Man kommt ins Hotel und wird an der Rezeption nur mit unfreundlichen Gesichtern begrüßt - man fühlt sich nicht als willkommen an. Der Geruch in dem Hotel und in den Zimmern ist wirklich nicht zumutbar, nicht mal die geöffneten Fenster nehmen den unangenehmen Geruch raus. Die Fenster und Türen sind sehr schlecht zu schließen. Die Dusche war defekt. Das Hotel allgemein sehr in die Jahre gekommen und es wird nicht investiert - wie man leider feststellen muss. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr unfreundlich, beim Frühstück sind die Tische nicht abgeräumt, werden nicht eingedeckt - obwohl das Personal sieht das man auf einen Tisch wartet und gern frühstücken würde. Wir haben dann selbst abgeräumt. Das Servicepersonal ist mehr mit dem Handy beschäftigt als sich auf die Gäste zu konzentrieren. Die Preise an der Bar sind absolut überteuert. Die Kaffeemaschinen waren entweder defekt oder mussten gereinigt werden - und keiner hat sich zuständig gefühlt. Wir werden diesem Hotel nie wieder einen Besuch abstatten oder es weiter empfehlen. Man ist ja sowieso nicht willkommen.
Cons: Der Service ist sehr schlecht. Der Geruch in dem Hotel lässt zu wünschen übrig und die Preise im Restaurant/Bar sind völlig überteuert. Das Personal ist sehr unfreundlich. Das Frühstück war leider sehr mangelhaft, immer hat etwas gefehlt, die Tische waren nicht abgeräumt, man musste teilweise selbst eindecken um überhaupt frühstücken zu können.

Pool området var helt fantastiskt, det var lite därför vi bokade detta hotell. Så därför ger jag hotellet betyg 3. Frukost ok. Nära in till Florens men frågade vi i receptionen så var de inte så hjälpsamma med hur man skulle ta sig. Vi kom fram till att buss 23A gick till centrum. Detta hotell har så otroligt stor potential att kunna leva upp till ett 4⭐️ hotell men det gör det absolut inte i dagsläget.
Cons: Det var så dåligt städat, väldigt slitet och lite halv äckligt. Personalen var några väldigt arroganta medan några var väldigt vänliga.

The hallway floors were dirty, and inside the room the floors were cracked and the walls were peeling. The bed sheets were extremely thin—so thin that even after the bed was made, the mattress was clearly visible. Between the two thin sheets, the quilt itself was yellow (hard to see in photos, but noticeable in person). The TV/remote did not work at all, and the AC stopped functioning overnight, flashing an extremely bright “HELP” message that made it difficult to sleep. Breakfast was also misleading. The hotel states it starts at 7am, but when I arrived, the area was empty with no staff present. The following morning, I came an hour before breakfast ended and everything was already gone—empty juice containers, dirty plates, and used cups left out. Photos included for transparency. This property needs serious attention to cleanliness, maintenance, and basic guest comfort.

Cons: The hotel needs a renovation, and the breakfast is so-so, but that's one thing. The biggest issue was that the room was very hot, 30 degrees (I took a photo of the thermometer). Once I raised the issue with the hotel staff they were profoundly unapologetic and unemphatic. All they could say is last week guests complained it was too cold, so they had to crank the heating up (really bad excuse) and that the hotel is fully booked, so no chance to change rooms. They reception staff could only give me the smart advice to keep the window open... really? That's all you can say? Brilliant advice, which also occurred to me of course, which is way I kept opening and closing the window all night, because once the room cooled down the cold air from outside was coming directly on me, and I already was sick with a cold, but once I closed it, it heated back up again in 2 hours... thanks for the advice. It is deeply unprofessional, and speaks volumes about the lack of quality control (or disregard of it), that such a room was given to a hotel guest, and made pay full price. Also, staff should be trained better to handle such a situation, show some empathy at least, not just speak Italian amongst themselves and shrug their shoulders. 30 degrees in a room is simply not acceptable, end of story. Such a room could not be given to guest, it is uninhabitable, impossible to sleep inside. Great to know the guest last week was complaining that it was too cold... So I guess it was not only me that had a bad experience. Chasing profit and full occupancy is all well and good, but only if the conditions in the rooms are appropriate. You should leave such a room empty next time until you find a way to get the temperature under control. This is unacceptable!

