Though we arrived late after an awful airport experience-- including a member of our party losing travel documents-- Hyatt staff did everything the could to aid us and make the best of our stay. They did so much to make us welcomed and cared for, including changing our reservation dates. Our Even-numered 8th-floor room had a great view of the Mosque and ocean. Breakfast had so many options, including savory items and made-to-order Moroccan msemmem and baghir. Full bar and room service at quite reasonable prices. Our room was clean and everything worked. Fitness center was next to their spa also had a nice window view and working exercise machines.

Cons: Не могу сказать, что не понравилось, но возможно нужна уже реновация отеля, вдохнуть немного современной жизни в этот отель.

This was a major letdown for a Hyatt hotel. The public area is nice, but the rooms need total refurbishment. The carpet is smelly and disgusting, the closet smells, the tile is all broken with mold in the shower and the grout is dirty. The Nespresso machine did not work in room 423. There was a lot of exterior noise and plumbing noise from adjoining rooms and the hot water faucet on the sink made a loud whistling sound. Stay away from this hotel if you have another choice. We stayed as a group, and did not have a choice. We stayed at the beginning of our trip at the Marriott Casablanca and it was much nicer.

Cons: Vétusté des chambres, moquette extrêmement sale dans les chambres. Pas d’insonorisation et on entend la circulation comme si les fenêtres étaient ouvertes. Pas de salon non fumeurs. Beaucoup de séminaires sont organisés donc beaucoup de personnes (une foules) dès le matin.

We used this hotel for overnight stops at either end of a return train journey to Fès. This scheme worked very well. The Hyatt Regency Casablanca is a very well appointed hotel. The interior design for the public spaces, the Club Lounge and our room could easily grace a Grand Hyatt and perhaps even a Park Hyatt. We were lucky to get Globalist upgrades to an Executive Suite both on the way to Fès and again on the return. We were very grateful - thank you. The suite was large and comfortable. The Regency Lounge was relatively small but never overly busy. It had a very adequate selection of canapés and beverages. Everyone in the hotel was friendly and helpful. Soufiane was a constant presence in the lobby and eagerly helped with bags both on the inbound and outbound journey. Thanks go to Yahya and Malika for smooth and helpful check ins. Milanly worked quietly in keeping the Regency Lounge tidy and Hajar gave us a wonderful welcome with her beaming smile. Thanks to Najet and Waid for preparing the room.

Hôtel magnifique. Le personnel est top et d'une grande gentillesse. L'hôtel est en plein centre de Casa et dans une oasis de calme et de verdure. La piscine est très belle et les salons magnifiques (avec de riches détails dans les boiseries et les coupoles qu'il faut vraiment prendre le temps d'admirer . Belle chambre. Le petit déjeuner est formidable (certainement l'un des meilleurs de notre séjour) et les diners à l'hôtel sont également excellents. Très bel hôtel, bravo !!

The location is perfect one block from the old Medina. Many cafes, and places to eat in the surrounding area. The tram public transportation across the street, and the red taxis readily available and reasonable. The staff at the hotel extremely friendly and attentive. The breakfast buffet excellent many choices: French, western, and local cuisine. We had dinner at the hotel local cuisine was outstanding with live musicians at night and belly dancers. We definitely would return had a great time staying here. Kudos to the staff making our stay comfortable and welcoming.

Cons: 1. The room was very noisy, and even on the 7th floor there was no effective noise insulation. 2. The hotel was extremely crowded, which negatively affected the overall experience. 3. Because of an economical conference held there, we were not allowed to use certain facilities (such as the swimming pool), as they were reserved for president of some African country. This was never communicated to us in advance, which was disappointing, as access to the facilities is part of what guests are paying for. 4. The curtains were torn and the window frames were dirty, which impacted the cleanliness of the room.

The breakfast was excellent. Hamadi was very helpful and professional — he assisted us with train tickets and ensured all our requests were handled smoothly.

