Breakfast was average. Location was superb however driving there was a bit of a challenge down the extremely narrow streets (had to put the wing mirrors in).

Cons: No atmosphere in the dining room, only one other family in there but the hotel was full. The underground car park entry and spacing was the tightest ever and needed a member of staff to help park the car and also drive it out when leaving.

Wow, what a great hotel, right in the beautiful old town of Cordoba. The location is truly spectacular, within walking distance to all the sights and wonderful restaurants. We stayed in a Superior XL room which was very spacious, both the room and the bathroom, it had all the amenities we needed, and was very quiet. For us, arriving in a rental car, the onsite underground hotel parking garage was a huge bonus. The dining area is nice for breakfast but I wouldn't have dinner here, as it doesn't have much charm.

Cons: La camera piuttosto surriscaldata (30 gradi al termostato). Considerata l’ora tarda e la stanchezza, non abbiamo voluto disturbare il personale per richiedere un cambio, anche se sarebbe stato opportuno viste le temperature elevate. Abbiamo quindi preferito dormire con la finestra aperta.

This is one of the nicest hotels i have stayed at. They were super helpful over the phone with me when another hotel suddenly cancelled our stay. The staff was very friendly and warm. They had many suggestions for food, drinks, and things to do in the city. They provided us with a map as well. At the end of our stay they called a taxi for us too. The breakfast was insane. I wish we could have stayed more days just for the breakfast. OMG. It was so delux. We went back for 2nds and 3rds. The coffee machine and espresso were also top notch. Excellent coffee which is just the best thing after traveling. Nothing like a good cup of coffee to start or ruin your day ya know? There must have been 2 dozen plates of different types of food to try. yogurt with all the fixings including some that i had never heard of. Little toasts with all kinds of toppings, fruit of course, pastries, cookies, cakes, potatoes, meat and cheese varieties, different kinds of juices. The room itself was pretty and the bed was extremely comfortable. After walking around the city we laid down for all of 2 seconds before falling asleep. Air conditioner was good too, kept the room nice and chilly. The shower was also great?? Excellent water pressure and the bathrobes were sweet. I really felt like it was a luxury experience at a very inexpensive cost point. i think it was maybe 90 euros for the night and that was with us booking the day before. i cant recommend this place enough. I would come back in a heartbeat.

Cons: Ok the pool area was pretty small and there was basically no room for us to be there. So if you are wanting to lounge poolside to cool off it might feel a bit cramped. Not to say it was busy, its just that the pool is smaller and the area around the pool is small too so as soon as there are 5 or more people/couples it feels like it maybe too many people. It gets hot in Cordoba so sitting in the water is a must do. The breakfast was pricey! I want to say it was almost $30?? But hey it was really really good. Its just that Cordoba has incredible restaurants and you can eat for much cheaper and get great food elsewhere. So it felt like we were paying a lot considering the normal prices for breakfast. I would do it again though because it was so good.

Cons: La habitación. Reservamos una junior suite para tener más espacio. Sinceramente, creo que cualquier otra habitación habría sido mejor: no era grande y tenía una puerta (cerrada, claro) para conectar con la habitación de al lado por la que se oía todo.. y nos oían, imagino. Sé que tiene que haber todo tipo de habitaciones, pero no pueden cobrar más por esa habitación que, seguramente, sea de las peores del hotel.

The room was cozy and clean and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly — they even helped me book a taxi to the train station. The only downside was the breakfast, which was quite limited and not really worth the price. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay in the heart of Córdoba.

Cons: The first room we were given had a strong smell of mold, and there was even a hair on the pillow. When we reported this to the reception staff, their initial response was to offer us a larger room—but only for an additional charge. This was completely unacceptable. After I insisted firmly, they eventually moved us to a different room, which was beautiful. However, the initial response left a very bad impression, as they were unwilling to correct their mistake. Sadly, this seems typical of Spanish customer care, where the customer is often treated as if they are in the wrong.

This was my favourite of all the hotels that I visited while in Spain. My room was spacious, extremely clean and very comfortable. I had no issues with noise. The staff are helpful and friendly. The hotel is very close to the main attractions in Cordoba as well as to many restaurants and cafes. I did not eat in the restaurant so cannot comment. Overall it was a wonderful stay and I would choose the NH Collection Amistad again.