Cons: La struttura andrebbe decisamente rivista almeno negli spazi comuni, la moquette dei corridoi é davvero sporca e vecchia. Entrando si è accolti da un terribile odore di fognatura che per fortuna non si avverte nelle stanze. In camera c’erano 29,5 gradi e non era possibile accendere il condizionatore perché centralizzato. É stato necessario, quindi, tenere le finestre aperte tutta la notte; non il massimo, sia per i rumori che per gli insetti. La colazione é stata piuttosto deludente

Cons: Camera orribile, porta del bagno marcia, vasca da bagno e lavandino scrostati, assenza di luci ( solo 2 inutili faretti sopra i comodini). Puzza di fogna in tutti gli spazi comuni. La colazione si compone di brioche dure e vecchie, torte confezionate e personale incompetente. 150 euro a notte è una follia..per una simile sistemazione 70 euro sarebbero già troppi

Cons: De foto’s zijn misleidend en was zeker heel erg vies. Op de vloer van de gangpad was zo vies. De kamers waren wel oke maar de bed was super klein. Het was heel erg koud in de kamer. We zijn 3 keer bij de balie langs geweest, op hun gezag hadden ze airco aangezet maar was niet zo terwijl wij aangaven wij hebben een baby van 10 weken oud het is belangrijk dat het beetje warm is. De personeel was zeker niet behulpzaam en keken best geïrriteerd naar ons toe terwijl wij netjes vroegen.

Cons: Værelset fremstod meget nedslidt, gulvene var ekstremt nedslidt, der var lagt et gulvtæppe over noget af gulvet. Toilettets lille skyl virkede ikke. Personalet kunne godt trænge til et kursus, hvor man lærte at smile mere, så vil gæster føle sig mere velkommen. Da vi skulle afregne opholdet, kom der lige en regning for vores restaurantbesøg nogle dage tidligere trods den var blevet betalt i restauranten. En mærkelig måde, fordi da vi påpegede fejlen, kunne vedkommende godt se, at der var blevet betalt.

Cons: Zrezygnowaliśmy z pobytu po wejściu do pokoju. Nigdy nie spotkaliśmy z takim brakiem szacunku do gości hotelowego. Brudne materace z śladami moczu i krwi. Grzyb na ścianach, smród i pajęczyny. Musieliśmy na szybko szukać nowego obiektu w dniu przyjazdu. Do tej pory nikt z obiektu się z nami nie skontaktował żeby wyjaśnić całą sytuacje. Nie dostaliśmy też zwrotu środków.

Cons: Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Das Badezimmer sprich die Badewanne hatte Schimmel. Es war nicht sauber geputzt und das Zimmer hatte einen unangenehmen Geruch. Für eine Nacht ist es passabel/ aushaltbar.

La professionalità e cortesia del personale alla receptions
Cons: Le camere, specialmente i bagni, risentono dell'età. Avrebbero bisogno di una ristrutturata, vasca da bagno e lavandino con il rivestimento rotto. Capisco il periodo e forse la difficoltà nel trovare personale, ma l'organizzazione del servizio sala per la cena della sera del 10.11 è stato a dir poco sconfortante.

A la lecture des commentaires récents, je dois avouer que nous avions très peur de séjourner dans cet hotel… Mais sincèrement l’expérience est loin d’avoir été catastrophique. Tout le personnel était très sympathique et à l’écoute, notre chambre, donnant côté piscine, était au calme,propre et la literie confortable. La piscine était réellement un plus par cette chaleur, nous en avons profité avec les enfants. Enfin il est très bien situé, le bus qui nous permet de rejoindre le centre ville passe devant L’hotel.. Pour résumé c’est certain que ce n’est pas un 4 étoiles à la française, mais nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel.

Cons: Este conceito de alojamento é um pouco tradicional demais para nós. Por 2 noites, ok. Mas, mais do que isso teria sido monótono. O pequeno almoço só tinha uma qualidade de pão e não tinha opções veganas quase nenhumas. Quando solicitamos leite de soja, um dos funcionários disse que não tinha, outro disse que tinha. A decoração do quarto, embora não fosse desconfortável, era muito old fashioned. Os funcionários não eram antipáticos, mas também não exaltavam simpatia.

Helpful staff and amazing pool and restaurant. Breakfast was good. Lots of little touches in the room like slippers which was lovely.
Cons: Not the hotel’s fault as they have no say on this but just wanted to warn people about the city tax which is 7.5 euros per person and that the buses need a separate debit card for each person… very stupid idea and difficult for family with children. This is not the hotel’s fault but I felt hotel staff should inform guests if they have asked about using the bus.

