Location is very convenient, near the metro and train stations. Food was OK, but waiting time for f. e. a burger was at least 30-40 minutes each time. Some of the staff was friendly.

Cons: This was the worst hotel I’ve ever been to (considering price to quality ratio). I think it’s a scandal that Marriott is signing this with their brand. Moxy is basically a youth hostel that you pay for like for a business hotel. I’ve had 2 reservations made, one personal through booking, one business made by my company. On the night of arrival I was told they can’t find my second reservation, which is obviously very stressful. It was Saturday 9PM so I had to contact my company for reservation number. After some communication back and forth, they were finally able to find my reservation, I can understand these things happen but the lady supervisor that evening was annoyed I’m even asking any questions. I was also told I will stay in the same room for my two reservations, but regardless of that room service came to my room that day asking why I’m not checking out of the room… I was also charged by the hotel twice, I tried to sort it out directly with them, but the lady at the reception was trying to prove to me I’m wrong even when I was showing her my bank statements which were clearly NOT only authorisations. Finally I had to sort this out with booking.com, but nevertheless my funds were blocked for some time. The room itself felt like it was unfinished. Very empty, no place to sit and just a couple of hangers available. No iron available - you need to use one of two available ironing rooms on two selected floors. Generally looks cheaply made. Walls are very thin - I could hear my neighbors talking sometimes. Generally speaking - absolutely not worth the price and unfortunately some of the staff was so unprofessional and mean that I was wondering why they even work in hospitality.

Cons: La cama y las almohadas son incómodas, para la segunda noche pedimos otra almohada pero no sirvió de nada. El colchón se hundía. Una chica de limpieza toco y entro a la habitación a las 8am para ver si aun estábamos ahí, estábamos ya despiertos porque llevaban más de media hora haciendo ruido con los carros pero me pareció increíble que entrara en la habitación sin checkear antes si habíamos hecho check out… Otra cosa a decir… fuimos a por dos botellas de agua y nos costaron 5€ cada una… Cuando fuimos a hacer el check out, el personal de recepción al comentarles el incidente con la chica de limpieza simplemente se disculpó y nos dio las gracias por el feedback, no esperábamos ningún tipo de compensación, pero si un poco más de atención ya que no pareció que le dieran mucha importancia… me pareció muy decepcionante después de pagar 295€ por dos noches sin desayuno.

La locacion es muy buena, esta super cerca de la estacion de tren. Nos hospedamos ahi porque estabamos solo una noche y saliamos super temprano al dia siguiente. El hotel es moderno y eso lo hace muy pintorezco, las habitaciones son super lindas.

Cons: El baño no esta bien pensado. Nos dieron una habitacion con ducha para personas con movilidad reducida, lamentablemente ducharse era mojar todo el baño complicando el uso despues. Y sin mencionar que no supimos como mover el asiento de la ducha para poder posicionarnos bien debajo de ella.

Overall, my stay at the Moxy was really disappointing. I’ve stayed at other Moxy properties that I really enjoyed so I was surprised this one was such a let down. First, I requested an early check in as we were getting into Barcelona around 8:30am. I know this isn’t guaranteed, so it’s not the end of the world but we didn’t end up getting a room until 3pm. I’ve stayed in other hotels in different cities in Europe and have always been able to check in at least a little earlier, so if you’re hoping to get into a room before 3pm I wouldn’t get your hopes up. When our room was ready we were lead into a back room to grab our bags and we’re not offered any help with this (not even out of the room so I had to move a bunch of other people’s bags to grab my own). When we did check in our room, it REAKED of mildew/mold. It was really bad, we slept with the balcony door cracked because it was that bad. And I still had trouble sleeping with the smell. If we were staying for more than one night I would’ve asked to switch (but didn’t want to wait after waiting to get into this room) or found a different place to stay. The shower leaked into the middle of the room (probably explains the mildew problem). Like a huge puddle 5 feet from the shower into the middle of the room. I had the shower door closed and the shower mat out but it leaked through a corner and under the door. Staff were nice/friendly but just kind of generally unhelpful but they did seem busy. The lobby was nice and modern looking. The decor was nice in the room but definitely didn’t make up for the smell. The breakfast buffet was good but way over priced for what it was. Definitely not a four star hotel. I wouldn’t recommend if it was a 2 or 3 star hotel either though honestly.

