Very nice hotel . We stayed for 3 nights . Hotel only . We had one breakfast and it was very nice . The hotel is very clean and the staff are accommodating. Central to a lot of places . It does have a gym right next door . We spent a lot of time sightseeing. Ate out most nights . I would definitely recommend. If I went to Seville again I would stay half board. Checkout was at 12 which is very reasonable. We went out after checking out and able to leave our bags. We came back and chilled in reception area whilst waiting to leave later that day. . It has been known by me that a hotel I once stayed wouldn't let you stay. Very happy . Thank you to everyone at the Hesperia

Our stay at Hesperia Sevilla was outstanding. Our Superior room with Terrace was clean, comfortable, regularly refreshed with toiletries and minibar drinks that were complementary for our room and we even made use of the terrace on a sunny January day! The breakfast was incredible, so much choice of sweet and savoury food, hot and cold options, all delicious. The hotel restaurant was also excellent, beautiful freshly cooked food and friendly attentive staff. The attached gym/spa was very good value for 18 euros, massive gym, various exercise classes and lovely heated spa pool, the swimming pool was great too ( a swimming cap is needed, can buy for about 4 euros). Overall I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again. It is in a good location with supermarkets and restaurants nearby and it's easy to get to/from the airport and city centre by buses 5 min walk from hotel to the bus stops , there's also a tramline nearby and it's easy to walk to the main train station. About 25 mins walk into the old town/ tourist areas. A very positive experience. Thank you to the hardworking staff who made our stay so pleasant.

La ubicación del hotel es estupenda, al lado del CC Nervion Plaza y del tranvía que te lleva al centro. El desayuno estaba correcto, a mis niños les encantó. La habitación estaba muy bien, amplia y limpia.
Cons: En el buffet nos pareció raro que se agotaran cosas básicas, plátanos y nutela. Aunque tardaron en reponerlas, se nota que tienen todo muy fresco. El zumo de naranja al ser artificial estaba regular, poner una maquina de zumo con naranjas naturales es mejor y muy vistoso para niños y mayores. En el baño de la habitación, nos pareció raro que no reponen suficiente jabón y crema para el cuerpo. Te dan de cortesía botellines de agua que se agradecen!

Hors nous avons appris qu’il s’agissait d’une salle de sport indépendante et qu’il fallait payer pour faire du sport. Je ne trouve pas ça très honnête car si on se base sur les photos on voit clairement une salle de sport qui fait parti de l’hôtel. C’est trompeur et je trouve ça malhonnête. Il faudrait ne préciser et pas faire comme si la salle fait parti de l’hôtel.

The staff is super helpful, the location is not central per se, but a 1 min walk from the metro, so very convenient. The pool is nice and open till evening, comfortable beds, colourful and lively design of the hotel.
Cons: The room could have a coffee station. Sure, you can pick a room with breakfast, there is also a café very close by, but just to have an option for a morning coffee in the room, before getting ready to head out would be a great plus.

In the following days, the cleaning staff often left used mugs and drinking glasses unwashed and did not replace them. - The reception staff often did not even greet us, which in a hotel seems to me absolutely essential.

Really enjoyed our time at this hotel. We arrived by the airport bus which stops 5 minutes away. Check in was good and staff friendly. We loved our room, the decoration and colours are beautiful and the bed was extremely comfortable. It was quite hot though. The shower was good and it also had a kettle which was great as I didn’t think the standard rooms had them. However tea bags were not replaced throughout our stay. The hotel is located about 20 minutes walk from the old part and all the sights. The walk is easy and we felt safe. The only slight irritation was the noise, as the rooms are not very soundproof but that would not stop us staying again as we loved everything else. We didn’t use the restaurant but did have a few drinks in the bar and the service was impressive. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

The bed was comfortable The breakfast was great, especially the dessert.Lot of options, even for picky eaters. 15-20 minutes walk from the Giralda Tower, Plaza Espana Royal Alcazar and other historic sites. Perfect location just by the metro station Nervion. 15 min walk to the center, nice cleaning, super friendly staff at the reception. Lots of supermarkets and two trade centers are near the hotel. Strongly recommend this hotel for a nice stay in Seville.