Franchement je ne comprends pas certains commentaires, nous avons demandé une chambre donnant sur la piscine et il n'y a eu aucun problème, nous l'avons eu. Pas de problème de bruit, chambre propre spacieuse et confortable. Belle piscine, personnel super et bus devant l'hôtel pour aller dans le centre. Je recommande sans problème

Cons: De bedden. Het zijn de kleinste tweepersoonsbedden die ik ben tegengekomen gedurende onze reis. Ik had daarnaast een verzoek ingediend voor een baby bed voor onze aankomst en dit was helaas niet gelezen. Met twee volwassenen en een kind van bijna twee was het helaas niet te doen. Bovendien op verschillende plekken haren tegengekomen van de vorige gast.

Vi bokade hotellet enbart för poolen, reste med två barn. Hotellet ligger en bit utanför stan men det finns bra bussförbindelse. Värt resan för att kunna svalka sig i poolen om man reser på sommaren.
Cons: Hotellet är väldigt slitet, både insidan och utsidan. Om det inte funnits pool hade det inte varit värt priset. Personalen, främst vid frukosten, var underbemannad och upplevdes som röriga.

Would give it 3.5 stars if I could. I read the recent reviews just before we arrived and I was very concerned about what I had booked but we didn’t encounter many of the problems described. The hotel is about a 15-20 minute bus ride to Florence on bus 23. This bus also goes to the central train station and airport. The lady on reception was very helpful in giving us a map and directions in English. The neighbourhood has some lovely cafe bars and a take away pizza across the road. The pool area was maintained well, towels were available and replenished when they ran out. The pool was why we booked to stay there because we had children with us and they had a great time. We had a lovely evening meal and a special shout out to Marco who was a fantastic waiter and great in recommending dishes and talking to the kids. I think it was the manger, another gentleman came round checking all the food was ok. Breakfast was fine and was being replenished, the staff were doing their best to deal with a big influx of people at the same time on the second morning. We had a lovely view from our room overlooking the pool and the park. The room was fairly clean, the bathroom did not look dated, the only thing I would say is if you looked a bit closer things like the vent in the bathroom needed attention. The lifts and the outside of the building are showing their age but once inside it was fine. The hotel does need to install safes and invest a bit in refurbing going forward if it wants to keep up the 4 star but I must say I have stayed in a lot worse places.

Conforto - Muito confortável, boa área do quarto, ótimas camas. Localização - apenas a 20 minutos do centro de Florença, com autocarro (23) mesmo em frente. Taxis sempre acessíveis (+-30 €). Varios cafés e restaurantes, gelatarias perto. Qualidade- ótima piscina, excelente restaurante e pequeno almoço. Equipa - muito disponível e simpática. Recomendamos e será novamente a nossa escolha se voltarmos a Florença. Relação preço-qualidade muito boa.
Cons: Apenas pequenos detalhes de manutenção são necessários, mas que se entende dado o desgaste normal da atividade. Não temos nada de negativo a apontar.

Cons: The entrance to the hotel needs to be renovated since some plates are almost falling down. The tiles at the entrance are broken so dragging in your baggage is kinda unpleasant. The elevator is old and clanky, the doors almost closed and caught our 2 y.o. child in them since the sensors didn't work properly. There could have been some more towel hooks in the bathroom.

I would not recommend staying here if you are going to bring food back to the hotel. They do not offer a microwave, also asked for an iron and it was never delivered to my room. The front desk staff is rude. The only good thing about this hotel is the breakfast.