Il y a des bouches de métro pas loin. Une épicerie et des restaurants excellent sont à proximité. La plage est un peu loin, mais s'était évident vu l'emplacement de l'hôtel. Cons: Prezzo troppo caro per la stanza che è, non c'è il mini frigo quindi impossibile tenere qualcosa in fresco sia per bere che per mangiare; Per fumare è obbligatorio scendere al terzo piano e usare il balcone che si trova li, abbastanza scomodo. Sopratutto se vuoi un po di relax e sei costretto a passare dal bar, condividere il balcone con altre persone, e assistere a scene di ragazzi ubriachi....

Booked a room at Moxy Barcelona on 8 October for a stay on 22 October. Cancelled four days later, well within the magical “free cancellation” window. Silly me — I assumed free cancellation meant they wouldn’t hold €220 hostage indefinitely. Fast-forward: the hotel is still sitting on my money, and their inbox must be on an extended vacation. I’ve sent multiple emails, and clearly, nobody there has discovered the “reply” button yet. Maybe customer service is optional? Honestly, impressive performance. If ignoring guests and holding their funds counts as hospitality, Moxy Barcelona deserves an award. Bravo.

Whilst i was at this hotel i heard another guest complaining verg rudely about silly little things within the hotel. I sat and wondered how do people pick hotels ? Moxy is a lifstyle, limited service hotel..its focus is not caviar and champagne, fendi furniture, or 'yes m'lord, certainly m'lady" service. The Moxy brand is for transient, less fuss, practical teaveller that can come and go with ease. I stayed with my son for a few nights over October half term and i have to say it is a great Moxy. You arrive to a ground floor entrance hall and make your way to the third floor where you have everything..... bar / restaurant / terrace / play space (with table football and pool) / event spaces / lounge. Check in is done on the bar area like all moxys. My son and i arrived on monday evening quite late (around 2130/2200 to be greeted by a lovely lady (i didnt get her name, dark hair, glasses, quite short) who was brilliant. She chatted away told us where to go in barcelona, what to stay away from, how to navigate the city and all her personal reccomendarions. Her service was top!!!! I wish i had had the chance to thank her before we left. We had a twin room which was fun, light, and minimal due to the style of hotel. It had everything you need and even a little balcony. We went to eat in the restaurant. Food was good, servive was quick and again the guy on the bar had great engaement and customer service. We were super comfortable and stayed in the public areas of the hotel playing pool and boardgames and cards all evening. Everyone we encountered (hotel staff) kept suggesting to visit their 10th floor rooftop bar and terrace which we did ....it was mega cool ....the coolest terrace and bar i have seen in a moxy. We ate there the second night food was good and it.was busy with a lovely buzz of locals and residents. Above this terrace is a roof with hosts a small square swimming pool and loungers. We were a little out of season but my son still wanted to try it out. So we jumped into the freezing pool.....it was fine .... i am sure in the summer its a busy space. Dont expect a workout as it is small but a good amenity to have. It is a bit of a walk to the main tourist attractions 30mins +. For what the moxy brand represents and how it positions itself this moxy is great. The highlight the 10th floor terrace and bar and of course the staff. Thank you moxy barcelona

No te sientes llegando a un Hotel sino a tu casa, los espacios son muy geniales incluso tentadores para quedarte y no salir a conocer!

Cons: They did not honour their contract with us. We did not get the room we had booked and paid for. We were offered a lesser room on arrival at 11 pm! They had my number but did not contact me in advance. They offered a free breakfast… well it costs them almost nothing to do that. At that time of night I was not left with much choice. I think it is very poor behaviour on their part… we paid for a nice room and were given something inferior.

