restaurant taking care of everyone's culinary needs. We will ALWAYS stay in this wonderful hotel on future trips to Paris!!!

It is always a pleasure to return to the Hôtel Des Grands Voyageurs. I find the service professional and welcoming, and I feel like my family and I will be well cared for. We travel with our dog and opt for the larger rooms, as the extra space is very much appreciated. Rooms are larger than most in central Paris. It is also rare to find a hotel with a garage where you can reserve a space. This was my 5th or 6th stay at the hotel. I've stayed here on my own, with my husband, as well as with visiting family. Excellent location convenient to Cherche Midi, La Grande Epicerie, and the metro. Traveling by train at Montparnasse is also convenient. Walking to Luxembourg Gardens is possible, too.

Ideally located near the Saint-Germain-des-Prés district, the Le Bon Marché department store, Saint-Placide metro station, Rue de Rennes, Boulevard Raspail and Rue de Sèvres, it is the perfect place to stay. It serves a wonderful brunch on Sundays. The bathroom is stocked with Diptyque skincare products, and the food is supplied by La Grande Epicerie du Bon Marché. Even the restaurant's chairs are made by Maison Gatti. The devil is in the details!

Cons: Some of the staff are a bit cold. It would be much appreciated if there were more upgrade options for regular clients.

Cons: The WiFi didn't work for most of the time which was really annoying. Staff said their was a glitch on one of the days, but ever since the WiFi barely worked again. Also the cleaning service forgot to bring back tea and coffee glasses every morning, so we had to ask for them. It was also odd that the cleaning service suddenly came by the door one morning to casually ask if everything was OK (and did the same at the other doors). Never had this before in a hotel and seemed a bit weird rather than service-focused. If anything were wrong, we'd obviously would have mentioned it at the reception.

L’emplacement est parfait, dans le quartier de la tour Montparnasse, à proximité de nombreux restaurants et bistrots. La chambre était lumineuse et offrait un bel espace (pour le centre de Paris). Le sauna était également un endroit agréable pour se détendre. Le personnel de la réception est très gentil, accueillant et extrêmement professionnel.

Cons: La moquette dans les chambres n’est jamais une bonne idée lorsqu’on n’a pas les moyens de la maintenir propre, et la décoration était un peu vieillotte. La femme de chambre n’a pas enlevé les verres sales dans la salle de bain et n’a pas remplacé ceux qu’elle avait pris près de la machine à café, ainsi que la tasse. Nous avons donc dû boire notre café dans un verre et nous étions obligées de les laver nous-mêmes. C’était pratique d’avoir des peignoirs de bain spa et des pantoufles pour aller au sauna, mais les deux étaient immenses et très difficiles à porter. Nous sommes deux petites femmes et nous avions l’air déguisées en "Petit Prince qui fait du ski". De plus en plus d’hôtels proposent désormais différentes tailles de peignoirs : il suffirait d’ajouter une phrase lors de la réservation pour permettre aux clients d’indiquer s’ils ont besoin d’une taille plus petite. Un simple choix P-M-G serait parfait.

This is a nifty hotel in the 6th ARR which is a nice section of Paris. We really enjoyed staying here. The hotel is literally just steps away from the Saint Placide Metro station and is convenient to grocery stores, restaurants and shops of different sorts. It is only an 8-10 minute walk to the Luxembourg Gardens, and perhaps 25 minutes to Saint Chapelle and the other major tourist attractions. We had a junior suite for 2 nights in August of 2025 and the suite was exactly as depicted by the on-line description and photographs. The front desk was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with and was even able to check us in early, which was fantastic since we had come in from the US on an overnight flight. One other to mention is that breakfast was compact but extremely good. The hotel offered a nice variety of choices for the breakfast, which was a continental buffet, although it also included bacon and eggs. We would highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again in the future.

Если вы любите гулять, то пешком от отеля до Лувра - 25 минут, а до Эйфелевой башни - 35 мин. Нам нравилось гулять по улицам Парижа. Рядом башня Монпарнас, обязательно сходить и посмотреть на Париж с высоты 56 этажа. В отеле очень тщательно следят за высоким качеством обслуживания, отличная косметика: шампунь, гель для душа, бальзам и лосьон! Кровать, одеяла, подушки, халаты и полотенца - обалденные! При заселении нам предложили приветственное шампанское и сказали Welcome to Paris! Это было так мило! Вообще бар отличный и персонал в гостинице приятный! С любовью вспоминаем дни, проведённые в этом отеле, будем всем рекомендовать и обязательно вернёмся ещё раз!

My family of four really enjoyed our stay. There were plenty of lovely restaurants nearby, and many of the shopping areas we visited were within walking distance. The largest perk (no pun intended) was the size of our room. There was plenty of space for us and our two teenage boys in adjoining rooms. The staff was courteous and friendly.

