the hotel is nice. But about breakfast For breakfast, I didn’t have enough suitable options to make porridge or soup. Since I have lactose and fructose intolerance, it was difficult to put together a healthy and good breakfast. There weren’t any fresh vegetables too(. Місце розташування зручне, поруч центр міста - хвилин 20 пішки. Персонал чудовий. Добрий фен в номері, 2 раковини у ванній.

Cons: Отель розташований поруч з проїзною дорогою, до 2 ночі чути шум. В номері було брудно, пил на підлозі, плінтусах, дуже брудні вікна та балкон, в ванній кімнаті повсюди чорне волосся (я маю світле волосся). Парковка коштує 25 євро, місця для паркування маленькі тому люди паркують одне авто на місця, за цим ніхто не слідкує. В номері немає капців та халату. Немає кофе машини. Також в нашому номері в чайнику було якась вода - схоже її не допили попередні мешканці. Світло на балконі вмикають і вимикають не залежно автоматично, немає жодної приватності. 100 % цей отель не коштує своїх грошей. Ми були у багатьох містах та отелях, моє враження таке що ціна - якість не співпадають.

La ubicación excelente, boca de metro autobuses y metro centro justo a la salida del hotel. La comodidad de tener todo cerca, el barrio de Nervión lo tiene todo para hospedarte allí, el hotel ha quedado precioso con la reforma.

Ero stato in questo hotel alcuni anni fa (prima del periodo covid) e lo avevo trovato abbastanza pessimo per un 4 stelle, anzi probabilmente di stelle all'epoca ne valeva appena la metà. Adesso invece, dopo la ristrutturazione, è davvero un altro tipo di struttura, bella, moderna, confortevole e molto accogliente. Ottimo anche il servizio colazione, con una offerta di dolce e salato di alto livello. Staff cordiale e disponibile. Posizione eccellente se si è in viaggio di lavoro, poiché è vicino la stazione, non molto lontano dal centro (circa 1,5 km) e con molti ristoranti nelle vicinanze.

Cons: Solo cose di poco conto, come cuscini dei letti un po' più comodi (ottimo il materasso però) e un frigo bar più servito, perché c'erano solo 2 bottiglie d'acqua. Ma in ogni caso ci sono 2 centri commerciali nelle vicinanze e diversi supermarket.

Cons: First when we got the room it was a really strong odor of paint , it caused a headache, thats was unbearable also almost every a little bit of noise outside the room we could hear it inside. Its was really far from the old town about 25 minutes walk,so better to check the location before, the staff were fine didn’t ofer much help, or care to explain a little bit considering it was a 4 star hotel. It wasn’t really a great stay.

Hotel, ve kterém jsme byli již podruhé. Až na recepčního je personál milý. Snídaně je výborná, pěkný výběr. Umístění hotelu je v dostupnosti do centra.

Cons: I když jsme byli v hotelu již podruhé a to po roce, zaskočila nás situace při provádění check in. Recepční netuši, že jsme zde již byli i když jsme mu to řílali. Check in trval neuvěřitelných 20 minut!! Recepční vše vyplňoval znovu i když předpokládám, že jsme v databázi již zapsaní. Údaje byly zapsány chybně, pak jsem to stejně vyplňoval sám...

Las instalaciones y la ubicación. La boca de metro de Nervión está en la misma puerta, lo que resulta muy ventajoso para desplazamientos al centro. El personal muy atento.

Cons: A nuestra llegada se nos ofrece la opción de elegir cama grande, que era nuestra preferencia, pero la habitación asignada tenía 2 camas individuales.. Lo peor, sin lugar a dudas, es que la habitacion era comunicada, y parecía que los huéspedes de la habitación de al lado estaban en la nuestra. Se oía absolutamente todo y no estuvimos cómodos. Es de valorar, no obstante, la respuesta empática del personal de recepción.

Just returned from a wonderful few days in Seville. The Hesperia is a really nice hotel, bright decor, friendly and helpful staff, nice bar area, breakfast and pool area. It is so well placed for the metro which is a super cheap way to travel into the centre. There are also some lovely places to eat within walking distance. La Comilona is fantastic! ! The swimming, gym and spa facilities that you can pay extra to use next door at The Metropolitan were absolutely fabulous and well worth it. The bed was very comfy and I would absolutely return here next visit to Seville.