The Hotel Moxy brand is a fun, lively hotel experience and the staff and facility in Barcelona met expectations. I booked the Moxy because it was close to Barcelona Sants and I was familar with the overall vibe from visiting other locations. This location has a supermarket in the retail space at ground level, so stock up and bring things up to your room for snacks. Balcony on the room was a lovely feature, as I sat and enjoyed some down time before heading out for a meal.

Cons: In this case, the lack of amenities in the room was marks off for my stay. As a business traveler and with my short stay in Barcelona, I was disappointed in the high price of the breakfast (which I did not buy). I missed having a coffee maker or even an instant coffee in the room. The Moxy is really built for super social folk who want to mingle with strangers and I really wanted to enjoy the city, so the location was great, but I felt it was overpriced when I looked at the nearby alternatives available on the same night. I picked Moxy because I had such a great experience at other locations. This is not a reflection on the hospitality, which was very good and helpful.

Overall the hotel is modern and in good condition and the location is good. However, we were unhappy there. Our original Marriott hotel was closed and they rebooked us to this hotel. We only needed one night before a cruise so we accepted the rebooking. The problems we encountered were these. The shower had low pressure, hot/cold varying temperature, and too soft water making it impossible to rinse off the soap. The bed was quite hard and caused my back to ache. There was a horrible sewage stink when we entered the room, but luckily we could open the balcony door and air out the room rather quickly. The bathroom continued to smell, but not so bad it was a major issue. They have 2 check in areas, one at ground level which is not always open. And the main lobby. We had checked in at ground level and had to leave our luggage and return later for a room (which seems to be standard BS practice at Barcelona Marriott hotels). Upon returning, the ground level check in area was closed off and so we took the elevator to the main level check in. There it was a bit of a disaster. They couldn't find our luggage because it was downstairs and no one communicated that or moved the luggage. We had to wait twice in a long line because of them pulling us away to locate the luggage. The people at the desk were friendly, but they moved very slowly as they seemed confused about their jobs. It was quite a mess. There was one really great guy there that saved us and this review. His name was Afroz and he was extremely good at his position, though I'm not sure what that is? If he's not a manager, he should be!! He was knowledgeable, expedient, personable, etc. He made the frustrating experience a lot less miserable. This rating of 3 bubbles would have been only one if not for Afroz. A million thanks to him!!!

The hotel is close to Barcelona sants train station which is convenient; there are local shops and resturants nearby.

Cons: I stayed at Moxy Barcelona in October 2025 and unfortunately was bitten by bed bugs. The bites caused swelling and discomfort, and I had to cut short my next booking and pay for an earlier flight home due to health concerns. I paid £556 for three nights, which makes this experience even more disappointing. What made it worse was the staff’s response. Instead of showing concern or helping, one staff member implied I had brought the bed bugs myself and was dismissive and rude. This unprofessional behaviour ruined my stay. I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience and hope management addresses hygiene issues with the high number of guests. The lift button to my floor was also broken in one of the lifts which was annoying too.

La acústica es pésima, toda la madrugada escuché a las personas conversando en el pasillo y además se escucha muy fuerte cuando las puertas se cierran, ya que se azotan, no están reguladas, así que el descanso es nulo. Como si fuera poco, la segunda noche empezó a gotear el agua del sanitario, no cesó a partir de ese momento, motivo por el cual, conciliar el sueño fue casi imposible. Encontré el sofá cama tendido y pedí el favor que lo deshicieran, porque para mí era más cómodo su funcionalidad de sofá e hicieron caso omiso a mi petición, por lo cual, nunca pude utilizarlo como sofá. Puedo decir que salí más cansado de lo que llegué y, definitivamente, esa no es la intención cuando uno escoge un hotel de esta categoría, mi experiencia fue un desastre y sentí que pagué una tarifa alta, a cambio de una muy mediocre experiencia.

Cons: The room smelled bad, like wastewater, so we had to change it. The other room was a little better, but you would expect much higher quality from a 4-star hotel. Breakfast was very average and overcrowded. Some elderly travelers from cruises joined over the weekend, which caused long waiting times — 10-20 minutes — for any food. I would not recommend to visit this hotel again.