Cons: Quise pedir por Uber Eats pero la recepción me dijo que el repartidor no podía subirlo directamente a mí habitación. Entiendo que es por seguridad, pero podría haber sido para mí más cómodo si la recepción hubiera subido el paquete del repartidor a mí habitación en lugar de tener que esperar el pedido en el vestíbulo.

Everything was very comfortable and nice: the lounge, the room, the beds, the shower. The people at the reception are very friendly and helpful. We were very happy with the safe parking place next to the hotel and that we could pay the parking ticket at the reception. The hotel is dog friendly and even provided a dog basket and two dog bowles in the room. Walking to the historical center of the city takes only 20 minutes. We did not have breakfast in the hotel because we found a place on our way to the center where we could have breakfast and take our dog inside.

Stayed over New Year and we were very impressed with hotel. Friendly staff, easy checking in and the room was lovely, beds comfortable and it was very quiet. Bar area was nice and it is in a great location next to the Nervión metro line station. Tap in tap off 3 stops to Peurto Jerez in the city centre. Check out the bar next door also for great food and drink. A very pleasurable stay at this hotel.

Cons: The gym is not inside the property and you have to pay an extra 15€ to access a nearby gym, which of course have also fixed opening hours. They say “it was written” but I think you shouldn’t show pictures of the gym if it’s not inside the hotel and accessible 24/7. If I knew about that, I would have never booked this hotel, since I like to exercise directly inside the hotel. Furthermore, the internet doesn’t work properly (very low connection that interrupts randomly) and we had to pay extra 25 euros/night to park our rented car. Also this was not stated at the beginning (we found out directly at the check out). Very unpleasant stay, definitely overpriced for the value.

Par ailleurs, le bar fermait à 22h le soir du 31 janvier et il n’était plus possible de commander des cocktails dès 19h50. Décevant au regard de l’expérience attendue.

We booked 2 rooms for 5 people. Rooms were comfortable, clean and very well maintained. The premium room (3 person room) came with free bar items (a couple of beers and drinks), which is unexpected but very much appreciated. Staff was very friendly, and approachable. We had hotel breakfast on Christmas day (all other shops were closed). Spread was good and food was top-notched. Locations is superb. There is a metro right in front of the hotel. Tram and bus stops are a five minute walk away. It is also possible to walk to the central areas, about 2km to most sights.

Cons: We had specifically requested and received confirmation via Booking.com chat for connected rooms. However, upon arrival at 9pm after a long day of travel, we were told the interconnected rooms were not available. The initial response from reception was unhelpful, and only after we persisted were we offered two adjacent rooms (though not with doors next to each other). We were then informed the that there is connected room available but it wasn't cleaned due to a late checkout. Exhausted, we agreed to wait and went out for dinner while the receptionist prepared the rooms, as no cleaning staff were available. We were then able to checkin after a 2 hour delay. We requested to speak with the manager the next day, but no one contacted us during the remainder of our stay. While everything was fine after that first night, it appeared our rooms had been given to another guest, and no one took responsibility for the error. It would have been professional for the manager to reach out and acknowledge the situation. The lack of follow-up was disappointing, especially given the circumstances of our arrival.

Put simply, they woke us up everyday by knocking entering and having the light turned on before we could say from our bed ‘not now please’. Cons: Really bad soundproofing of the bedrooms. We were woke up most of the days by children crying in in the hall and the own hotel rooms. Also we booked the hotel for the gym and they do not have a gym but propose you access to an outsourced gym center for an exorbitant day fee (15 euros/day). Better say that you do not have a gym.

Cons: Our stay was during NYE, and before heading into town we thought we'd enjoy some time at the bar have a few festive cocktails. Unfortunateley by the time we got there ( around 10PM ) we couldnt order cocktails ( it seemed the bar lady wasnt capable, so she didnt sell then ). And then to top it off she closed the bar around 22.30, put on her jacket and left. This was a complete let down for us. Coming from hospitality ourselves, this is completely unheard of, and a huge dissapointment for an otherwise nice hotel.