Cons: Ubicación habitación frente al ascensor. Sonido de la campanita del mismo constante. Baño con poca privacidad si tienes a un visitante eventual, o incluso con tu acompañante (puerta del baño tipo mampara de ducha). Para este tipo de viaje de 2/3 días siempre voy al Hotel Sevilla Center por cercanía a mis necesidades y esta vez decidí probar Hesperia y aunque el hotel está bien, volveré al S Center

Me gustó la ubicación, andando del centro histórico a unos 20 minutos en linea recta, es un paseo agradable y también la linea de metro al lado. Las camas muy cómodas y el desayuno muy bien, variado y rico, y todo muy limpio.

Cons: Hacía muchísima calor en la habitación y el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, era como si solo tuviese el modo calefacción, ponías en frío y se volvía a subir a 27 grados. He echado en falta más complementos en el baño tipo jabón en pastilla, cepillo de dientes o gorro de ducha.

Il personale è sempre stato molto cordiale, in particolare Chakif (credo si chiami così) super attento alle esigenze del cliente, gentilissimo, sorridente, premuroso, accogliente. La colazione è molto ricca ed estremamente varia. L'hotel esteticamente è molto bello e riprende il carattere stilistico andaluso; l'illuminazione della hall è calda e piacevole e il flamenco e il profumo dei fiori d'arancio adornano l'atmosfera quasi surreale. La camera era spaziosa e luminosa, il bagno ampio e confortevole. La biancheria del bagno viene cambiata ogni giorno; anche le camere sistemate prontamente tutti i giorni.

La chambre etait confortable propre et spacieuse. Elle donnait a proximité d un grand boulevard mais fenêtre fermée cela reste calme.grande Salle de bain avec douche et produits. A proximité des restaurants bars et centre commercial. Il faut 20mn a pieds pour rejoindre le début du centre ville mais metro juste devant l hôtel au cas où. Pour arriver où aller a l aéroport l arrêt du bus EA (luis de Morales)est à 5mn a pieds et ensuite 30mn de bus environ.

Cons: Vu le prix de la chambre et la catégorie 4 étoiles je m attendait a trouver un plateau de courtoisie au moins une bouilloire. Pour ceux qui ne déjeune pas le matin cela serait bien appréciable.

Location is not too far from main attactions - 1 to 2 km. Walking distance if you are a little bit fit. Breakfast was superb. In october we also used hotel's swimming pool. Hotel also arranged a taxi for us, it was way cheaper then calling it yourself. Also hotel is not far from the airport, 15 minutes by car. Staff are extremely polite and helpful. It's not a problem to come in the middle of the night, there is always someone at the reception.

Cons: The only remark I have is that sometimes you can hear neighbours, especially if they tend to be noisy.

The room was perfect. The furnishings in this hotel are high quality, the staff very professional and the breakfast amazing. The hotel is also in a nice Seville neighbourhood, convenient to the station, walkable to the historic centre, with metro directly in front and shops. There is also an excellent Cerveceria (great atmosphere and tapas) next door. As we were travelling as a family in October we didn’t try out the gym/spa next door which looks good or the pool.

Super petit déjeuner, très varié et de bonne qualité. L’hôtel est spacieux, bien décoré et les chambres sont grandes et confortables. Le personnel est agréable et serviable. La proximité du métro est un vrai plus, tout comme la piscine extérieure qui apporte une belle touche de détente.

Cons: La terrasse autour de la piscine mériterait d’être mieux entretenue : beaucoup de feuilles, de poussière et des transats disposés un peu partout donnent une impression de désordre. La piscine n’est pas chauffée en octobre, et l’eau était glacée, ce qui est dommage car l’espace extérieur pourrait être bien mieux valorisé. L’insonorisation entre les chambres est vraiment mauvaise, je n’ai jamais connu cela dans un hôtel. Enfin, selon moi, le positionnement prix est un peu trop élevé par rapport à la prestation globale. En résumé : Je recommande cet hôtel malgré tout, car il offre un bon confort général et un excellent petit déjeuner, mais quelques améliorations permettraient d’en faire une très belle adresse à Séville.

