Grand luxe à prix très doux. Petits-déjeuners extrêmement variés s'adaptant à de nombreuses habitudes alimentaires. Emplacement idéal dans Silom Avenue
Cons: Le café n'est pas exceptionnel en Thaïlande, mes standards sont loin d'être atteints. Le pain n'est pas au top, alors, on s'adapte, et on consomme des jus de fruits, du thé excellent (Dilma Tea, Ceylan). Il y a tant à sa disposition que l'on trouve toujours quelque chose de réconfortant.

Świetna lokalizacja, przestronny pokój z bardzo dużymi łóżkami i świetną łazienką. Zamawiałam dodatkowe łóżko dla nastoletniego syna ale okazało się niepotrzebne. W dwie osoby było bardzo komfortowo na pojedynczym łóżku. Po wyjściu z hotelu drogeria , 7/11, po drugiej stronie ulicy fantastyczna uliczka ze streetfood. Szybkie piesze dojście do przystani przy rzece. Dość sprawnie można dostać się do MBK.

This hotel was a haven after a difficult flight from London. We had a 4 night stopover and loved the hotel and area around it. Taxis were inexpensive. Avoid tuck tucks. Hotel staff were exceedingly helpful. Our room on the 24th floor was perfect...just what we expected when booking through booking.com. we had no hesitation in booking this hotel for our return stopover from Australia, mid February.

I booked Holiday Inn Bangkok Silom just as a short stopover for one night, but I was very impressed by the Diamond Elite recognition. The staff treated me exceptionally well, far beyond my expectations for a brief stay. The hotel has a lounge, where I was able to enjoy afternoon tea, and the breakfast was also of a very good standard with a nice variety and quality. The location is excellent and very convenient for tourists, with easy access to 711, restaurants, temples, and ICONSIAM. The staff were extremely polite, humble, and always willing to help, which made our stay comfortable. Breakfast had a very good spread with plenty of options and was well managed.
Cons: Overall the stay was good, however there is room for improvement. While the rooms were cleaned, the housekeeping standards could be enhanced to better match the Holiday Inn brand expectations. The shower drainage in our bathroom was clogged, even though it appeared clean. Additionally, the room allocated to us felt average in comparison, while only one room met expectations in terms of comfort and condition.

I don't love the hotel itself but the price combined with the other factors keeps me coming back everytime - I think this has been my 8th time staying here and will return if priced slightly below comparable better hotels as I am not spending much time in the hotel anyways.
Cons: Pool is really bad in my opinion, hotel is slightly outdated but overall is a good hotel and not much to complain about here. Wish there were more great restaurants nearby but for a short 10-20min walk or short taxi/grab there are infinite options in Silom

I reviewed this hotel often during the recent years as it is always one of my favourite hotels in Bangkok in terms of location and valued for money. Recognition as a Platinum member in the IHG loyality programm was perfect by providing my longtime favourite corner room. Check-in was done by the front desk due to my late arrival this time. But check-in/out is also available at the Executive Lounge when eligible. Overall..while the Holiday Inn Silom is not a very high end luxury hotel, its still in good shape which includes all facilities and rooms. While breakfast for Executive Lounge guests is served at the main restaurant, I very recommend to book an Executive room to enjoy the lounge benefits. This Executive Lounge is still one of the best you can find in terms of food and drink offerings. Compared to other so called 5* hotels the (german) chief cook is able to provide and offer much more than you would expect at an Holiday Inn. Many different hot snacks, cold cuts and a wide variety of other items is offered every evening during Happy Hour time including a wide range of soft drinks and alcoholic beverages including 2 (!!) different white and red wines to choose from. But truly memorable experiences were provided by the outstanding staff members of this Executive lounge like "Ang" and all the other Club agents. This hosts always made my stay very comfortable and relaxing.

This is your typical holiday inn as the lobby looks like a million dollars and the rooms are your topical moldy, old run down rooms. I could go on and on but I wasted enough time on this hotel and staff I had no air conditioning and the hotel cost us to miss a show in which we lost our money on the tickets. If staying here just remember they will constantly lie to your face and have no issues doing. You have been warned as I would rather support a hotel chain with dignity & respect as this hotel from manager down has none. Very very sad and you HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!!!!!