En el bufet del desayuno, los ítems de calidad, como el jamón o un tipo de pan, se agotaban enseguida y no se reponía más.

Pour ce second séjour, l'accueil était un peu plus chaleureux. Les personnes présentes ont essayé de faire de leur mieux pour faciliter notre séjour. Les locaux sont toujours très agréables.

Cons: Il y avait un trou dans la première chambre qui nous a été attribuée. Heureusement, le personnel d'accueil a réagi rapidement pour nous changer de chambre. La qualité de la nourriture proposée ne s'est pas améliorée, mais dans un intervalle de 5 jours entre nos deux séjours, je ne m'attendais bien évidemment pas à un miracle. Le rapport qualité prix n'est donc toujours pas bon.

We really enjoyed our stay at Moxy Barcelona. The location is excellent central, yet just far enough from the busy crowds to feel calm and relaxed. I booked a queen room with a balcony, but it turned out to be a standard-sized room. It was small, poorly furnished, and not worth the price—over €1,100 for four nights. The bathroom was uncomfortable to use, with no fan, no shower cabin (water splashed everywhere), and weak water pressure. Breakfast was below average in both quality and variety. On the positive side, the staff were very friendly and helpful, though the check-in process was slow and there was always a long queue at reception. Overall, I wouldn’t return to Moxy, as I expected a much higher standard.

La décoration et les locaux sont superbes. Les lieux sont plus optimisés pour du transit que pour un long séjour (pas de rangement juste quelques cintres). L'accueil est correct sans être chaleureux.

Cons: On nous a offert un jeton de bienvenue pour obtenir une boisson. Nous avons commandé un jus d'orange qui était absolument infect. Dans ces conditions, il est préférable de ne rien avoir. D'une façon générale, la restauration n'est pas au niveau de ce qu'on peut attendre d'un hôtel 4*. En définitive le rapport qualité prix n'est pas au rendez-vous.

Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage. Der Bahnhof ist ganz in der Nähe. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. In der Nähe gibt es einen Supermarkt und zahlreiche Restaurants. Das Frühstück ist sehr vielfältig und gut. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

The only thing good about this hotel is the location although if you are bringing a car with you, it is a problem because the parking garage is underground and there is no connecting door or elevator so you have to walk up the circular ramp with your luggage. On top of that they charge you for an extra day of parking. We stayed 4 nights and had to pay 5 nights of parking which has never happened anywhere else where we have stayed. Parking garage gate gets jammed and no one answers the call button. Do not buy the breakfast package as if you don’t like it they make it difficult for you to get a refund. The breakfast is overpriced for subpar food, cold eggs and only thing that is good is the croissants. You can walk up the street and get a coffee and croissant for under 3 E. The beds are like sleeping on a plank of wood. Cleaning staff does a good job. Rooms are clean and tidy. That is the only reason I have them a 2 instead of a 1. The front desk staff is argumentative when you question anything.

A nice hotel in a good location but difficult to find. This hotel is a short walk from the Barcelona Sants train station. After we got out of the train station we wandered around looking for the Moxy Hotel. The hotel could use some "Moxy" and put there name on the building in bold letters so one can find it. We walked by the hotel on our first pass, and then ended up walking to the AC Hotel Sans hotel and asking where the Moxy was. I don't know why Marriott does seem to be proud of their name, but that big hotel didn't have their name at the top of the building (only at the ground level in the etched glass - that's only way I knew it was also a Marriott hotel). The nice lady at the front desk referred me to the hotel next to the Moxy as a reference point (the competitor had larger letters on their hotel). Found the Moxy entrance with effort - there are no markings on the side of the entrance, one would have to be across the street to see the Moxy sign. We had been warned about pick pockets in Barcelona so it wandering around looking for your hotel with your luggage rattling behind you is a safety concern. Hello folks at Marriott - be proud and put your name on your hotels.

Cons: Awful, grubby, evening staff rude & disinterested. A woman rang the room at 05:30am & started whispering something in Spanish to me, weird! It was distressing to be woken like that. I would not recommend it for lone women travellers. I have stayed in more pleasant hostels.