Cons: Soggiorno estremamente deludente, soprattutto considerando che si tratta di un hotel classificato come 4 stelle. Ci si aspetterebbe un livello di servizio adeguato al prezzo pagato e alla categoria dichiarata, ma la realtà è stata ben diversa. La camera presentava diversi problemi: letto e cuscini scomodi, armadi che cigolavano a ogni apertura e pulizia molto approssimativa. E bastato spostare il letto di pochi centimetri (perché troppo attaccato al comodino) per trovare resti di cibo di vario tipo, indice di una scarsa igiene generale. Inoltre, la persona incaricata della pulizia emanava un odore sgradevole che rendeva il tutto ancora più spiacevole. Inoltre mancava la cassaforte, requisito di un hotel a 4 stelle. La colazione è stata a dir poco inaccettabile. Alle 8:30 il buffet era già vuoto e non veniva rifornito. I tavoli erano sporchi e abbiamo dovuto apparecchiare da soli, cercando tovagliette e posate nei cassetti riservati al personale. Il servizio non era organizzato come "fai da te" , ma semplicemente inesistente: anche dopo aver richiesto assistenza, nessuno è stato in grado di occuparsene. Paradossalmente, mentre mangiavamo, i camerieri passavano la scopa sotto il tavolo. Eravamo in quattro in una stanza quadrupla e ci è stata consegnata una sola chiave. Alla richiesta di una seconda ci è stato risposto, con tono scortese, che con 250 camere non possono permettersi di fornire due chiavi a tutti gli ospiti. Una risposta inaccettabile per una struttura di questa categoria. La piscina, infine, è risultata inutilizzabile: niente teli disponibili nonostante la richiesta, e la struttura viene spesso occupata da eventi aziendali che la rendono inaccessibile agli ospiti, sebbene questi abbiano pagato per usufruirne. In sintesi: comfort assente, pulizia discutibile, personale scortese e servizio carente sotto ogni aspetto. Un'esperienza da non ripetere.

Cons: Das Zimmer war weitgehend sauber, jedoch zu groß und eine Klimaanlage die von der Rezeption eingeschaltet werden musste, die Bedinbarkeit war auch sehr schlecht. Auf dem Zimmer war ein Tresor der aber nicht benutzbar war, mussten unsere Wertsachen dann an der Rezeption mit ungutem Gefühl einschliessen lassen. Das Frühstück war ein besonderes Erlebnis. Man hatte zwar eine große Auswahl, aber das Obst war entweder aus der Dose oder nicht ganz frisch mehr. Ein Toaster für alle, der gefühlte Ewigkeit dauerte bis das Toast etwas braun war. Das aber aller Beste war das Personal, mürrisch, unprofessionell, eine Servicekraft hat sich selber am Buffet bedient und Essen im Vorbeigehen in den Mund gestopft. Das Personal an der Rezeption war nicht höflich, nicht sehr hilfsbereit und nicht immer besetzt. Keine Informationen über das Hotel oder über die Stadt, wie man z.B. in die Innenstadt kommt. Am Anreisetag war der Pool noch geschlossen, die Möbel verdreckt, verrostet, volle Aschenbecher auf den Tischen. Nach dem Frühstück bis zum Abend, gäbe es nicht mehr was man hätte verzehren können, kein Trinken (ausser Wasser) und kein Essen, auch gab es keine Automaten wo man zur Not hätte was ziehen können. Auch was man wissen sollte, es liegt an eine viel befahrenen Straße, +Punkt, zwei Haltestellen vor der Tür. Um eine Reihung wurde persönlich und per Mail gebeten, eine Änderung wurde in den 3 Tagen nicht unternommen.

Do NOT stay here. Outside facade is scary to walk into. In our room, our window had a huge crack in it, the shower temperature changed without touching the nozzle, the phone didn’t work, the AC unit didn’t work, the floor was incomplete, and the pool was closed, even though their website says it is open May-September. Staff was VERY rude when we were expressing our grievances and not helpful whatsoever. We left a day early because our experience was so terrible. You can find plenty of other places for less money, with nicer amenities.

Over de tapijten durven ratten nog niet eens te lopen. Ontbijt ook slecht! Echt vreselijk!!! Totaal maar dan ook echt totaal niet zoals op de foto’s en de omschrijving op hun eigen website. We love staying here in April. The atmosphere is safe, clean, happy, and customer service is at its best! The rooms provide exactly what you need for you stay: comfortable beds, clean linens, bathroom with tub, water pressure is great, you can always ask housekeeping for a towel [ or anything] they deliver with a smile. The hotel has an elevator, and conference rooms too! Also, there is a little area by the reception desk where you can sit and work, or simply be! Their breakfast is spectacular, they have a coffee bar - also very organized. You have choices like cheese, eggs, meats, juice, pastries, fresh croissants, butter, jelly/jams - it is very complete! The neighborhood has places to eat and also local shops. A short ride away in taxi, can take you to the old Florence in less than 15mins, you can also walk towards old Florence if you'd like. In the morning, you can hear the beautiful sound of bells at church [for mass] - We felt safe and very regarded everytime we walked in/out. It is fairly priced! Definately a must stay!