Cons: I chose this hotel because, as an interior designer, I was curious to see how patterns were combined within the spaces. Being a 4-star property, I also expected a comfortable and well-managed stay. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The staff is kind, but in terms of service there was nothing particularly attentive or memorable. The property feels old, with only a few new elements added rather than a proper renovation. Technical details such as electrical outlets, the shower, and general finishes were in poor condition. The lighting is very bad and negatively affects the overall atmosphere. Cleanliness was questionable: upon entering the room, I found leaves on the floor behind the bathroom door and hair in the shower. In addition, the bathroom shower had no ventilation fan, causing steam to spread throughout the room. I was honestly surprised that the smoke alarm did not go off. The worst aspect, however, was the complete lack of sound insulation. I could hear everything from the neighboring rooms and the corridor, which made the stay uncomfortable. Overall, there are no personalized or distinctive elements. For a hotel claiming a 4-star rating, it falls well below expectations. The location is also particularly inconvenient for reaching the city center.

WiFi worked well. Shower very good water pressure. Rooms cleaned well every day. Breakfast was 10/10. Lots of nice options hot and cold. Location was excellent as long as you like walking. It was approx 1 5 km (20-25 mins) walk to get to main area. Seville is a great city for walking. There did seem to be a lot of taxis available though. The hotel doesn't have its own restaurant but is linked to a restaurant next door.
Cons: Only small criticism was the male housekeeper who knocked on our door on the last day at 8.30am. not sure why he would have done that as we were checking out that day anyway

Over all I Think our stay at the Hesperia was a good experience. I was a little upset though with the morning buffet. I Think the juices and coffe could have been better. I would have loved real orange juice and the coffe out of a machine has actually no real coffe taste. For me thats a Big minus since fresh orange juice and good coffe is what I want especially for the Price of 19 euros. So a lot of good stuff but also one huge mines when it comes to drinks

La ubicación del hotel es ideal para desplazarte al centro, ya que el metro de Nervión está en la misma puerta. Las habitaciones son muy confortables. En recepción, Nicolás tuvo la gentileza de atender nuestra petición de no querer habitación comunicada. Estuvimos en otra ocasión y nos asignaron una habitación comunicada y resultó bastante incómodo porque se escuchaba absolutamente todo.
Cons: Por decir algo, la espera del ascensor en hora punta. 3 ascensores con capacidad para 4 personas quizá sea insuficiente para un hotel de 7 plantas en hora punta. En condiciones normales no hay problemas de espera.

We had an issue with our original room see comments on negatives. When we approached the staff they were very very helpful and upgraded us to a different cooler room which was very comfortable. they also sourced a kettle and a fan for us when requested. The location is a bit off from the centre of town but within easy 25 minutes walk or a short metro rude. Staff were excellent.
Cons: We had an issue with our original room being very very hot and stuffy. The aircon was set to heating only and the room got to 25C with no way to cool it down. there was no fan or cooling option, heat or nothing. Windows faced a street so there was loads of noise and had no way to step birds from coming in, so we had to keep the window closed and bake all night. This is a major design flaw for auch a building and the ability to at least run the aystem on fan should be included somehow. However when we approach the staff they helped us by moving us to a cooler room. It was lucky that they had one available as if there was not there would have been no way we stayed there for the full few days booked.

Beautifully decorated and comfortable hotel. Spacious room that was excellent value. Included a little fridge. Great location opposite a mall and supermarket where we could easily pick up food and supplies, and the metro,tram and bus lines that provided a quick and easy ride into the city centre.
Cons: No tea or coffee supplies in the room. You can request a kettle, which they’ll deliver with mugs but you’ll have to provide your own tea and coffee. The tv in the room uses Google chromecast which worked pretty infrequently.

