The location, near the Bumrungrad Hospital, is great. The staff are incredibly helpful and outstanding. The breakfast is superb and the pool on the 19th floor is a slice of heaven. The Zenith Hotel is an oasis in the middle of Bangkok.

Nice facilities, good buffet breakfast , I love their bathtub its comfortable, walking distance to hospital 7-11 and metro ,checkout inspection little awkward ,but its common in Thailand specially in Bangkok. Quality and taste of restaurant food is disappointed me,,, other than its was wonderful stay.

Checked in 1 AM. Slept there for eight hours and was rushed out before checkout time. Came down with a lovely case of bedbug bites within the next 24 hours. Hotel said they did a pest report for what it was worth. Would opt to never stay there again. Even though they were kind enough to follow up.

Just seemed a bit run down and not well lit. I also could not connect to WiFi and was told I needed to link it to my phone. It was fine in Starbucks as well as my next hotel 1 km away.

Där var inte så mycket att välja på på frukosten, allt för små koppar till kaffe maskinen så hälften kom utanför. Mycket spring bland gästerna mellan hotell rummen, luktade rök i gångarna. Många gäster slängde deras sopor i gångarna utanför deras rum. Hotellet över lag bra, söt personal och fin pool längst upp. Men ligger lite dåligt men ok för de pengarna man gav

One of the excellent and wonderful hotel experience I got. The hotel it is located in the heart of the Bangkok nearby. There is all restaurants and 7-Eleven and others. The service are so good. breakfast buffet are outstanding and delicious. The waitress are available all the time just to make your day thanks to the special one ( WIN ) he was excellent and helpful along our stay. highly recommend everyone.

Check in starts with a lie, they say they're full when you ask for a different room...at 3pm! Hallway stinks as you approach room. Enter room...basic, non fancy, even though it's supposedly "deluxe". Curtains from the 60s. Bathroom old fixtures toilet and tub. Cheap Lipton tea provided. Breakfast sparse and un noteworthy. Pool on top uninviting, no shade, no guests. Bed not secure. Won't return. Suggest the BW nearby.

Whilst the hotel is a little tired, the staff make it a great experience! I was recovering from an operation and they could not have been kinder or more helpful! The rooms are clean and spacious, the amenities more than adequate, and the breakfast offering is simple but good. The location is excellent, especially if you are visiting the Bumrungrad next door, and again, the staff are just brilliant!

Nice location, but service was poor. Room was clean and roof top pool was great, but hall way had bad odor. We arranged the airport ride from hotel, but driver did not come and ended up getting taxi on our own and almost missed our flights. Kind of run down.

I am here for ASQ 16 day experience. I am on day 6 and this hotel really is well organized. They use a line app throughout. You order meals using an app the hotel created and leave notes to the chief's. Day 1 I asked for runny sunny side up eggs. They came back the Thai way fried medium. So I kept leaving notes day two better and day three they nailed it constantly. I use this as example as the experience how much the poeple actually care. They always end the conversation is there anything I can do for you, is there anything you need. The room is clean and not old. Bed is medium and TV is okay but not smart. I would recommend this hotel. If things change I'll let you know but, so far so good..... oh ya not sure if the internet or my computer but if your a day trader be prepared to delayed charts. Cost me a little money but if swing trade it works.

Although several hotel staff are very friendly, the service provided is appalling. It took the staff a whole day (20hrs) to deliver a fork to my room. I had to call the reception every hour or two to enquire what is taking so long. Their response was that they're quite busy at the moment. An unacceptable response for any hotel staff to do so. Additionally, the internet is also non-existent, from the hours of 17:00-20:00, the internet reaches maximum speeds of 1mbps. Another issue with the hotel is that the supply of hot was is extremely inconsistent. You may have to go a day or two without access to hot water. Which for an establishment such as this one is also unacceptable. Meaning the only constantly working amenities will be your bed and television (if you speak Thai). Which is about the same amenities you can get at a hostel nearby for a fraction of the price. Last but not least, when trying to call the reception for assistance, there is no assurance that they will pick up your phone calls. All in all if you're planning to quarentine in this hotel, going from my own experience, I would advise against it.

Hotel is clean and nicely located. We had a room on the 17th floor and it was really clean and spacious. Bathroom had been renovated. Nice pool on the roof. Breakfast was kind of ok in general, but not that good for a vegetarian. Gym was ok.

Rooms are clean and spacious. Hotel is at very traffic street, in Nana area. Food is also good, and all staff is very nice and kind. I realy loved view from roof top pool! You have my recommendations.