Cons: Notre chambre était sale lors de notre arrivée: le sol n'était pas nettoyé, la poubelle pas vidée, des cheveux jonchaient la salle de bains. Le sol de l' hôtel est globalement très sale et ne semble pas être nettoyé régulièrement à l'eau et au savon (chambres, ascenseur, couloir). Café de la machine à café du petit déjeuner imbuvable. Musique très forte dans le lounge, difficile de se concentrer pour travailler. La piscine intérieure n'est accessible qu'en payant un supplément et uniquement pour les adultes.

L'hôtel est grand et il y a donc tous les services : restaurant, petit dejeuner, et même un accès à une salle de sport / Spa immense (jamais vu ca). Le personnel est adorable et fait tout pour trouver la bonne solution. Les chambres avec terrasse sont vraiment top car il y a des bains de soleil (c'est ensoleillé de 14 à 18h). Les suites sont immenses et disposent d'une terrasse où il y a du soleil toute la journée. Le mini bar est gratuit (eau, coca, biere) et on a reçu des galettes de Seville à l'arrivée. Nous sommes en face d'un métro et surtout à coté de tous types d'activités et de restaurants et même d'un centre commercial.

Cons: Il y a toujours du monde à l'accueil mais c'est la rançon du succès !

Check in: Long wait for guests in front of us and for us also, with painfully slow and inefficient check-in process. Room: We booked a superior room, which was nice and spacious. No view to speak of at this hotel. Room was poorly maintaned. First, the safe deposit box was locked, so I had to call engineering to open it for us. Despite double occupancy, there were only 1 bathrobe and 1 pair of slippers, and so I had to call again to request a second set. Standard daily bathroom amenities set-up included only 1 dental kit, even for double occupancy. In-room mini bar: A few drinks (2 waters, 2 Coca Cola and 2 beers) are included and replenished daily (not sure if this applies to all rooms or only superior rooms and above). I informed front desk that we don’t drink sodas and beer and would like extra water instead but received pushback and negative attitude by the unhelpful guy at the front desk. He finally and begrudgingly asked for my room number to relay to housekeeping to leave extra water on the next day - and only on that one day during our 3-night stay. He told me "it is what it is". This guy has no clue about hospitality and customer service and personalization according to customer's needs and desires - in this case, something as little as replacing other drinks with water. Shower stall: Water leaked after each shower onto the bathroom floor. I put down the bath towel to soak up the water, thinking housekeeping would notice and notify engineering to fix the leak. No such luck; nothing was done during our stay. This was my first experience with a Hesperia-brand hotel, and I was hoping for local charm and hospitality, but alas, this hotel disappointed in many respects. Luckily, this hotel may be an outlyer. We moved on from Sevilla to Cordoba and stayed at the Hesperia Cordoba, where everything is perfect: helpful, friendly, and caring staff, early check-in proactively granted, nice room with no leaks and no broken safe deposit box, etc. I was so relieved.

Cons: Pool could have been a bit warmer as it was freezing cold and as its autumn now full leaves which cannot be helped. Lots of leaves that have been sitting for ages round the back of the pool by deck chairs amd the ground a bit dirty. It might be an idea as autumn comes to trim back the trees overhanging the pool and you would save on cleaning leaves out of pool. A clock/temperature gauge would be nice outdoors on the pool wall so you are aware of time and temp On last night noticed how poor the sound proofing which was a shame is as I believe rooms have interconnecting doors. You can hear people talking next door and having a shower and in toilet and talking in their bathroom which was poor. Im not sure how this could ever be fixed except to ask for a room with no interconnection . It is loud and at first I thought it was in my bathroom.. I would return but would check the interconnection option isnt there

Cons: The glass door on the bathroom - all sounds are very audible, no privacy. No toilet brush in the bathroom. My friend has intolerance to gluten, it would have been nice if all the breakfast food was labeled for the allergies (is there gluten or not in it).

This hotel is beautifully decorated and the hotel online pictures are exactly what you get. No complaints about the breakfast which was good, staff lovely, bedrooms comfy and clean. The location for us was great as we don't mind a walk, but it was a good 15-20 minutes to the old town. However, we were just round the corner from some decent shops and bars which was a bonus. There is a bar next to the hotel which is affiliated to the hotel - a nice little bar but their evening menu didn't start until 8pm.Our only complaint was the lack of charming outside space. The pool area is completely characterless; no foliage, no bar, loud traffic from the main road. You had no notion that you were sitting by a pool because it was elevated. Also, the water was freezing. There was no outside terrace to relax with a drink. We avoided the bar because of this even though the bar itself was gorgeous with soft comfy chairs, but because of the heat, we wanted to be outside.