Excellent. Room was spacious, shower terrific. Location close to trains and supermarkets 2 blocks away. Staff were super friendly and helpful gave us a drink and croissants on arrival. Breakfast was amazing- cereals , a range of breads and pastries jams , honey , scrambled egg, bacon cook your own boiled eggs everything. Would love to return. Tony & Geri

The service was excellent as were the facilities. I was nervous about the room size however upon arrival was pleased to find they were quite spacious (classic queen room). Room and bathroom lovely. Nice sheets and towels. Great bed and block out curtains. Excellent hotel service by cleaners, bar and reception. The gym and sauna were good. Would stay again and also recommend. We were able to store our bags on final day before going to the airport (check out 12pm and stored bags until 630pm). They do ask a deposit per night not initially listed however no issues providing it or getting it back. We will be back!

Cons: Cuboard space is limited but did the job for me and my boyfriend left his things in the suitcase.

Absolutely Unacceptable – Dirty Carpet, Locked Key Card Without Notice, and a Mouse at Reception! I had the worst hotel experience of my life at Hôtel des Grands Voyageurs. On August 2nd, the hotel locked my key card without any notice, claiming the housekeeping staff had found a stain on the carpet – a stain that was already there when I checked in. I was shocked to learn that instead of speaking to me first, they decided to take unilateral action and cut off my room access. When I asked them to provide proof (such as a pre-check-in photo), they couldn't. Instead, they accused me of causing the stain, just because my check-in was at 5:00 PM and my photo was taken at 5:35 PM. That logic is absurd – it shows bias and unjustified suspicion toward me as a guest. Later, I enhanced the photo I took right after entering the room, and the stain was clearly visible (attached below). Yet the hotel refused to acknowledge their mistake and continued blaming me. To make things worse, I saw a mouse in the lobby near the front desk. I took a picture to prove it (see below). How can a so-called 4-star hotel allow such hygiene issues and still point fingers at guests? I felt deeply disrespected, unfairly treated, and even discriminated against. This is not about the money – it’s about dignity and basic respect. Stay away from this hotel if you value cleanliness, transparency, and fair treatment.

This hotel was my choice based on its comfortable walk from the Montparnasse train station. During my 5 night stay, a couple of staff members stood out as friendlier and more approachable, especially Richen at the morning breakfasts. He was always welcoming and cheerful. Also, the bartender who lives in Versailles was helpful sharing useful information. I appreciated the healthy choices at the breakfast buffet. Location of the hotel was near many Metro transportation (trains and buses) that made getting around Paris easy and also manageable to travel to nearby out of the city attractions such as Monet's home and gardens in Vernon/Giverny (worthwhile) and Versailles (massive crowds that felt not only unsafe to me but unhealthy as well). The nearby Bon Marche luxury department store, especially the food/market area, was definitely a feast for the eyes and a must visit experience.

Cons: My initial impression of the check in staff left much to be desired in the "welcoming" department. The reception/check in area is designed so that you must walk right past the 2 on duty staff members each time you enter or exit the hotel. Usually they were busy on their computers and offered no greeting or farewell unless I spoke first.

Perfect for parents with a baby! We had an amazing stay at Hôtel Des Grands Voyageurs. As parents traveling by car, we were so relieved to find safe (and affordable!) parking right in the heart of Paris! The hotel is incredibly baby-friendly: they provided a baby bed and a shower stand when we arrived. The room’s clean, and the hotel location is super lovely. Special thanks to Roman, who was exceptionally kind and helpful during our stay. The level of care and hospitality here is truly impressive. Also all shower products are from Diptyque. Such a nice touch!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. First of all, I’d like to highlight the great location — everything is close by and easily accessible, whether for walking or using public transport. The hotel is clean and recently renovated, with a fresh and modern feel. The room was comfortable: the bed and pillows were cozy, and the bathroom fixtures were in excellent condition — everything worked perfectly. Breakfasts were similar each day, but there was always enough variety: eggs, vegetables, fish, and cheese — everything was fresh and tasty. I’d especially like to thank Svitlana and Romain — they were incredibly kind, attentive, and pleasant to talk to. They create a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes you want to come back. I sincerely recommend this hotel!

Lobby bathrooms: create an unpleasant smell at breakfast, noticeable while you stand by the coffee machine.

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel! First off it’s in an amazing location just a few short blocks away from Le Bon Marche and that amazing gorgeous supermarket attached to it Le Grande Epicerie. This supermarket will make your heart pound. Not only is it gorgeous but it had every delicacy you could ever want. The surrounding area of the hotel is packed with cafes, resteraunts, a farmer’s market on saturdays and an over all great vibe. Secondly, the hotel is quiet and peaceful. The rooms are clean, the shower is good and the beds are comfortable. I stayed close to 2 weeks and literally never heard anyone in the hallway ever! How this is possible I don’t know 🤔😂. Last but not least the staff are incredible!!! They are warm, welcoming, kind and so helpful with whatever you need!! They are so top notch and the sole reason I even felt compelled to write a review in the first place. In fact this is my first review I’ve ever wrote on trip advisor!! I was traveling alone and felt so safe at this hotel, it really was an incredible experience to hanks to the wonderful staff. I look forward to coming back soon!!!!!!