Cons: 1. The room I booked was advertised on Booking.com as having a view of the Mohamed Ali Mosque. However, upon check-in I was informed that this is “subject to availability,” which was not mentioned at the time of booking. This means you may pay extra for a feature that is not guaranteed. 2. The room was very noisy. Even though it was on the 11th floor, I could not sleep peacefully as there was no effective noise insulation. 3. Cleanliness was below standard: there were coffee stains on the mugs, stains beneath the bed, dirty and torn curtains, and window frames full of dust. 4. Their system is not properly linked with Booking.com. I had already paid for breakfast, yet I had to waste a significant amount of time during my meal proving this, only to later find out the issue was due to their system error.

After our rebooked treatments, we waited in an active corridor in bathrobes where the light kept going out. Cons: Two things marred my stay. We usually stay in 3-4 star properties, so booked the Hyatt as a treat for our last night after three weeks travelling around Morocco. We wanted to finish on a high. We arrived at the hotel around 5.00pm after a five-hour car trip from Essaouria, to be told our room wasn't ready. We said we would go for a swim. we went back to reception at 6.00pm to be told our room still wasn't ready. I was pretty upset, tired and angry - so I insisted on being given a room, as check in time is 3pm and it was 3 hours after that. Only when I got upset and insistent did a room 'become available'. This was not the kind of treatment I was expecting at the Hyatt. The next morning I wanted to go for a swim at 7.00am. I was getting on a plane to Australia that afternoon and I wanted to start the day with exercise. The pool didn't open until 9.00am, which was really disappointing for an international hotel. Usually they open by 7.00am In light of these two disappointments, I probably wouldn't choose the Hyatt for my next indulgent stay.

Honestly, one of the most disappointing hotel stays I’ve ever had. You pay Hyatt prices but get the service of a budget 3-star. From day one, customer service was terrible. The front desk staff looked like they were still in training — no smile, no effort, just attitude. Housekeeping and room service? Forget it. I had to call multiple times just to get simple things like water and towels, and most of the time nothing ever showed up. Imagine sitting in your room, waiting, calling again and again, and still no response. That’s not what you expect from a hotel that charges this much. The whole place feels understaffed, inexperienced, and completely uninterested in guests. Hyatt is supposed to mean comfort and quality — here it’s just an overpriced nameplate on the wall. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Definitely not worth the money, and I won’t be coming back.

Great location in the heart of Casablanca, just outside the old medina. Good staff from hotel gate to housekeeping. Rooms are spacious and good comfortable. Hammam is great and relaxing. Breakfast is basic with limited choices but good.

Cons: I choose this hotel because the feature ot early check-in and late check-out, but unfortunately late check-out was such a nightmare as I planned to sleep and I informed them about late check-out but stupidly they keep calling me to check out before arranged time. SPA facilities like steam and sauna rooms are very good but by appointment only which may be unavailable all day because Hammam services or by other guests.There are 2 other issues that beautiful lobby occupied by smokers, and swimming area by irresponsible French guests with their dogs which is so annoying.

This would not be my first review for this hotel, and the opinion has simply been reinforced by this latest trip to Casablanca. We naturally feel more at home there being third or 4th time there, and we keep returning. They upped their food offerings. (Unami up)… Those who have been there would know… but their food has leveled up. The persona is still intact, and very very excellent hospitality. You feel safe and nurtured. Some people complained on that the place needs renovation. Probably, does, and they are planning on doing so, but the service is what sets them apart. I actually worry that a major renovation may somehow change the persona, I hope they keep it intact.

This kind of treatment is unacceptable, especially from a hotel that claims to offer high standards of service. I expected much better from a brand like Hyatt. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back, and I would not recommend this location to others based on my experience.

I, being a travel planner requesting every one to give money in charity but not book this hotel ever. I will simplify in below steps 1) very very unsupportive staff, specially Reservation and they do not have shame to disconnect calls 2) I reserve 4 X Club access rooms and 3 X Dlx Rooms - they said rooms are not club access and normal rooms booked even If I have payment receipts and even to solve the matter no one came forward to help 3) 14 Calls and multiple email trails are made in support to clear the issue but very very unresponsive. 4) Some how could manage to solve the club room issue but upon check inn got to know that out of 7 paid rooms, 2 were cancelled - reason, end supplier cancelled but when I said that on the check inn date hotel send me all 7 conf numbers over email as paid booking, how can cancellation happened, and asked for proofs, no one came forward for the proof and showed false cancellation from supplier which happened 1 week earlier. finally after so much chaos - after 72 hours and so much of pain we got all 7 rooms. but if you are capable enough to fight sleepless, then only book this hotel. The location was great. HAMDI, the concierge, was outstanding. The lady who services the room BOUCHERO, on the 5th floor, was SUPER GOOD (made beds, cleans, etc.) The room was large and very comfortable, and the shower was as good as I have had anywhere in the world.