On the website it said that there was a laundromat and there was not. No AC ? No safe working or refrigerator working in room. Only one staff member spoke the minimum English . No room service available. I checked out earlier, lost a day , so I can go to the crown plaza due to the fact that 2 rooms were broken into and had their computers stolen. I felt unsafe and did not have my room cleaned my whole stay. I couldn’t change my booking because it did not allow me to on the app. Will not recommend this place at all.

Hotel offers a excellent compromise, good value for the money it costs and for Florence, bed was really a king size and very comfortable and room size definitively not bad at all. We chose it for the pool and it was definitively a great point offering pleasant refreshment in the hottest hours of the summer day. Parking available, covered.
Cons: In general some maintenance leaks: floor near the bathroom ruined and definitely in need of refurbishment, rust on the tables legs near the pool affecting the floor with unpleasant orange stains (aluminum or stainless steel should be a must for pool fornitures), breakfast quite cheap.

O atendimento no Hotel é nota 10. A recepção me deixou fazer o check-in tão logo a equipe de limpeza liberou nosso quarto, antes do horário previsto. A Recepcionista tirou todas minhas dúvidas e me explicou de forma clara como utilizar o transporte público para visitar o centro histórico. E o ponto de ônibus é literamente na porta do Hotel (eu viajei de carro, deixaram utilizar o estacionamento e não tive problemas em andar de Ônibus, por volta de 3 km da cidade histórica). O café da manhã tinha várias opções e um café excelente!

We booked with expedia and booked for the pool, there was no indication the pool was closed for the winter season. We specifically booked it to relax by the pool after many days on the road, and it was super hot that day. We then arrived to our room and the air conditioning had been shut of for the off season as well, the windows opened but we were then eaten alive each night by the mosquitos. The breakfast was good. There is no access to ice or an ice machine in the hotel, they sent us to a bar down the road to get some. no food at all or snack machines.The bar and restaurant were also closed for the season.

This is a great/convenient hotel if you want to stay close to Florence city center. It has parking and breakfast which makes it easier if you are driving. My family and I took taxi from hotel to go to Florence and it was easy and affordable. The staff were nice.

Am Sonntag morgen 29.9.2024 waren sehr unmotivierte, passive 2 junge ca. 20 Jahre alt Mitarbeiterinnen am Frühstücksbuffet am arbeiten. Leider haben sie, auf Aufforderung von Gästen, die Kaffemaschine entleert (Kaffeesatz) noch die Milch aufgefüllt. Die Eier (sccrabeled) und die Würste wurden von unten nicht beheizt, alles war kalt. Der Toaster ist defekt. Bitte ein anderes Model kaufen (durchlaufend) . Für einen Toast brauchte es 14 Min.

This hotel is old, dirty, and seems to be very understaffed. We stayed there for 4 nights, the room my wife and I stayed in smelled like mold and cigarettes. The shower leaked and would keep us up all night and it would leak through the wall and flood the carpet flooding half of the room, we would have to walk on wet molding carpet our entire stay. When we altered the staff they didn’t seem to care as if they already knew and it was normal. In the 4 nights we stayed our room was cleaned once. The WiFi they have is useless, it rarely connects and when it does it didn’t worked. It was very disappointing as they advertise themselves as a 4 star hotel and they are far from that. The pictures on their site are very very misleading. We stayed at 3 other hotels in Italy during our trip and no other hotel was this bad. Hotels should be honest about what they are and not mislead customers and this hotel misleads.

Cons: The hotel was dirtyyyy, the dining area had a weird smell and very bad food. When you walk in and notice how filthy the carpets and walls are, that’s never a good sign. I ordered the swordfish fettuccine and had to send it back because the fish tasted spoiled. I’ve never sent any food back and felt awful but it was not edible. The rooms felt dingy although the bed was comfortable I didn’t feel good sleeping there.

Cons: Some facilities in the hotel are old and needs to be updated namely Air Conditioning, lifts, and general infrastructure. Gives a feeling of hotel being old as i had issues with plumbing, Air Conditioning, and had to inform the reception to get it fixed. Also found the receptionist a tad bit rude, had to toughen up to get things my way. Would appreciate if hotel management takes my comments positively and rectify the things pointed out.