The hotel is moderately pricey but the service and food and facilitates does not match the price and only thing good about hotel is it is in good location. Nearby are only arab restaurants food is standard but don't go the restaurant opposite to the hotel is you like spicy their food is completely bland.

the hotel is right on the main road where there is a lot of traffic outside in sukhumvit. the rooms are really tired and need a renovation, you can see that its an old property. location you can walk to the markets around 10 min away

good location, nice staff, clean rooms, my reservation was a suite room but i request to change it to 2 connected rooms with carpet and they very helpful with that , before the check in they was already prepared the rooms for me so it was very easy, fast and smooth check in, only when i request a iron and table they said they don’t have and they stop this service because they had a lot of problems from it so i bought a new one from arab street 450 baht

some rude staff except for a few that were really friendly like the guy that sits in the swimming pool area. every time i call room service they make me feel unwelcome like what do you want i dont have time for you. no tooth brushes. very unequipped gym and rude old lady that signs you in to enter the gym. keeps telling me to get a massage every time i pass by. breakfast serves the exact same thing everyday with like 5 things to choose from rude staff. as soon as we left they enter the hotel to check for missing things with walkie talkies. Made me feel like a criminal. was nothing but extremely nice yet they had to ruin my stay. They keep badgering you at the entrance to take their taxis and pay them for sight seeing. super unprofessional environment. please dont come here. pool closes at 8pm and gym at 10 the computers i think close at 6. they make you feel like they dont want you to use anything.

Staff are very friendly and very attentive, very good service. Great Location Reasonable price for downtown BKK. Close to both Nana & Phloen Chit BTS stations. Right beside Bumrungrad Hospital (about 3 minute walk). Stay here often.

Stayed here for a trip recently. this hotel is situated about 5 mins walk from Nana plaza. the rooms were quite spacious and very well maintained. the breakfast spread is very good.. includes Thai dishes -- rice and red/green curries, Continental breakfast and loads of other things. also there are loads of restaurants nearby from where you can get a variety of food including arabic and Indian.

We have stayed at the Hotel many times. Nice staff.. The bed excellent. The furniture little too old. The breakfast needs to be improved more vegetables and bacon. The coffee is very weak, although we have told the staff many times during the years.

Hotel can improve some areas. Breakfast can extend up to 10.30 am, especially on Saturday and Sunday. Lights in the room can change to white led light in place of yellowish light. Taxi services cost are quite high, should be brought down to regular fare.

When we checked in the lady at the counter said she has smoking king room and not ( non-smoking) king room as we had booked . All are fully booked . I asked her why the hotel did not inform if there was full booking why was i not informed. Then they said can change to twin bed and finally we got non- smoking king . So there were non- smoking king room but we had to really ask for 30 min to get it Otherwise the stay was nice and staff were nice This check in experience made it a bit sour

Management and front desk personnel should be trained to request one document from guests at check in. Passport or ID, not both in order to avoid confusion. The manager at check in asked for various documents, placing me in embarrassing position in front of my friends.

I consider this hotel a decent offering which provides comfortable accommodation for a reasonable price. The pool in particular is excellent and one of few in the area which has direct sun all day due to its position being actually on the very top of the building (instead of halfway in the building as with most 'rooftop pools' in Bangkok). The room itself was clean but basic and WiFi was free throughout. I didn't try breakfast or any other meals in the hotel. The staff were friendly at checkin and checkout - I had no other cause to deal with them. Location is conveniently located halfway between Phloen Chit and Nana BTS stations and is easily walkable even with bags. I would stay here again.

I travel alot and the room looked great online. Upon entering the hotel, I was surprised and confused because it was not what I had remembered seeing advertised. Our room was dirty and the carpet wasn't cleaned. Management did move us to a room they said was remodeled, which was slightly better but remodeled was a stretch. Breakfast buffet was mediocre. The staff was pleasant but I wouldn't stay or recommend it to anyone.

Hotel location is good near by the Hospital and many restaurants. Its clean .food is not expensive in the hotel cheaper than outside restaurants . Receptionist speak many languages and giving full details which is good. WIFI is bad always disconnecting every minute .make sure you lock your bags and your valuable things because they open your bags while you are away specially before checking out of the hotel.

This hotel is nearby One International Hospital, so many people related on the Medical Treatment with this hospital just like me. Everything is Ok, but a little old, and the breakfast is not up to the standard. Another bad thing is no free Wifi in hotel room and you need to have the Wifi in the lobby of the hotel.

The hotel was fine in many ways...I only stayed 1 night on a business trip, but would not choose it for pleasure. I had an executive room, but still had to pay about 250baht an hour for internet access which didn't work too well. A very nice lady came to my room to help....but I found the process needlessly complicated and very expensive compared to other Bangkok hotels which have free access. Room service was quick and OK. The ladies in the Spa were very helpful and pleasant. The treatments I received were average. The napkin which came with my room service meal was very stained. My other moan is that the breakfast coffee was dreadful! The best thing about the hotel was the staff.....and the reasonable price......through Hotel club anyway.....their rack rates are not so good. I may stay there if I have business at Bumrungrad or nearby....but wouldn't choose it for a leisure or family trip.

As the hotel is very close to the Bumrungard hospital (100 m) it is very convinient for outpations. The hotel itself has a lot of guest from arabic countrys, the streets around provide lot of restaurants with arabic and mideastern food. The hotel itself could do with some new carpets, espechialy the breakfeast area looks not so clean anymore. The servis can be slow at a time. Otherwise I rec. the hotel for beeing so lose to the hospital