Have to give top credits to the reception staff at The Holiday Inn Bangkok Silom. Super helpful and accommodating. We arrived early as expected but cancelled a tour as my son was so tired. We asked what time check in was and if it was possible to get the room early. I think because they saw how tired my son was, Thanya and Gob pulled a few strings and enabled our room to become available much earlier than usual which enabled us to put my son to sleep for the afternoon and enjoy an evening tour. Thanya and Gob certainly made a huge difference on our stay here. So happy 😄

Clean overall and nice shower, although the water pressure makes the shower head jump out of its clip. Great mexican in the shopping mall below. Only downside breakfast, lots of choices, but everything was cold no-one wants a cold fried eggs

Прибыли в отель около 10 утра, подошли на ресепшен, оплатили, парень администратор сказал, что номер будет готов только в 14 часов. Мы остались ждать, но в 12:30 я решила подойти уже к девушке администратору узнать вдруг наш номер готов, и она заменила нам номер и заселила раньте. Было приятно, жаль не подошли к ней сразу. Отель немного требует косметического ремонта.

This time even I paid 1/3 more in price for a premium room, the experience was definitely not as pleasant as before.😭😭😭 The major issue was the TV signal (attached photos for details). I found that out once I checked in and an engineering staff was sent to check and told me that it was an issue related to the service provider and he claimed that it would be solved the next day. Disappointedly it happened again on the next day and another engineering staff came and gave me the same answer. On the third evening, the TV was still in trouble and I asked for the duty manager for an answer this time. Then it was finally solved after 3 nights of desperation.🤬🤬🤬But it still scrambled from time to time on certain channels like the movie channels for the rest of the stay. This is totally unacceptable for an international 4 Star hotel bearing a brand name of holiday inn. Other issues with the room were 1.the sink ,it is so shallow that you will splash water around as you brush. You can't even rinse your swimming trunks in there. 2.The square sofa seems to blend in well with the window. But then you need to step on the sofa to operate the curtains as it is not power operated. 3.The slippers are a bit shabby for a 4 Star hotel as well. 4.The bathroom amenities might look very neat and tidy with a rack , but they were very awful to pump so I asked the room maid to detach them for me especially the body lotion. So I can put the lotion on at my bedside instead of standing in the bathroom. 5. the bathtub is in poor condition as the coatings are peeling off heavily. I don't think anyone would be interested to take a bath in there. Nevertheless a few staff provided great service with wonderful smile 😀😀 Pipong from the restaurant always welcomes you with a million dollars smile at breakfast. Other than that, this gentleman is also very industrious throughout the entire period of full capacity.👍👍👍 Thanya, the receptionist provided friendly smile and the check in was very smooth. In my opinion, the stay would have been much better if the TV was working properly and the engineering staff was well trained to deal with issues like that. In short, I didn't enjoy this stay as much as before and surely I will look into other options on my next trip to BKK with the budget of a premium room rate in this holiday inn.

I’d stayed at the Holiday Inn, Silom, many years ago so, when we decided to spend a couple of days in Bangkok before heading down to Hua Hin it seemed an obvious choice. It’s a solid ‘old-school’ hotel that’s well located in ‘central’ Bangkok, convenient for the river, and the city’s nightlife. That I still enjoyed ‘Platinum’ status and had enough loyalty points for our stay was - in every sense - a bonus. Our journey from Suvarnabhumi Airport had taken us two and a quarter hours after our twelve hour flight from London, so we were feeling a little jaded when we arrived. The check-in was welcoming, the clerk - Kop - spotting way wife’s birthday the next day from her passport. We were promised a birthday cake, that never arrived. No matter. We were soon upstairs to our room 2337 on the same floor as the ‘Executive Lounge’, we dumped our bags, freshened up and headed down for breakfast. I’d never eaten in the hotel on my previous trip, so the restaurant was a revelation, possibly the largest breakfast buffet I’d ever experienced. There was an extensive bakery selection, cold-cuts, fruits and yoghurts, grill and egg stations, then Indian, Chinese and Japanese selections. Very impressive, with ‘bean to cup’ coffee machines that made excellent coffee. Our room itself was well equipped, with an eight-foot bed, sofa, desk and a bathroom with both bath and generous shower. My wife enjoyed the use of the pool on the roof of one of the hotel blocks. The ‘Executive Lounge’ offers canapés and cocktails each evening between six and eight, so that provided an interesting distraction before heading out on the town. The ladies in the lounger were helpful and attentive, the cocktails and canapes excellent. On our return we enjoyed a couple of night caps in the amusingly named “Hari’s Bar’ - formerly ‘Cheers’ if my memory serves me. Checkout was as efficient as checking in, and special mention should be made of the concierge ‘Yo Yo’ ( a fellow West Ham United fan) and his team. I’d booked all our local transport online, but they were more than happy to assist with bags and even clambering into large SUVs. All in all, the Holiday Inn, Silom, did not disappoint, it’s well located, welcoming and well run. We would happily return if we were to revisit Bangkok.