Where do I begin with my feedback, I will try to list all the issues: 1. Hostile and unfriendly staff. 2. Dark and dingy rooms with minimal lights. 3. The key card would not work at the end of the day each day of our stay coz as per them "the cleaning lady uses her card, so your card will not work" and they are not apologetic about any inconvenience they cause by saying - you are not the only one. 4. The breakfast staff stopped us from filling my son's water bottle in the morning even when we bought breakfast package for all four of us for three days. 5. Staff wouldn't let us heat our food from outside due to "safety reasons". We were there with 2 young kids and there was no empathy. 6. There was tea kettle in the room but only sugar packets, no tea/coffee to help us. Even after constant reminders, they would not provide the tea bags. 7. There was no shampoo/conditioners in the bathroom. They only had the Gel wash bottle which is attached to the wall of the bathroom. When asked front desk for shampoo, they said it is what it is in your room. So overall, pathetic stay. No wonder they dont have the room pics in their hotel page. Expedia should revise their ratings for this hotel so as not to misguide Expedia members into booking such pathetic hotels. Thanks, Tushita

La literie était confortable, le petit déjeuner copieux ( à mon sens), et la piscine très appréciable après 1 journée de route pour rentrer des Pouilles, ou après 1 journée de visite trépidente dans Florence. Nous avons été bien accueillis, le personnel était à notre disposition si nous avions des questions sur les visites à faire dans Florence ou les arrêts de bus devant l'hôtel pour aller en ville sans utiliser la voiture.
Cons: Je ne suis pas quelqu'un de difficile, et je me méfie plus ou moins des avis que l'on peut lire, mais là nous avons été déçu. C'était notre dernière escale de notre road-trip familial. Nous avions 2 chambres : la notre côté rue, était très bruyante le soir, le double vitrage n'était pas là. Celle de nos 2 ados donnait côté piscine (enfin au dessus des poubelles), était moins bruyante par contre il avait dû y avoir 1 dégât des eaux car le parquet était tout gondolé, et les murs côté fenêtres n'étaient pas très nets. Les salles de bains étaient vieillotes, la climatisation tournait à plein régime et dès qu''on arrêtait la clim il faisait une chaleur étouffante. Nous n'avons pas été au restaurant car les feuillets présentés qui n'avaient pas dû être changé depuis plusieurs années ne nous donnaient pas envie de tester ; pourtant le petit déjeuner était tout à fait correct. Une odeur désagréable était persistente au niveau de l'entrée, et un semblant de rénovation était fait par-ci par-là.

Cons: Aspetti negativi 1. L'orario di termine colazione è per le 10 ma già alle 9.30 iniziavano a mancare cose. Personale di sala non troppo gentile che invitava i clienti a "svegliarsi prima".. La colazione in generale molto ricca sulla carta ma non sempre sufficiente per tutti. Quando l'albergo è pieno i tavoli non bastano e il personale non riesce a stare dietro a tutti 2.l'albergo è a 10 minuti in macchina dal centro, c'è un autobus che passa di fronte e impiega però più di 20 minuti. Non passa frequentemente quindi per fare un giro a Firenze o si impiega molto tempo o ci si avvicina con la macchina alla Ztl 3.in due giorni di soggiorno la camera non è stata mai pulita. Almeno fino alle 16.00 non era passato nessuno a rassettare. Piuttosto grave per un 4 stelle.

Cons: Πολύ ακριβές τιμές στο εστιατόριο.... Δεν κάτσαμε να φαμε..... υπάρχει μία πιτσαρία απέναντι από το ξενοδοχείο η οποία ήταν εξαιρετική και φάγαμε μία οικογένεια τεσσάρων ατόμων μόλις με 50€.. Επίσης στο μπαρ υπάρχει επιλογή από μπύρες το μπουκαλάκι των 330ml κοστίζει 5€.... πανάκριβη τιμή και δεν απολαμβάνεις και την μπύρα σου.... γιατί να μην υπάρχει επιλογή των 500 ml? Επίσης οι εγκαταστάσεις είναι παλιές....

The pool and the surrounding area was fantastic. We relaxed at the pool and my children swam so happily. We ordered drinks from the bar and really got to relax. There were a few cute shops walking distance and the bus stop is literally right across the road.
Cons: It was a bit outdated. The pillows weren’t great.