The location of the hotel was perfect, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The design of the hotel was really unique and fun, and the breakfast at the 3rd floor restaurant was delicious. Every room has a balcony, which is great. Also the rooftop bar and pool was well designed and had great views. I also appreciated the 12pm checkout, and they extended it to 13 as a courtesy for me.

Cons: The hotel was overall excellent, which is why these small details really stood out. My bed in my room was just ok. Both me and my mother felt sore after sleeping on the beds for a couple of nights. The food at the restaurant on the roof was pretty bad, and expensive. I understand you're paying for the views and convenience, but I had the calamari and the cuban sandwich on two separate occasions, and both were small portions and were fairly tasteless. For being in a city so well known for its food, this was really disappointing. Also the staff at the rooftop hotel bar were a bit rude. There was also a garbage issue on my room floor. Many people had put their empty bottles and half eaten food outside their room door in the hallway. I stayed for 3 nights and this trash was not picked up the entire time I was there (even though housekeeping came and cleaned the room). I thought this was super strange and was also a safety hazard as someone could have tripped over the glass and broken glass all over the carpet. And the half eaten food being left out for several days was both disgusting to look at, and make we wonder if it was attracting bugs. Lastly, the checkin / checkout area seemed really chaotic a lot of the time. It seemed to take a really long time to check people in.

The hotel is very close to the main train station. The 3 bads room was big enough.

Cons: One of the rooms had a very bad smell we came in late and were so tired, so we didn't do anything about it . I made the booking more than 6 months before the arrival and asked for two rooms close together (came in with kids) - they didn't make any effort to accommodate.

tutto molto elegante, pulito ed accogliente. A 2 passi dalla stazione Sants. Ottimo il gettone gratuito al check-in che ti consente di avere acqua o succo. In Palestra (perfetta H24) metterei qualche macchina per pesistica, ci sono praticamente solo manubri (invece ok cardio con molte macchine)

Cons: nulla, unica cosa che ci hanno assegnato camera per disabili e quindi la doccia senza piatto in basso, perciò facendo la doccia si è bagnato tutto il bagno

This used to be a Hotel Expo and it was excellent. Marriot took over and it is now a slum. The rooms are half the size they were before. My room had no closet and just one hanger for clothes. Check-in took forever and the staff were rude and unhelpful. I talked to other guests who had the same experience. They gave me a token for a "Free Drink" at the bar. That was only good for water or coffee. I went to the bar and the staff were equally rude and arrogant. I paid 3,80 euros for a 25cl beer and the woman made it seem like she was doing me a big favor serving it. She repeatedly told me "You wait! You wait!" This was the evening of 9/22. The room was like a hostel but I paid almost 200 euros. Do yourself a favor and check into a hostel for 75 euros per night. I will never stay there again.

Cons: The room, no closets, no armchair or sofa. I cannot sit on an ottoman pouf. No mini fridge to keep drinks cool. No kettle for coffee or tea. Hip hop funky music piped in all day in the lobby and common areas. This looks more like a corporate rental space for travelling workers with bean bag seats, and “funky” signs. The ironing room has has sign that literally says how not to “fuck” up your clothes. I don’t expect that sort of signage and language in a hotel. Maybe the younger crowd like this sort of thing, but you’ve lost an older customer who will NOT RECOMMEND this hotel

Stay was wonderful except the horrible security guard who yelled at us, and threatened to call the police for staying 5 minutes over the pool hours (we thought it closed at 11 when that actually was just the rooftop bar) This was so unacceptable I had the security guard go down to the front desk and talk to the front desk for telling us a different time of pool closing. She then proceeded to get upset at the staff and demanded the persons name who gave incorrect information. Unpleasant experience. The front desk was very nice and accommodating.

L'hôtel était propre et bien entretenu. Notre chambre était étroite mais pour deux c'était ok. Le personnel était très gentil et très avenant. Près de la station des bus rouge hop on hop off. Le seul point négatif est qu'il est un peu loin de les attractions majeures comme la sagrada familia et las ramblas à distance de marche. Il n'y a pas trop de gens aux alentours de l'hotel donc top pour les nuisances nocturnes on peut se reposer. Nous n'avons pas utilisé la piscine ni le resto au rooftop car c'etait très venteux mais très bien comme vue. Parking à disposition derrière l'hôtel en sus.