Cons: The pool was beautiful, but it was TOO DEEP. My wife did not get in because the lowest point of water was over her head when standing up.

My wife and I enjoyed an amazing seven-night stay at the impressive Hyatt Regency, Casablanca. Rather than elaborate about the hotel’s exceptional location, ambience, drink, and dining options, I want to use this opportunity to thank the stellar HR staff that made the holiday to celebrate our wedding anniversary special. On day one, Sanaa gave us a private tour of the property's amenities. Concierges Yassine and Hamdi, booked diner reservations, hired a car, and sent a cake up to our room to mark our special event. Breakfast each morning at Bissat, started with friendly smiles and a personal greeting from Fatima and Oumaima. At poolside, honorable mention goes to Sami, Nisserine, Sirbane and Simohamed. To close out each day at the Living Room Bar, mixologist Yassine, Lhoussaine, and Ahmed provided the night-cap cocktails. It was not just the personnel I highlighted, the hospitality provided by everyone on staff during our stay ensured a solid five-star rating for the Hyatt Regency, Casablanca.

Сотрудники были приветливы и даже моя ошибка с двойным бронированием с предварительной оплатой была решена в мою пользу с возвратом средств.

Я понимаю, что сравнивать качество и цены в разных странах не правильно. Но было бы прекрасно, если бы отель сотрудничал с какой-то хорошей службой такси.

Dining options are excellent, with an authentic Moroccan restaurant and a refined French brasserie on-site. Rooms are clean and comfortable, but there’s one baffling design flaw — the WC 🚽 is not inside the bathroom, but placed on the opposite side of the room. Whoever approved that layout clearly had an off day. Aside from that, everything else was spot on. The staff are genuinely warm, welcoming, and attentive, making the stay a memorable one.

The hotel is in need of a total refurbishment and refresh, it is very old, the check in process was arduous and took 2.5 hrs before we were given a room. We arrived 30 minutes before the check in time at 3 pm. Once we were finally given our room key the room smelt old and musty, so we asked for another room which was only marginally better. The breakfast choices were lacking and the breakfast area was impractical for eating comfortably, low profile chairs with lower tables to eat on. On the first full day at the hotel the pool area was closed for a private event for the entire day, the following day we decided to use the pool area, but it was so crowded (because it was closed the day before) we had nowhere to sit and relax so we simply ordered food by the restaurant and the service was terrible. We waited 35 minutes for them to take our order and they forgot half of the items when it was finally delivered. The Chicken was under cooked, until we asked to speak to the supervisor we were not given an apology. You would be well advised to seek alternate accommodations. Overall experience very disappointing. Not the standards we expected form the Hyatt chain of hotels.

In particular I would like to thank Samira Yassine for how well she kept our room during our stay. Nissrine Islam was very friendly and helpful in taking our food and drinks orders. The location is good--walkable distance to the mosque, medina, restaurants, and train station (Casa Port). The hotel felt like an island with foreigners with the proximity to the medina. We appreciated the sweets upon arrival. We could not use the pool due to some repair going on. The room was rather small and dated. There was a night club in the hotel, which led to some noise in the night. On check out, we asked for a taxi to the Casa Voyageurs station and was told the fare would be around 15 dirhams. The taxi driver charged us 100 dirhams and threatened to take us back to the hotel if we did not pay the amount. This, of course, is not Hyatt Regency's fault but wish there was a way to confirm the amount before taking the taxi.