Stayed here for 4 nights room 335 with my daughter, very nice hotel freshly decorated and very clean. The hotel is so beautiful, room is quiet large with kettle, tea, decaf coffee, milk sugar provided in the room (we didn't know so we bought the travel kettle along with us😅) I love the decorations, it is so Spanish plus most guests are Spanish too. The location is very good, a few minutes walk to Navion shopping mall, El corte inglés and lidl is not far either. We walked everywhere to the old town, plaza espagna. If I visit Seville again, I will definitely choose this hotel as my number one choice.

Cons: Отель розташований поруч з проїзною дорогою, до 2 ночі чути шум. В номері було брудно, пил на підлозі, плінтусах, дуже брудні вікна та балкон, в ванній кімнаті повсюди чорне волосся (я маю світле волосся). Парковка коштує 25 євро, місця для паркування маленькі тому люди паркують одне авто на місця, за цим ніхто не слідкує. В номері немає капців та халату. Немає кофе машини. Також в нашому номері в чайнику було якась вода - схоже її не допили попередні мешканці. Світло на балконі вмикають і вимикають не залежно автоматично, немає жодної приватності. 100 % цей отель не коштує своїх грошей. Ми були у багатьох містах та отелях, моє враження таке що ціна - якість не співпадають.

Ero stato in questo hotel alcuni anni fa (prima del periodo covid) e lo avevo trovato abbastanza pessimo per un 4 stelle, anzi probabilmente di stelle all'epoca ne valeva appena la metà. Adesso invece, dopo la ristrutturazione, è davvero un altro tipo di struttura, bella, moderna, confortevole e molto accogliente. Ottimo anche il servizio colazione, con una offerta di dolce e salato di alto livello. Staff cordiale e disponibile. Posizione eccellente se si è in viaggio di lavoro, poiché è vicino la stazione, non molto lontano dal centro (circa 1,5 km) e con molti ristoranti nelle vicinanze.
Cons: Solo cose di poco conto, come cuscini dei letti un po' più comodi (ottimo il materasso però) e un frigo bar più servito, perché c'erano solo 2 bottiglie d'acqua. Ma in ogni caso ci sono 2 centri commerciali nelle vicinanze e diversi supermarket.

Cons: First when we got the room it was a really strong odor of paint , it caused a headache, thats was unbearable also almost every a little bit of noise outside the room we could hear it inside. Its was really far from the old town about 25 minutes walk,so better to check the location before, the staff were fine didn’t ofer much help, or care to explain a little bit considering it was a 4 star hotel. It wasn’t really a great stay.

Cons: I když jsme byli v hotelu již podruhé a to po roce, zaskočila nás situace při provádění check in. Recepční netuši, že jsme zde již byli i když jsme mu to řílali. Check in trval neuvěřitelných 20 minut!! Recepční vše vyplňoval znovu i když předpokládám, že jsme v databázi již zapsaní. Údaje byly zapsány chybně, pak jsem to stejně vyplňoval sám...

Lo peor, sin lugar a dudas, es que la habitacion era comunicada, y parecía que los huéspedes de la habitación de al lado estaban en la nuestra. Se oía absolutamente todo y no estuvimos cómodos. Es de valorar, no obstante, la respuesta empática del personal de recepción.

Just returned from a wonderful few days in Seville. The Hesperia is a really nice hotel, bright decor, friendly and helpful staff, nice bar area, breakfast and pool area. It is so well placed for the metro which is a super cheap way to travel into the centre. There are also some lovely places to eat within walking distance. La Comilona is fantastic! ! The swimming, gym and spa facilities that you can pay extra to use next door at The Metropolitan were absolutely fabulous and well worth it. The bed was very comfy and I would absolutely return here next visit to Seville.

Cons: Hacía muchísima calor en la habitación y el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, era como si solo tuviese el modo calefacción, ponías en frío y se volvía a subir a 27 grados. He echado en falta más complementos en el baño tipo jabón en pastilla, cepillo de dientes o gorro de ducha.