Cons: L’hotel è strategicamente situato in un’ottima posizione, ma purtroppo l’esperienza complessiva non è stata all’altezza degli standard NH. Abbiamo segnalato alla reception che il bagno si allagava, ma la ragazza si è limitata a dire che avrebbe informato un collega, senza ulteriori spiegazioni o interventi. Inoltre, dal bagno proveniva un odore di fogna davvero insopportabile. Abbiamo riferito il problema solo al check-out, perché al nostro arrivo in camera piuttosto tardi non avevamo intenzione di cambiare stanza alle 00:00, ma resta il fatto che situazioni del genere non dovrebbero verificarsi in un hotel a 4 stelle della catena NH.

Everything about this place is perfect: Central location, guest services, the large, comfortable rooms, extremely comfortable beds, the restaurant, and the friendly staff (such as Manolo, the wonderful maitre d’ who greets you at breakfast and lunch and makes your experience a most wonderful one!). Over the years I’ve stayed at a number of different Cordoba hotels and this hands-down is my favorite. Can’t wait to return to stay here again. The proximity to the historic sites - Judería and Synagogue, Mezquita, Patios (gardens), Palacio de Viana and more - makes this ideal for tourists of all ages. Other notes: the A/C in the rooms works terrific, which is important in a city like Cordoba, which gets so hot from spring all the way through Oct. another tip: Get the NH Collection Gourmet Experience through guest relations: It includes the tasting menu at either lunch or dinner (Cordovan cuisine) as well as a guided tour of the main historic sites. There are a lot of great things to say about this hotel (love the outdoor pool, too!)

Nos encanto, estoy segura que cuando terminen la remodelacion va a ser justicia a la parte que ya esta lista, aun con esto nuestra estancia fue magnífica. En la recepción nos ayudaron con nuestro auto, me encanto que se puede llegar en el y estar super ubicados en la juederia. La habitación muy bonita, con gran espacio, la cama muy comoda y algo que me gusto mucho fueron las revistas, grandes recomendaciones. El desayuno muy bien, los cafes los pedimos a las meseras muy amables y los Huevos se hacen al momento asi que super fresco, todos muy amables. Definitivamente esperamos regresar.

Cons: po předchozím telefonátu nám byl nabídnut parking v hotelu. když jsme do hotelu, asi hodinu po telefonátu, okolo půlnoci dorazili, tak nám bylo řečeno, že je parking plný. museli jsme tedy úzkou uličkou couvat několik set metrů zpět na veřejný parking. v noci okolo 2:00 začale ze stropu, zřejmě z klimatizace, kapat voda, velmi hlučně, rušilo nás to velmi při spánku, i když jsme na podlahu dali ručník, tak to nepomohlo, byl hned mokrý a hluk pokračoval... když jsme to ráno řekli slečně recepční, tak nám odmítla nabídnout jakoukoliv kompenzaci v podstatě ani slevu na snídani, nic... do tohoto hotelu se určitě nevrátíme, ani ho nedoporučujeme

Excellent location in the old town in a very pretty plaza, 5 mins walk from the Mezquita. The room was nice but we had twin beds and would have preferred them to be made up as a double. A nice plate of welcome fruit in our room when we arrived. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons: Breakfast was fine for the money but I've had better at that price point. Staff were friendly and helpful. There wasn't really a bar or anywhere to relax with a snack after the journey. At least, I think you could order food but it wasn't obvious. However, loads of places to eat and snack within 2 mins of hotel.

Very modern and comfortable hotel with internal decor in Arabian style with arches. Great sized room very quiet. Amazing sangrias in the bar best we’ve had. Good restaurant and breakfasts were special with a chef making individual omelettes to order,great touch.

Cons: Reasonable walk to the train station but manageable if you stick to the main roads not the google maps route which uses cobbled paths which are tough if you have bags with you. But good location for exploring la Mezquita, placid de Viana and Roman bridge.

Can't beat the location. Slap bang in the historic centre.

Cons: There was a smell in the room as if someone had smoked. Maybe from the aircon. The hotel feels a little tired - worn out carpets in the halls, the pool area was not the cleanest. No patio as this was undergoing a makeover. Room was an average size, bathrom was small and shower leaked onto floor each time we showered. Pleasant, but not the best value for your money.

The location of the hotel was excellent for our party as it's close to the main sites in Cordoba and one of us has difficulty walking. The rooms are well-designed and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent.

Cons: The staff were very friendly and helpful but there should have been more people on reception; when we checked in, Auxi had to cope with a long queue on her own and clearly found it stressful, although she handled everything efficiently.