Sehr nettes Personal ,schöne ruhige und saubere Zimmer welche sehr gut gereinigt wurden,,tolles umfangreiches Frühstück, jederzeit möglich an der Rezeption etwas zu fragen, im Foyer gibt es einen großen Bildschirm wo es möglich ist Fussball zu schauen. (la Liga, CL und EL)

Cons: Unter der Woche kann man ab 07.00 Uhr frühstücken, am Wochenende ab 08.00 Uhr. Wir hatten am Samstag einen Ausflug geplant und mussten um 07.50 Uhr los. An der Rezeption wurde auf meine Anfrage ob man evtl.um 07.30 frühstücken könnte geantwortet, dass es in der Eingangshalle einen Tisch mit Café und Gebäck gibt für die Personen die früher gehen müssen. Ich habe dies zur Kenntnis genommen fand es jedoch für ein 4 Sterne Hotel nicht gerade passend, dass man am Samstag erst ab 08.00 Uhr frühstücken kann und da man für das sehr gute Frühstück auch einen guten Preis zahlt. Am nächsten Abend stand geschrieben, dass die Frühstück Zeiten von Samstags auf 07.30 Uhr angepasst wurde. Am Samstags Morgen um 07.30 Uhr war der Frühstücks Raum dann auch sehr gut besetzt. Vielen Dank für die Möglichkeit früher zu frühstücken wir haben dies sehr geschätzt.

Hotel was ok but first impressions were not great. It took way too long to check in with no welcome or information on the hotel or area provided. Room was clean but basic, no iron or tea/coffee making facilities. The hotel is located well with only a short walk to the main tourist areas. Breakfast was well stocked with no complaints. The bar closed early on the evening we came back for drinks after dinner. All in all I would say this hotel is adequate but nothing special and the staff could be more welcoming and helpful.

Location was perfect as we like to walk (quickly!) and was only 10 min for us to old town and the many restaurants. A quieter location than in old town, but is not in the middle of nothing …good bar/restaurant in hotel and breakfast place next door. Many Street seating restaurants open up nearby as well in the evening. Room was clean and inviting and bed comfortable. Roof Pool area relaxing and clean. We are finding bigger cities in Europe fairly expensive coming from Canada but this hotel is in the average $zone and less expensive than many … a decent value for a lovely place. (Barcelona was more expensive than Seville accommodation and food) No coffee/kettle etc in room which we are finding 70% of the time in Europe but at the average price was hoping to find.

Cons: Parking right there is a good thing but very expensive at 25 Euros a day. Seems a bit much $!

For us it was the perfect location. Approx 20 to 25 minute walk into the city but also the metro station is right outside if you prefer to take that or the bus or trams which also are very close by. From the welcome we received at reception from Nicholas, who was very helpful and patient with me and my basic Spanish and gave us all the info required. Breakfast buffet is excellant, something for everyone and a great selection. Rooms are very comfortable, we went for one with a small terrace which was lovely and on the same level of the pool so you just walked out from you gated terrace which has its own sun loungers and umbrella to the pool. Plenty of pool towels available by the pool. Housekeeping staff very friendly and do a great job. We loved having the walk into the city centre as we discovered lots of different little road, cafes, bars etc that we might not have found otherwise.

We have returned from a 10 day trip to Seville, staying at the Hesperia. We had a simply brilliant stay at the hotel. Our room had a patio next to the pool. The room was cleaned and towels changed every day. The hotel was clean throughout. The breakfast offered good variety with sausages, scrambled eggs, cereals, yogurts, cold meats, cheese, pastries. The fresh fruit, especially the melon and pineapple was lovely, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel is in a decent location. It's about 20 minute walk to the Cathedral, but the metro is just outside the hotel. The train station (Santa Justa) is another 15/20 minute walk away and we used it a lot for day trips to places like Cordoba, Jerez and Ronda. Overall, a great stay blessed with amazing weather. Perhaps too hot, but you do get used to it!! Seville is a lovely City. We are missing it already and will definitely return!