Il personale è sempre stato molto cordiale, in particolare Chakif (credo si chiami così) super attento alle esigenze del cliente, gentilissimo, sorridente, premuroso, accogliente. La colazione è molto ricca ed estremamente varia. L'hotel esteticamente è molto bello e riprende il carattere stilistico andaluso; l'illuminazione della hall è calda e piacevole e il flamenco e il profumo dei fiori d'arancio adornano l'atmosfera quasi surreale. La camera era spaziosa e luminosa, il bagno ampio e confortevole. La biancheria del bagno viene cambiata ogni giorno; anche le camere sistemate prontamente tutti i giorni.
Cons: In generale l'esperienza è stata molto positiva; tuttavia si potrebbe migliorare: - pulizia vetri e battiscopa; - pochi spazi dove appendere e riporre abiti e biancheria; - presente una sola poltrona in camera; un'altra sarebbe stata molto utile; - per noi italiani: il BIDET 😅😅😅

Cons: We travelled with two very small dogs, and we were surprised to see that we were charged separately for each of them. Both of our dogs together are smaller than one medium-sized dog. In most places in Central Europe, hotels usually charge a single fee for pets, not per dog. It’s not about the money — it’s about the gesture and the hospitality. A more understanding approach would make guests feel truly welcomed.

Les chambres sont spacieuses propres bien insonorisées. Il y a un petit réfrigérateur. Personnel accueillant. Hôtel a proximité de cafés restaurants gare et bus pour aeroport.

L’hôtel est très propre, décoré avec goût. Le personnel est très accueillant, les chambres sont grandes, propres et nettoyées tous les jours. Petites bouteilles d’eau mise à disposition tous les jours dans la chambre. Petit déjeuner parfait.

Zeel lekker/uitgebreid ontbijt, nette kamers aangename douche. Hotel is zeer mooi afgewerkt met leuke Spaans-Moorse details. Het hotel ligt buiten toeristisch centrum en dat was ideaal. 20 min wandelafstand naar het centrum.

La chambre etait confortable propre et spacieuse. Elle donnait a proximité d un grand boulevard mais fenêtre fermée cela reste calme.grande Salle de bain avec douche et produits. A proximité des restaurants bars et centre commercial. Il faut 20mn a pieds pour rejoindre le début du centre ville mais metro juste devant l hôtel au cas où. Pour arriver où aller a l aéroport l arrêt du bus EA (luis de Morales)est à 5mn a pieds et ensuite 30mn de bus environ.
Cons: Vu le prix de la chambre et la catégorie 4 étoiles je m attendait a trouver un plateau de courtoisie au moins une bouilloire. Pour ceux qui ne déjeune pas le matin cela serait bien appréciable.

Отличная гостиница, удобное месторасположение, напротив станция метро, автобусы, магазины, множество ресторанов и баров. До центра 15 мин пешком. Есть платная парковка. Номера большие, светлые, удобные кровати, очень чисто. Если приезжаете на машине, то очень удобный подъезд к гостинице, не надо крутить по городу. Приезжаем не первый раз и еще раз обязательно приедем.
Cons: Слишком дорогой завтрак. Точно не соответствует цена/качество.

The pool area doesn’t have good access to the bar, there was no bar at the pool… The restraint was a public Bar/Cafe so the food and service wasn’t as good as is could have been.

Location is not too far from main attactions - 1 to 2 km. Walking distance if you are a little bit fit. Breakfast was superb. In october we also used hotel's swimming pool. Hotel also arranged a taxi for us, it was way cheaper then calling it yourself. Also hotel is not far from the airport, 15 minutes by car. Staff are extremely polite and helpful. It's not a problem to come in the middle of the night, there is always someone at the reception.
Cons: The only remark I have is that sometimes you can hear neighbours, especially if they tend to be noisy.

Cons: Strange noises in the room, especially at night. From behind the fridge but also different locations. A little bit similar to a mouse scratching, but louder and less frequent. The bedsheets were not very comfortable.

The staff were very helpful , especially the cleaning staff - they were kind, respectful and professional at all times. Pool was lovely and clean. Room was clean, spacious and very comfortable.