Location was brilliant, on the edge of the inside of the historical centre, ideal to be able to walk everywhere. The surroundings are very quiet. The atmosphere from checking in to checking out was superb. Our room and bathroom was very comfortable, clean, modern and very well maintained. Our twin beds were very comfortable, three pillows to each bed. There was a safe, a mini bar/fridge, a coffee machine and small kettle. A range of beverages. Plenty of hangers in the wardrobe. The towels were excellent quality as was the bath robes. There was a decent hairdryer. Housekeeping was top notch. Our off season deal was excellent value. Buffet breakfast was not in our deal but we did this option on our last morning and it was one of the best displays of breakfast I have encountered over the years. Top quality produce, a huge variety of hot and cold. Local produce, and if there was something you wanted that wasn’t on display the staff would have tried their best to oblige. Highly recommend this hotel for all ages. We will recommend and return.

A beautiful hotel situated right on the edge of the walled city, making it incredibly well-positioned for exploring. Staff are very helpful and friendly, so tap them for tips on restaurants, etc. Newly upgraded rooms offer comfy beds and good bathrooms. The suite is definitely worth splurging on for a special occasion: it's enormous, features a palatial bathroom, a spacious sitting room, and a private terrace. Despite visiting during a heatwave, we didn't use the hotel pool, but it was nice to have the option. (Air-con was super efficient, thankfully!) As with all other NH hotels I've visited in Spain, breakfast offered a vast buffet and cooked-to-order dishes, so it's definitely worth considering going B&B.

The room was very comfortable, the beds were very comfortable, good pillows, lovely bathroom, quality hairdryer. The whole experience was five star.

Cons: Smelly bathroom, especially in the afternoon/evening. However after staying in Cordoba for five days we gather this is a general problem, not just attached to the hotel.

Parking was tricky to get to as very narrow roads which did not look like you could use them with car, but could. Dog friendly, however, quite expensive extra costs for dogs. They did upgrade us for free to a room with an internal courtyard, which was very handy for dogs. Would stay there again.

Y cuando nos presentamos en el hotel y fuimos a la piscina, resulta que la entrada a los perros a la zona de piscina estaba prohibida. Fue bastante decepcionante ya que elegimos este hotel por eso mismo. Al final nos dejaron entrar de forma excepcional, pero fue un momento muy incómodo y no entendimos por qué tuvieron que mentirnos.

Room was located on the ground floor, close to the swimming pool access. The pool although small was adequate, it is not heated, but not an issue it is very relaxing on a very hot day. The buffet breakfast was one of the best we have experienced, it ranks alongside those we experienced in Asia. Water in our room was replaced every day. The hotel itself is in the historic part, and only a short walk to all of the main sites. All of the staff were excellent especially the lady who sorted towels at the pool and worked in the restaurant. In addition the young woman on the customer relation desk went the extra mile.

Cons: It took quite a while for them to find us a room at check in, despite us having booked months before. Also there was building works going on during our trip, which started at 7 in the morning. Having to use the app to access services for the hotel. The tv we could only access one English speaking Chanel bbc news. The tv controller did not let us select programmes in original language

This is the third NH hotel we checked in during our trip in Andalusia. NH Collection Amistad Córdoba charming, it reminds us of some of the boutique hotels in the Gulf region. There is just one major issue (at least to us) that is not mentioned on the hotel website. The hotel is undergoing renovations. Today I planned to sleep in until 9:00 am only to be woken up by construction noise shortly after 7:00 am. I don’t mind the faint dusty smell when we turned on the a/c but being awaken so early is another matter. I brought this up with reception, I believe it was the front office manager. I questioned the absence of this information on their website. She apologized and was told that it was management decision not to put the info on their website. Disappointing and unmindful to say the least. Transparency is key to guest satisfaction and the hotel failed.

We booked for 3 nights, my one reservation was the access for the parking as it seemed very narrow when looking on Google Streetview, I would now say that there is only one tight piece just as you enter the Square, the rest is not as bad as it looks. I received a number if messages from the hotel prior to arrival asking how I was travelling, check in information to speed the process on the day etc, but nothing to say that the hotel was under major refurbishment, fortunately our room was on the furthest side of the hotel so it wasn't an issue to us. Bizarrely we were given a card we could use to indcate that we didn't want room service with the indicement being a free drink at the bar, the bar area however appeared to be closed for refurbishment. Overall the staff were polite and friendly, the receptionist gave us a map of the city and restaurant recommendations, the room was clean and well stocked and inclided a turn down service, location was also very good. The breakfast was fairly standard fare for this class of hotel with a bit of everything available.

Es la segunda vez que vamos a este hotel y seguro que volveremos. El personal es extremadamente amable, sobre todo en el desayuno. La habitación era preciosa. Viajábamos con una niña de 6 años y tuvieron detalles especiales con ella. La ubicación además es inmejorable.