Cons: L'emplacement moyen et surtout le fait qu'il n'y aille ni réfrigérateur ni machine à cafe et ni machine à glace dans l'hôtel. On veut boire quelque chose dans la chambre il faut toujours descendre au bar en bas et les prix sont amplifies.

It is very close to Barcelona Sants station and around a busy corner of Barcelona, there are many walkable places nearby. The staff was really helpful and kind. Do not miss the dinner on the rooftop restaurant! It was a real treat despite having a lot of people. The pool view at night is beautiful.

Cons: It is a bit noise throughout the whole day, but there is probably not a lot they could do about it anyway. There are probably quieter rooms, so your mileage may vary.

The rooftop pool and restaurant were cool and the staff were nice. The location was ok, with only a short walk to metro stations to access the rest of the city. The air conditioning worked amazing.

Cons: The showerhead was broken, the body wash was empty, and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. We were deep into vacation with full days making us very tired, but the bed felt like a box spring and made it very difficult to sleep and get a good night's rest. There was also an issue with the under the bed mood light. It was controlled by a motion sensor and took forever to turn off (if at all), so we needed to use the master switch by the room door, which cuts power to all the lamps and everything that you might want to turn on in the night.

Me cobraron la habitación y bloquearon el mismo importe de la habitación durante un mes, con lo que no dispuse apenas de saldo en la tarjeta...a pesar de las reclamaciones me dijeron que "era normal", a mí es la primera vez que me lo hacen (se bloquea el saldo y una vez que se cobra se libera el mismo, no se queda bloqueado el saldo otros 20 días...no tiene sentido). De hecho en la tarjeta me figuraba como cargado dos veces hasta que se liberó el famoso bloqueo. El hotel me pareció caro para el nivel de limpieza .

Very clean. Lovely rooftop area with pool and rooftop bar and restaurant. For friends or romantic times with a partner. Staff were very friendly and cleaners were lovely too. We used the Metros to get everywhere which 3 entry point very near hotel 2 mins was. Used a 20 Euro travel pass for 72 hours bought online hop on hop off all metros and train to airport. 10/15 mins to the Família church any same for Las Ramblus area highly recommend this hotel.

Cons: Rooftop bar snacks were mostly fish things so we could only order fries could add natchos to menu or other non fish stuff as not much choice. This my only minor complaint. Main hotel and restaurant plenty to pick from but I think they are different contractors on rooftop bar.

Very close to the railway station. Very friendly staff on reception and the bar behind that served an excellent coffee. We appreciated so much the rooftop swimming pool where it was great to cool down at the end of the day. Supermarket right next door from the hotel entry. Many surrounding cafes and restaurants. Very close to metro stations with great connections throughout the city. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly.

Cons: Uncomfortable beds, very high and too soft, mattress easily sliding over base from one side to the other. Very basic room with no fridge, no coffee/tea making facilities. Noisy environment, people shutting doors loudly and it felt like it was our own door. The noise persisting from early morning with the early risers and cleaning personnel to late into the night when partying people returned to their rooms.

I am really disappointed and frustrated with my recent experience at this hotel. I received a booking confirmation with the price I’d pay and we had to book two rooms due to us being a large family. They stuck us on separate floors and we have four kids. I was overcharged upon check-out. Not only was the final charge significantly higher than the confirmed booking rate, but my card was also charged multiple times without explanation or authorisation for the additional amount. I raised the issue multiple times throughout my stay as they made about 5 authorisations on my cards and two have been taken along with the full amounts for each room. They have stolen these amounts. upon receiving the final invoice after departure they told me they would cancel the authorisations and I’d be refunded for the charges taken that were over the bill amount. But I was told on multiple occasions this had happened to a few guests who were all angry and the staff member told me he didn’t want to mess up my booking any further so wanted his manager to deal with it. This was acknowledged by multiple staff members and the manager. It was promised it would be rectified but it hasn’t been and I’ve been contacting and emailing for weeks to try and sort it and get my refund. They don’t even respond and hope you’ll stop. But I will take this further and seek legal action if not properly addressed or resolved. I have also shared screenshots and documentation of my original booking confirmation and they ignore this too. This experience has been horrendous and I would tell people to think twice before staying here.