Best guest service! We have been here for 3 days (of 5) and Kornphat (Yo Yo) has recognized us and gone out of his way to greet us every time we pass the front desk. He knows how to get everywhere and where to get everything! I sleep with a CPAP and needed to buy distilled water (they know it as sterile water here). I couldn’t find it anywhere. Kornphat saw us coming into the hotel and immediately came to say hello and asked what we had been doing. Upon learning of my problem, he immediately pulled out his phone and located it. Next, he called the store and arranged to have it delivered that same day! That level of service is extremely rare these days! Kornphat is incredible!

Cons: Breakfast was fair; nothing special, just the usual hotel fare with leathery bacon and watery yogurt. The large square sofa in the room is a bit impractical. I guess you can use it as a children's bed, but it would be preferable to have a real sofa. Otherwise, nothing to quibble about.

I have stayed here for many times during this year, that because of the standard and excellence of this hotel especially executive club lounge team, namely Minchaya Russarin , Chananticha, Archariyapor, Angsulee , Thunyaporn and other person who assist me during my stay. To location is good to access the BTS sky train and near many attractive locations. The room was exceptionally comfortable, spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Although the decor may appear slightly outdated, everything was in excellent condition and clearly cared for. It offered a relaxing and pleasant stay. Cool air-condition, hot water and strong water pressure, these are essential standards that are never compromised. The club lounge team went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay. Even though I didn’t encounter any issues, they consistently checked in to ask how everything was and whether I needed any assistance. Their proactive, kind and genuinely caring approach sets this club lounge apart from many others in BKK, even those in higher-tier hotels. Trust me it very hard to find the special team like this in BKK in the same tier hotel. The food and beverage offerings at the lounge during evening cocktail hours were of high quality, and the selection was generous enough to leave you feeling full In term of value, as mentioned in the title, this hotel is truly worth it, especially for IHG members who are entitled to access the club lounge. In the end, I highly recommend this hotel for relaxing stay or business stay in Bangkok.

I would like to speak on behalf of the hotel, the Holiday Inn at the IHG on Salam Road in Bangkok. I would like to write a review on this experience. It was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had in my entire life. The staff here is like family. These people are ones that you can trust with your life and your family‘s life. I can promise you that you come here you will never have a better buffet. The gym in the equipment is absolutely incredible before I came here. I didn’t wanna work out in the gym in the US because you have to have a membership but here it’s a family membership you come and you stay here and you get free gym membership and everybody treats you so good. The buffet is free. The food is very very affordable but most of all it’s some of the best taste. I’ve never ever experienced the hotel like this in my entire life. My skin has never been so good. My mind has never felt so good and my body has never felt so good. I slept so good last night and every night before that I can tell you guys that if this hasn’t sold you yet well go ahead and take a look at the Bangkok and salon for yourself. I can promise you that NUCHY will take great care of you and if she’s not here to take care of you, Jing Jing is another great host here at the hotel and will take care of you as well. I also wanted to add they have an incredible shop called FK Mogha ruby queen ask for Mr. FK. He is the boss of the shop. He’s an incredible man to speak with very educated on the colored gemstones in Burma and all over the world if you want free education come here if you want even a better discount on any gemstone that you’ve ever seen in the world come here if you wanna make connections you come here. This is the place to be in 200Five And to continue on. Oh yeah and if I might add, I am now and IHG hotel member and have never felt more welcome any place in my entire life thank you guys and I look forward to staying with you again.