Cons: Uno de los recepcionistas por la tarde no fue nada amable cuando llamé desde la habitación. Pedí algo de cena en el restaurante y me pareció caro para la cantidad que era. La tv no tenía ninguna aplicación conectada y había que hacer un montón de cosas para poder ver alguna serie. No había ningún detalle en la habitación, con el coste que tenía, tipo snack o alguna cortesía. Dos mini botellitas de agua y ya. La luz del sensor de humo es bastante molesta toda la noche parpadeando. En general, caro para lo que es, y nada personalizado, a pesar de que comenté el motivo de mi viaje. Todas las comunicaciones que recibí en el email a través de Booking estaban en inglés y todas muy enfocadas a turismo extranjero.

Bar and restaurant staff were also cold and unfriendly so we only tried once and chose to go elsewhere for meals and drinks at the end of each day. Pool is small and needs a good clean - ring of dirt all round the sides and tables all sticky with drinks marks. Pool toilet never had any toilet paper. We booked a suite which was supposed to have two soft drinks two beers coffee tea and water included each day - we asked for alternative soft drinks to Coca Cola as we don’t ever drink that - it never happened and we had to constantly ask for the two beers. No milks were ever left and again we kept having to ask. No food option available beyond breakfast for the first three days of our stay. Such a shame as the hotel interior looks beautiful but the atmosphere provided by the staff does not match that!

Todo es bonito, allá donde mires está todo cuidado al detalle, hasta el aroma que es de flor de naranjo. De los hoteles más bonitos y cuidados que he visitado en mucho tiempo. Todo el personal es muy amable, la habitación es grande y la cama cómoda. Queda muy cerca del tranvía y metro, queda relativamente cerca del centro y es una zona tranquila y rodeada de parques que merece la pena visitar.

Cons: La piscina está muy bien pero tiene pocas zonas de sombra y pocas hamacas. El aroma de la habitación no era tan agradable como la del resto de las instalaciones.

We recently enjoyed a wonderful mini break in Seville, staying at the Hesperia Hotel in Nervión, and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the bright and colourful décor in the foyer, which gave the hotel a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere. The staff were equally warm and accommodating throughout our stay, with a special mention to Nicholas, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was memorable, and to Ernesto, who kept the drinks flowing with great service and a friendly manner. The lounge had a boutique feel – stylish yet comfortable – and the buffet breakfast was a highlight each morning, offering a wide selection of both hot and cold options to suit every taste. Our room was beautifully decorated, and the shower was simply amazing – a real luxury after long days exploring the city. The hotel’s location was excellent too. Both the tram and metro were within easy walking distance, making it simple to get around, and the airport was only a twenty-minute drive away. Seville is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful cities I have ever visited, and our experience was enhanced greatly by the quality of our accommodation. I would highly recommend the Hesperia Hotel for anyone planning a visit to this wonderful city.

Cons: A piscina cumpria bem o seu objetivo, embora tivesse poucas espreguiçadeiras disponíveis. Por vezes notava-se um cheiro a esgoto no quarto e no ar, sobretudo à noite. O estacionamento tem um custo de 25€ por noite, um valor um pouco elevado, mas garante lugar e a segurança do veículo.

The hotel HESPERIA Sevilla itself, was spotlessly clean throughout and the decoration and design is really good. The room was excellent with perfect shower, a big TV and the facilities around the hotel, the bar area etc. were excellent. The pool is quite small if that’s a problem but it’s adequate and there are plenty of sun loungers around The staff at the front desk were superb, friendly, very helpful and attentive. Rooms were cleaned very well every day and we had no issues during our stay. We would very happily return again in the future.

J'ai choisi l'hôtel pour la piscine, la proximité du centre et la déco sympa. Je n'ai pas été déçue sur les deux derniers points. Personnel agréable.

Cons: La piscine est toute petite (comme d'habitude la photographie est version grand angle ...on se retrouve dans un mouchoir de poche) et elle est trouble (vu le monde et la température extérieure). L'une des deux chambres que nous avions réservées sentait la cigarette : un vrai haut le cœur à chaque fois que je rentrais dedans. C'est vraiment dommage d'avoir un lieu si beau mais qui sent si mauvais.