Della struttura mi è piaciuta l’estetica, oltre che la camera che ci è stata assegnata, anche il rooftop e la piscina gradevole. Buona anche la posizione e apprezzato molto il pranzo offerto dallo staff a seguito di molti problemi che abbiamo riscontrato nel nostro soggiorno, molto gentili e hanno compreso i nostri disagi.

Cons: Il problema maggiore riguarda le pulizie: siamo arrivate il 27 ed il 28 sarebbero dovute essere state effettuate come ogni mattina, al nostro rientro tuttavia verso le 17 nessuno, invece, aveva provveduto. Quindi a seguito della nostra segnalazione giungono per pulirla e noi ne approfittiamo per salire quell’oretta in piscina. Tuttavia, riscese in camera notiamo che il personale aveva lasciato la camera della nostra porta aperta, ricordiamo che al suo interno c’erano tutti i nostri effetti personali, ed infatti non ho mai piu trovato una busta con la mia biancheria intima. Inoltre notiamo che la camera era stata pulita in modo molto sommario, in pratica era stato rifatto solo il letto e sistemato qualcosa nei dintorni. Da quel momento l’aria condizionata smette di funzionare e la sera ci addormentavamo nel deserto del Sahara, ma al mattino ci svegliavamo con le renne di babbo Natale. Il giorno successivo lasciamo la camera alle 12 e andiamo in centro, al nostro rientro alle 18 la camera non era stata pulita. A quel punto ci rechiamo alla reception ( anche perché fra 40 minuti saremmo dovute uscire e ci servivano degli asciugamani puliti per farci una doccia), lí spieghiamo tutta la situazione e veniamo ben comprese dalla cordiale receptionista che ci spiega che gli orari di pulizia erano terminati quel giorno, ma avremmo potuto cambiare camera, tuttavia in quel frangente non ne avevamo il tempo e l’indomani sarebbe stato l’ultimo giorno di soggiorno quindi non ne valeva la pena. Ci dicono che. sarebbe arrivato qualcuno per gli asciugamani, quindi risaliamo, passano dieci minuti e nessuno arriva, quindi chiamo la receptionist e mi dicono che non serviva che andassimo noi a prenderli e immediatamente sarebbero venuti loro, cosi non è stato e abbiamo dovuto utilizzare gli asciugamani del mare poiché in forte ritardo. Quando stavamo per uscire finalmente vengono a portarceli, ormai tardi.

Localização, a disponibilidade no check in. Haver estacionamento, embora pago mas é um descanso.

Cons: Não se esforçarem por perceber português. Aquando do check in deram fichas para oferecer uma bebida, quando fomos para consumir o barman cobrou as bebidas e disse que não entendia o que dizíamos. Estamos a falar de chá e café não de outras bebidas.

The public spaces were good but reminded me of a daycare and the staff were very nice and helpful. It's location was good. They checked me in early and it was very helpful

Cons: The room was not comfortable at all .There were no drawers, no wardrobe,no other facilities and it's decoration was very primitive .It's safe was on the ground.Althoufh there were two guests in the room there was only one chair at the table

Chambre propre, pas très grande mais le but n’était pas de rester dans la chambre toute la journée La piscine est un + L’hôtel n’est pas en plein centre de Barcelone (ni de la Rembla, quartier Gothique ou le port) mais le métro à proximité (Sants ou Tarragona) est à moins de 5min à pieds et tout se fait très bien

The hotel was overall very good and had decent facilities.

Cons: There was sick in the pool when my children went to go in. That was not cleaned. We were overcharged and this has still not been rectified. Despite us reaching out and making multiple complaints and we may need to seek legal action