The Wi-Fi was fast and stable, which made things even easier for us. Breakfast was a real highlight — so many choices and everything tasted fresh and delicious. Every single day, we also enjoyed the lunch buffet, and on our last evening, we treated ourselves to the dinner buffet. The variety was amazing, with Thai, Chinese, Indian, Japanese, and European dishes all perfectly prepared. And the dessert section… wow! The tartlets were absolutely unforgettable. What really made the difference, though, was the people. The staff were always smiling, super helpful, and truly hardworking. A big thank you to Jureeporn at the front desk, who was so kind and supportive, and to the restaurant team who made every meal feel special. The location is also great — just 1.5 to 2 km from many of Bangkok’s must-see historical spots. Overall, we felt so well taken care of here. If we ever come back to Bangkok, there’s no question — we’ll be staying at Holiday Inn Silom again.

On 1 August 25 I came to use the service at the hotel Holiday Inn Bangkok Silom.I came to meet and pick up my client to go on the tour up north and found out later that I forgot and left my luggage behind. So I called the hotel reception right away what was happened and asked for help. Suddenly all of the hotel team took action right away and sent. it to my next destination in Chainat province on time. In such this case that happend to me for the first time I was so panic and felt very nervous .I would like to admire the spirit and excellent service mind all of the hotel 's staff that have and took part of this incident such as front desk,concierge especially Mr.YOYO that managed and co-operated quickly and professionally even though that day was his day off. Right from the check inn to check out I had to deal with rude behaviour from the reception staff. At the check inn the guy kept on a weird smile and behaved as if he did not understand English. For a simple check inn it took almost 20 minutes. After that I had to face some staff comments at the lounge too as this hotel seems to have a dress code for the lounge and the restaurant. The reception staff didn't tell me when I checked in so I had to go back to the room to get changed and return again. The rooms are really dated and in bad condition, stain marks on the curtains etc are all seen in the room. I booked this hotel for 4 nights looking at the reviews and this is the first time I had a completely opposite experience. A couple of times the food menu was finished in the lounge and it took them really long to replenish, one day I just left. Cleanliness in the restaurant also needs to be improved. The location isn't a perfect one and you had to walk really long for the nearest train station. I may have to think twice before even considering this hotel for my next stay.

The hotel was in a convenient location for the sights I wanted to see. The staff were all very friendly, spoke excellent English and went out of their way to provide service. I booked the lounge access which I enjoyed very much. The room was spacious, the bed very comfortable with a good selection of pillows.

My new favourite Holiday Inn across the globe. The bedroom and bathroom was extremely spacious. The shower could be set to super hot and strong. The lobby is huge, and a great waiting area or to meet and host friends. Breakfast selection was great as well. Importantly the location was fantastic. Plent of nice little eateries and massage parlours. Also a great few street street food markets nearby. Approx 30 mins from BKK airport. And can walk to the metro in about 5-10 mins. Staff were super friendly and happy to chat. Met a wonderful gentleman who works for the concierge who has worked there for over 30 years! I've forgotten his name, but it began with S (Sonam?). Sorry. Anyway, what a wonderful person he was and a great asset to the hotel.

It was easy to get Grab transport and walk to local areas, though access to public transport required a bit more effort but remained manageable. The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds, providing a good level of comfort throughout the stay. The buffet breakfast was a standout feature, offering a wide variety of options and the best breakfast experience encountered during this trip to Thailand. Staff throughout the property were consistently helpful and professional. A few areas could be improved: Robes in the rooms would have been beneficial, particularly given the layout of the hotel. Guests need to change lifts and pass through the lobby to access the pool, and towels cannot be taken from the pool area, making robes a practical addition. Additionally, the air conditioning in one of the rooms was underperforming during the stay. Overall, the hotel provided a high standard of accommodation and service, and delivered a very positive experience. We would recommend this hotel.