Cons: La pena es que justo estaban reformando una zona y nos pilló allí, pero eso nos garantiza que la próxima vez que vayamos estará aún mejor.

La situación del hotel es inmejorable para visitar el casco antiguo. La habitación es muy bonita y cómoda. Realmente acogedora. El personal de 10. Destacar que cuando estábamos mirando para llegar al hotel una de las recepcionistas que había acabado su turno nos preguntó en la calle si nos podía ayudar y nos indicó cómo llegar al hotel, excepcional la amabilidad de esta persona. El buffet es muy muy bueno y merece la pena el precio, muy bueno para todo lo que se ofrece. La piscina del hotel es pequeña pero un punto muy bueno para refrescarse y pasar un rato entre las visitas a la ciudad.

Cons: Chambres donnant sur la piscine un peu trop bruyantes le matin (on entend les bruits de valises et les gens qui discutent dans le patio). Piscine moins grande que sur les photos et manque de transats pour accueillir les clients. Les chambres du patio manquaient parfois de lumière naturelle, un peu sombre.

El hotel está muy cuidado, tiene una apuesta decorativa atrevida y bastante lograda: con carácter cordobés, pero al mismo tiempo moderno, sin llegar a ser "kitsch", lo que lo hace muy agradable. Las camas muy cómodas, los baños amplios y todo funcionando perfectamente. La ubicación es excelente.

Cons: Todo ha ido bien. El desayuno no lo podemos valorar porque hemos desayunado fuera del hotel.

La ubicación es fantástica, a dos pasos de la Judería, y de la Mezquita. El trato del personal, exquisito, sin excepción, a destacar la atención recibida durante el desayuno.

Cons: Incomprensiblemente, una experiencia tan buena se fué al traste porque antes de las 7 de la mañana nos despertaron con golpes y ruidos de máquinas de obras de las reformas del hotel. Entiendo que hay que llevar a cabo mantenimiento y es en bien del estado del hotel, pero me parece inaceptable que se haga a esas horas, tuvimos que dejar el hotel antes de lo previsto porque no había quien estuviera

Het personeel is uiterst behulpzaam en zeer attent, de ligging van het hotel is perfect. Het ontbijtbuffet is fantastisch. De welkomstattentie is ook erg leuk. De bedden zijn comfortabel en het zwembad is fijn om af te koelen na een bezoek aan het warme Cordoba.

Cons: Het enige minpunt waren de vele kleine vliegjes in badkamer in slaapkamer. Ondanks meldingen os dit niet opgelost. Zonder dit, zou ons verblijf perfect zijn geweest.

This is a gorgeous hotel with a beautiful reception and very well located very close to shops restaurants and the Mezquitta. We booked as a family of 5 and the adult kids got updgraded to a junior suite which was gorgeous! The pool was lovely and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We had a wonderful stay and we were able to park for free nearby on neighbouring streets. We would definitely book again if we returned!

Cons: Achtung: aktuell finden in diesem Hotel Bauarbeiten statt. Wir fanden dazu keinen Hinweis bei booking.com. Die Zimmer gegenüber und oberhalb von uns waren auf jeden Fall Baustelle. Morgens um 7.10 Uhr wurde auch einmal der Trennschleifer angeschmissen. Ansonsten bekamen wir wenig davon mit. Das Fitnessstudio entspricht überhaupt nicht den Bildern aus dem Internet. Es besteht aus einem unebenen Boden, bietet Hanteln, ein Cardiogerät und Handtücher. KEIN Wasserspender und da es in einem offenem Bereich ist, auch keine AC. Bei über 40 Grad eine Zumutung. Check In dauert sehr lang. Die versprochene Info per SMS, dass das Zimmer bezugsbereit sei, kam nie an. Es müssen diverse Sachen unterschrieben werden u.a. bezüglich des Nicht-Interesses am Membershipprogramm. Personal am Check In wirkte überfordert und überlastet. Wir wollten nur unsere Schlüsselkarte abholen und warteten 20 Minuten darauf.

I have stayed in this hotel many times. It is undergoing a major refurbishment which was never communicated to me at any point during the reservation process. Although I did think the room rate was surprisingly low. Everything worked okay, but the real charm of this hotel as the bar and external areas which are the focus of the renovation. Disappointing.

L’accueil excellent avec prise en charge de la voiture dès notre arrivée par un voiturier. Nous avons pu tout faire à pieds très facilement, à proximité de tous les centres d’intérêts . La chambre très agréable. L’ensemble du personnel était incroyable et tout a été fait pour que nous nous sentions bien dans l’hôtel. Je recommande .