Cons: Es war sehr dreckig. In jede Ecke dreck. Im Bad flies das Wasser auf fast gesamte Bodenfläche. Das Frühstück grausam. Alles nicht geschmacklos und sehr schlechte Qualität. Aufschnitt nicht zum runterschlucken. Jogurt- künstlicher geht es nicht. Saft aus Konzentrat mit Leitungswasser gemischt. Kaffe aus dem Automat wunderlich. Tomaten kein Geschmack. Beim Frühstück kaum Platz und Ales andere als gemütliche Atmosphäre. Gesamte Gebäude- sehr dunkel und nicht gepflegt. Überall Kratzer, Dellen Alf den wenden. Teppich dreckig. Unangenehmer Geruch. Ich werde dort nicht noch mal übernachten.

Wir waren hier für eine Nacht und das war völlig in Ordnung. Das Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel. Highlight war natürlich der Pool und das Abendessen am Pool. Ja das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Das Personal war freundlich und wir konnten kostenlos vor dem Hotel parken.
Cons: Das Frühstück war gut, nur der Aufbau des Frühstücksbuffets war etwas unglücklich. Wir hatten einen der letzten Tische am hintersten Ende des Saals erwischt und da waren die Wege schon sehr weit, vor allem mit Kleinkind.

Нормальные подушки и завтрак. Парковка на территории отеля.
Cons: Грязно в номерах, под кроватями не убиралось уже много лет. Валяются грязные носки. Горы пыли и грязи. Звукоизоляции нету от слова совсем. Окна не закрываются до конца, плотно, и потому постоянный звук от дороги. Ужасно грязные лифты. Перегородка в ванной пропускает всю воду, и из за этого вся вода стекает на пол. Дверь в ванной не закрывается, и сделана с проемом снизу! Бассейн работает с 11 до 7 вечера! Абсолютно непонятный и нелогичный график работы, так как все увлечены в это время посещением достопримечательностей города. Холодильник в номере старый и абсолютно не держит холод. Это легкая характеристика отеля, если вдаваться в подробности, может стать плохо. Отель никаким образом не заслуживает 4 звёзд, как указано в описании. И финальным фактом, было, что в матрасах живут какие то насекомые, которые покусали ночью! Фотографии отеля, по впечатлениям, абсолютно не соответствуют увиденному! Если и сделаны в том же отеле, то лет 20 назад!

Az étterem és a medence tökéletes pár napos kiránduláshoz. Kis gyermekkel utazók figyeljenek, mert a medence mélysége 140cm-nél kezdődik. A 23-as busz közvetlenül a szállodánál áll meg, és 15 perc alatt elèrhető vele a központ. A jegyet meg lehet venni a buszon bankkártyával(már ha éppen működik a leolvasó), viszont jegyenként különböző kártyákat kell a leolvasóhoz érinteni. Lehet applikáción keresztül is jegyet venni.
Cons: Furcsa parfüm illat van a bejáratnál, utána pedig picit pocsolya szagú az előtér. A folyosók felújításra szorulnak, és koszosnak tűnnek.

Cons: Pool Tiefe 1.40-2.50 , sehr rutschig die Platten neben dem Pool, Getrenken Preise für Hotel Gäste zu teuer und Mann muss es sofort zahlen, geht nicht auf die Zimmer schreiben, aber was für uns ganz schlimm war ist der erste morgen als wir in den Frühstückssaal gekommen sind wurden nicht begrüsst obwohl wir mehrmals guten Morgen gesagt haben, sie haben uns angeschaut und kein Wort ist zurück gekommen, wir wussten grad nicht wie wo wa mit den kleinen Kindern niemandem hats interessiert, niemand hat nach zimmernummer gefragt, niemand ob wir Kaffe wollen… am zweiten Tag haben wir dan die Kaffe Maschine entdekt, viele Sachen wurden schon um 9:30 leer oder früher und nicht aufgefühlt wie Speck, Tomaten, Gurke…Früchte schalle hatte ihre besten Tage hinter sich, habe am letzten Tag alle Faulen Früchte aussortiert das war dir hälfte etwa. Es thut mit leid aber das desinterese die unfröndlicjkheit haben und würklich die Tagen versaut wen man sich nicht willkommen fühlt, Safe haben wir im Zimmer nicht gefunden

Cons: Het is een oude gare bende. Ongetwijfeld een top Hotel 40 jaar geleden maar hoognodig aan een renovatie toe. Het ligt ook erg ver uit centrum, achter een tankstation Familie kamers voor 4 personen zijn veel te klein / bedden te klein. Er hing ook op veel plekken een rioollucht. Daarnaast mocht je pas vanaf 10.30 in het zwembad vanwege personeels tekort

Cons: Aircondition på rommet var meget dårlig. I følge termoneteret på rommet ble det aldri kaldere en 24,5 grader. Var også litt lang ventetid når man skulle bestille i baren, ikke fordi det var kø, men fordi det ikke var noen der.