This is a beautiful hotel on Silom Road, one that I have been coming to over many years, above all to enjoy the hospitality that the team always provide, and also for both the excellent value and convenient location. The hotel may be a bit dated now, but the rooms are spacious and well maintained. All of the restaurant options provide a mix of Thai and International cuisine. There is a well equipped gym and there is a large pool with plenty of sun loungers and a bar, to be able to relax away from the heat and traffic of the city. Enjoying access to the refurbished Club Lounge is worth every minute, the attentive service offered by Minchaya and her team is outstanding, the team always remembered my preferred drinks and were proactive in replenishing them, as well as offering me assistance in rebooking my flights when I needed to depart earlier than planned. Thank you as always and I look forward to my next visit!

Every time we stay at the Holiday Inn Silom it has been enjoyable, the hospitality is always fantastic, the entire staff is welcoming and the hotel is consistently beautifully clean and inviting. Not taking away from the quality of the rest of the staff, but this review will be about the Executive Club Lounge, because prior to our staying in an Executive Club room we had no idea what it really was. So for those of you interested, this is what is included in the price: 1) No waiting at the front desk, VIP Check-In on the 23rd floor. 2) Premium City View room (see the pictures of the room on their web page), it is huge, with a bathtub, large desk and a sitting area. 3) Buffet breakfast for 2 in the main dining room. (seems like over 40 items) 4) Evening Club Lounge happy hour style service from 6pm to 8pm daily. (will add some pictures) The food selections change daily but usually consist of 4 hot and 3 cold appetizers, a couple of sushi selections, fresh fruit and a huge cheese and cold cut platter. Also, a choice of 5 or so desserts and of course refreshments, beer, wine, soda, coffee, tea, juice and mixed cocktails. All the amenities received with the club lounge access are amazing, but is only half of the story, as the other half is the hospitality received from the staff. Minnie, Gigi, Aug, Dew and Toey always greet you with a smile and provide a truly VIP experience. Thank you to the entire hotel staff for constantly making our stay memorable.

We arrived on the 19 th of May 2025, this hotel had been far the most beautiful, kind ,, helpful place with such amazing staffs that are all here to cater to our needs. We had a rental car from the airport that when they were trying to get it for us so we can go explore the city, when later we found that the rental car was not able to start. So this amazing staff named YoYo, told us that we can go explore the city , while he take care of our rental car situation. Also gave us lots of tips on where to go site seeing in the city. We came back and our car situation was taken care of. He was calling our rental car office to explain the situation and someone at the rental car came to the hotel to bring us another rental car. All because of this amazing man YoYo that went beyond and over his means as a staff member at this hotel. We are so impressed and grateful to have him be here at this moment. The Holiday Inn, Silom, has been our “go to” hotel for many years, we always book with exec lounge access and every time we return we get greeted like returning friends when we check in on the 23rd floor in the exec lounge. Even the porters in the hotel lobby recognises us as they have been with the hotel for years. It’s just like coming home. All the staff in the exec lounge are wonderful a can’t do enough for you.

I’ve been staying at this hotel for at least 25 years. Two to five times a year a month at a time. Staff at every level are excellent and go out of their way to insure all is perfect. The three buffets offered daily are exceptional in their diversity and quality. An issue with a buffet this size is keeping things hot. Hotel ma już kilka lat, co widać po używaniu. Jednak obsługa jest bardzo wręcz wyjątkowo miła i na bierząco troszczy się o czystość. Atutem jest basen, przy wejściu można pobrać ręczniki, nie było problemu tam z dostępnością leżaków. Obok basenu jest bar.
Cons: Nie byłem uwzględniony na liście gości w restauracji (miałem opcje z kolacją), jednak szybko to uzupełniono. Jedyny brak to ze strony managera hotelu, nie padło żadne słowo przepraszam. Obsługa niższego rzędu jest nieporównywalnie bardziej profesjonalna.

My 1 night stay here is great , with my IHG Platinum status got 1 step upgrade to Premium corner and with milestone lounge access benefit, i enjoyed with evening cocktail and impressive staff , thanks to Khun Minnie,Gigi,Dew,Phary,Julie and Ang , Executive club team are superb service mind.

Colazione buona e molto varia tutte le mattine. Posizione distante 500metri dalla stazione BTS Surasak. Nella mia stanza non si sentiva il rumore del traffico costante che c’è su Silom road. Non sono mai andato in piscina.
Cons: Non mi è piaciuta la scarsa illuminazione della stanza, dovevo accendere tutte le luci presenti per avere una illuminazione decente, e le prese di corrente, per ricaricare lo spazzolino elettrico dovevo posizionarlo sotto il televisore perché in bagno non funzionava.