We loved the NH Collection Amistad Cordoba and would definitely stay there again! We had a junior suite which was perfect for us, but worth checking with the hotel if you do book a suite re access, our room had stairs down into it so not ideal for anyone with mobility issues. The car park is directly next to the hotel but quite tight to get into, the hotel let you know in advance what the maximum dimensions are for cars. There is a very helpful member of staff (sorry we couldn’t remember his name) who will assist you parking and is happy to drive and park for you. The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful,

A localização bem no coração do bairro judeu. O quarto é espectacular fiquei na suite Junior que tem acabamentos das paredes com pedras das muras.

Cons: O check-in foi meio tumultuado cheguei as 12h00 e muita gente chegando e saindo e tinha somente uma única funcionária na recepção. Percebia que ela estava assoberbada.

The rooms were of high quality for the money, all modern and newly updated. We were greeted by a lovely receptionist our arrival and the hotel smelt amazing!

Cons: We didn’t try the restaurants but did use the gym that was simple abut effective. Could do with a little more equipment.

The hotel was perfect location for a quick visit in Cordoba. We were upgraded to a suite and it was beautiful room with really comfortable space and beds. Food at the breakfast buffet was also very good.

Absolut alles war top! Insbesondere aufgefallen ist uns die Herzlichkeit der Mitarbeiter, besonders hervorzuheben waren Eva vom Pool und Isabel vom Frühstück! Ganz großes Lob! Auch der Einparkservice in die sehr enge Garage war klasse! Tolle Lage mitten in der Altstadt, große Auswahl beim Frühstück, schöner Pool.

Cons: Es gab Gäste, die am Pool stundenlang Liegen reserviert haben ohne jemals dort gewesen zu sein! Sehr enge Zufahrtsstrasse zum Hotel.

Besonders gut hat uns die Lage gefallen, wir konnten alles, was wir uns ansehen wollten, zu Fuß ablaufen. Besonders gefreut haben wir uns über die kleinen Köstlichkeiten, welche abends im Zimmer standen. Auch der Pool sollte erwähnt werden, es waren immer Liegen frei und man konnte sich nach einem Tag Sightseeing gut am Pool entspannen. Das frühstück war auch sehr gut, alles da, was man braucht um gut in den Tag zu starten.

Loved the breakfast and the afternoon snacks. Croquetas were amazing and the breakfast was great, but the thing that impressed us the most was the lady that attended us and the other guest in the dinning room. Very caring, diligent, amicable.

Cons: Chairs in the dining room are beautiful but not very comfortable.

The location of the hotel is very central to the old city, and easy to walk around. When visiting with a car, park at the Parking la Mezquita de Córdoba, it's much better than navigating the narrow roads to the hotel's parking. It's a short walk to the hotel. Staff are friendly and the hotel is modern.

Cons: Unfortunately my room was not the look of the room that I booked and the was dark. Staff tried to offer suites as alternatives but unfortunately the bedroom of the suites are very cave like with no windows. Windows only in the lounge of the suite.

This was our third experience with NH in the last one year. The quality of NH in Cordoba is the same as in Dubai or Copenhagen. The rooms and service are the same everywhere. Imagine traveling the world, but feeling like you're at home.

Mitten im Barrio Judio gelegen. Super-Frühstück, super nette Leute.

Cons: Jedes Zimmer hat irgend eine Macke (AC kaputt, Bad/WC offen, Lärm). Wir haben in vier Tagen zweimal gewechselt. So richtig wohl fühlt man sich hier nicht, obwohl das Hotel alles so schön und angenehm wie nur möglich machen möchte. 28 EUR für einen Parkplatz sollte man bei der Buchung schon sehen können und nicht erst hinterher per Mail mitgeteilt bekommen.

I am a hotel designer, and I was taking notes from the moment I walked in the door. The scent when the lobby doors opened, cold carafes of water with orange slices, the lovely Lobby - with its spectacular design and details. The Lobby is a lovely oasis. The elegance of the guest room: the height of the ceilings, the textured walls, the headboard design, the fresh fruit and the stunning bathroom (with a great shower!). We loved the design, the friendly staff- and the location could not be beat. Within steps from the hotel, we visited these gems: the statue of Maimonides, the Synagogue, Sefardic Museum, Alchemy Museum, 12th Century Casa, Matador Museum and a free Modern Art Museum. The Mzquitza is a mere ten minute walk past wonderful streets lined with charming restaurants and stores. Another bonus: The staff parked the car, which is a relief after driving through narrow Old Town streets. This hotel is the PERFECT place for a trip to Cordoba.