The area is OK, about 15 minutes in car from center. The building is not in good shape, hotel needs to keep common areas clean, fresh and smelling like a hotel. The carpets, walls, doors, baseboards and overall shape of the building is terrible, even disgusting. The interior room is somewhat better. The wifi is bad service for work or streaming. Staff was OK but they took too long to check us in.

Busshållplats nära som tar dig enkelt till stadens centrum. Poolen och frukosten. Gratis parkering. Helt okej rum.
Cons: Byggnaden i sig är inte så trevligt utvändigt. När vi först kom kl.15.00 så ville de att vi skulle vänta ytterligare 15 minuter. Sedan ångrar de sig och sa att vårt rum var klar, men de gav oss fel rum, det var redan andra gäster i det rummet plus när de gästerna öppnade dörren så stank det rök. Toaletten vid poolen var ostädat och luktade illa. Hissen var väldigt liten om ni är en familj om 4 och har stora väskor måste ni åka i omgångar.

This hotel is not clean. It's very below standard. Pool.area is dirty. Rooms have smears on doors and skirting boards etc. It says the 23 bus goes every 10 m8n to the city. It does not. Twice we waited over an hour. In our 4 nights we spent over 200 euros on cabs as there was no other way to get to rhe city. I would never recommend or stay here again.

Cons: Room furniture is out of date. I was scared to use the lift as it gives so high abnormal sound. The breakfast menu was so limited and most of items are not there even I went to restaurant at 9 am which 1:30 mins before buffet closing. One chair which my wife used in restaurant was broken and she falls down with hand injury, no one from restaurant staff offered any help and no first aid. We complained but there were no even apology.

This hotel was off the beaten path. I felt like we were on the “wrong” side of the river. An Uber to anything in the city center was a long ride (30 minutes) and expensive. The hotel itself was clean and staff were friendly. The pool was nice and so was the restaurant.

Noch bezahlbares gutes Hotel, eher einfachere Einrichtung, aber das Personal super freundlich, man muss vielleicht ein bisschen italienisch kauderwelschen. Das Frühstücksbuffet glänzt durch Masse, ausgerichtet für die Nichtitaliener, die hier gerne mit Reisebussen herkommen. Wir waren früh dran und netterweise guten Cappuccino von der Bar bekommen. Parkplatz umsonst, vor dem Hotel gibt es eine Bushaltestelle, 15 min. bis zu den Uffizien „at Bus“ App ist super, Veranda sull´ Arno in der Nähe.
Cons: Die Betten sind nicht toll, aber dafür geht man ja nicht nach Florenz

Cons: My family's stay at this hotel was quite disappointing...firstly there was no porter to help us carry our luggage to the room or even at checkout. We were 4 individuals and the hotel provided us a room with two 150 cm beds. Our sleep was extremely uncomfortable throughout our 3 nights and when we asked at lobby they informed us that the room is meant to be for two individuals only, yet they refused to upgrade us to a larger room or even provide us a sofa bed. The window in our room was broken as well. The shower was not closed off with glass, so each time we showered the bathroom was flooded with water and the sink faucet placement makes it very difficult to use to sink easily and the bathroom did not have a lock. The room also did not have any complimentary drinks like tea or even a kettle or a safe box to place our valuables or a full length mirror to be able to get dressed properly. The breakfast was very underwhelming, there were no varieties at all. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

Estaba limpio, las camas si eran cómodas. No teníamos ruido, las habitaciones estaban bien. El personal de aseo 10/10. Atención en recepción mucho que decir, 2/10. Poca atención al cliente.
Cons: cuando llegamos 17/05/23 nos dieron una habitación que todavía tenia huéspedes, subimos a la habitación y al abrir tenían todas sus cosas ahí. Y no éramos los únicos que estábamos con este problema, habían más personas, éramos como 3 con el mismo problema. Otra cosa… Mi madre llamó día antes para pedir una tarta de cumpleaños, y la contestación fue que si era para una reina porque insistían mucho en que hicieran la tarta. Ella solo quería hacer una sorpresa de cumpleaños, quedaron de hacerla y no lo hicieron, aparte fueron muy bordes con ella cuando hizo la solicitud. Podían indicar que no lo hacían y así ella no se quedaba esperando.