Las vistas y la habitación en general. Buen servicio de entrada al hotel, la atención en recepción. Lo contrario que a la salida.
Cons: Al salir del hotel y entregar las llaves en recepción la persona que nos atendió, de muy malas formas, nos dijo que teníamos que pagar la cena (cuando esta, estaba incluida en la reserva con Booking), se lo dijimos varias veces, hasta que un compañero suyo se lo dijo que efectivamente estaba ya pagada. Todavía estoy esperando las disculpas de la persona que nos atendió.

The room was clean, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable, perfect for a no-frills stay. The location is excellent, especially for those who prefer to avoid the most touristy areas but with still lots to do. It's also convenient for visiting friends in the city. Despite some traffic challenges at night, the overall convenience and price make it a good choice for me - I have stayed here many times.
Cons: The pool is disappointing, lacking a view and only really suitable for laps or sitting outside with no view. I stayed in the first tower for my stay - which I much prefer compared to the 2nd tower.

El personal de servicio desde la puerta, al de habitaciones, recepción, etc, simpáticos y cordiales. Que mantengan una planta para fumadores excelente, no es fácil encontrar. La piscina, sauna húmeda y seca, muy limpias y funcionando bien. También el gym. El desayuno de gran nivel y variedad. Recomendable. Buen precio para estándares internacionales.

Los funcionarios muy amables y la habitación muy cómoda cuando además de vacaciones debes combinar algunas horas de trabajo, es fundamental tener Un buen escritorio. En cuanto a la ubicación es excelente como para moverte a todos lados caminando, en tuk tuk o en barco
Cons: El wifi del hotel podría mejorar. Yo tenía chip 5 G, por lo que lo utilice para trabajar. Para la calidad del hotel y habitación creo que el WiFi sin llegar a ser una conexión de alta velocidad, podría mejorar bastante

Mâncarea este foarte, foarte bună și diversificată, băuturi răcoritoare și la mic dejun și la cină. Paturi queen-size foarte confortabile, în jur destule opțiuni de transport public. Am anunțat sosirea târzie-în jur de ora 00 și ne-au adus cina în cameră după cazare. În restaurant, domnul Pipong a fost întotdeauna foarte drăguț cu fiul meu de 10 ani și îi mulțumesc pentru asta. Miros bun în hotel și camere. Curățenia camerei a fost ok. Deserturi foarte bune, clătite, înghețată și multe altele foarte gustoase.
Cons: TV-ul de generație mai veche. Proprietatea, prin intermediul doamnei Pensiri, m-a contactat în repetate rânduri și chiar a susținut că va anula rezervarea, pentru că nu ar fi bun cardul cu care am garantat rezervarea, chiar dacă rezervarea fusese făcută cu opțiunea de ”anulare gratuită” și ”plata la proprietate” se insista să plătesc o sumă în avans. Prin intermediul serviciului de clienți Booking, proprietatea a fost convinsă să păstreze condițiile inițiale de plată. Pentru cină se primește un voucher care trebuie predat seara la intrare în restaurant. Era suficientă comunicarea numărului camerei, după părerea mea. În restaurant este foarte frig din cauza aerului condiționat. În ultimele 3 seri a avut loc în fiecare seară câte o petrecere a angajaților unor companii, care erau foarte gălăgioși astfel că într-o seară nici nu am mai avut loc la masă și a trebuit să luăm cina în holul hotelului. Apoi, în timp ce mâncam, angajații din restaurant au venit și ne-au spus să ne întoarcem în restaurant, că s-au eliberat locurile. În seara următoare au închi restaurantul la 21,35 și ne-au dat afară, deși cina era până la orele 22, Mi-ar fi plăcu ca printre deserturi să regăsesc faimosul ”sticky mango rice”

Holiday Inn Central Bangkok (Bang Rak region) is a very upscale hotel that is warm and welcoming. You are greeted by friendly staff who help with the check in and the hotel itself is spacious and clean. Our room was spotless and well equipped. There are some great places to eat, and a 7/11 all within very short walking distance.