Overall I found the hotel good, but not great. The facilities are definitely showing their age (think business hotel from the 1980s) and in need of a remodel, though my suite was quite large and generally comfortable (with a fantastic view of the city and Hassan II mosque). The pool area was pretty nice as well. Dining was excellent at Cafe M and Dar Beida, and room service was prompt and very good also. Selections in the Regency Club were a bit pedestrian for breakfast, on the other hand. A few other negatives to note: I was ignored at the Living Room Bar while seated at a table for several minutes (although several staff walked by (no greeting or offer of a menu)) so I eventually got up and left. I was initially overcharged on the nightly rate, though this was resolved at checkout with the manager after some back-and-forth. Finally, I found it to be rather noisy in my room due to maintenance, cleaning, etc coming from the hall/next door/above. Staff was generally pleasant although not super warm (which seemed to track with Casablanca in general). I would stay here again if the price is right, though would explore other options first, even as a Hyatt Globalist.

The separate toilet room is even worse; there's so little room that one has to step behind the toilet to close the door. The fire alarm goes off in the middle of the night because someone smoked in the room and everyone is evacuated. Happened twice during the night! I understand it is better to be safe than sorry but I'm sure there are better ways to handle it.

This place was wonderful, though we didn’t think the same of the city. I don’t usually opt for an American hotel but was glad I did here, as I didn’t see anything else that looked anywhere close to the standard offered by the Hyatt. Room was on top floor, lovely and large. Pool and gym were useful after a morning of walking around the city (ie yo the mosque and back). Area around the hotel is slightly risqué but we were very glad to have this place to come back to for 2 nights.

I dont know what hotel these other reviewers stayed at but our experience was very different. LOBBY- lobby is nice. has Cartier store and staff were very polite and kind HALLWAYS- dark and aged. Ceilings are low, lighting is dim and smells musty. ROOMS- far below what anyone would expect from a Hyatt. I think a Motel 6 would have been cleaner and better renovated. We had 2 rooms. Both rooms showed a lot of aging, felt like a cheap hotel and smelled like mothballs. The carpets look like they have been there for 30 years, are stained and are in desperate need of replacing. I personally would not feel comfortable walking around barefoot. The floors in the toilet area were dirty ( gross.) and areas like the wall switches were filthy. The bed skirts were ripped and stained. Baseboards, and window sills dirty. LINENS- Bed linens seemed clean and crisp but we did not sleep there so I can't comment on this further. BATHROOMS- horrible. Falling apart, mold everywhere. I am sensitive to mold and could smell it as soon as we opened the door. We complained to front desk and they apologized and tried to make things better by showing us a couple more rooms. Sadly, they were all in the same state as the one we were in so no point in changing. The offered a room on a higher floor with club access using the selling point that we would have free alcohol ( we dont drink,) and included breakfast , which we had already turned down at check in since half of us do not eat breakfast. So, A for effort, but giving us free things isn't a remedy for the issue which is the room. We would have still be in a deplorable room. They refused to refund the first night which I think is not right. The hotel was not at capacity. There were plenty of rooms, so it's not as though we would have cost them revenue. We did not disturb or use the rooms, and the right thing to do would be to issue the refund regardless of the "rules." Aside from the "Rules" these photos clearly show that these rooms are not to Hyatt Standard. I will be addressing this directly with Hyatt. We went to the Barcelo and it was incredible. Of the 6 hotels we stayed at during our visit of Morocco, this was the only one that was not up to standard and the first hotel in my entire life we have not completed the reservation.

Расположение хорошее, многие достопримечательности в пешей доступности. Станция Casa Port в 10 минутах ходьбы. Для Марокко неплохой завтрак. Номера просторные. Наш выходил на площадь Объединённых Наций, но было тихо. Удобно, что санузел раздельный. Хорошая удобная постель. В целом персонал понравился, был дружелюбным и приветливым, уборка в номере в общем-то была хорошей. На ресепшене нам помогал решить наши проблемы Омар, спасибо ему. В отеле есть Cafe M с французской кухней, где всё вкусно.

Cons: Обстановка в номере, да и в целом в отеле морально устарела. Мебель, сантехника, ремонт конца 80-х - 90-х. Просится реновация. В номере постоянно чего-то не хватало: то забудут положить шапочку для душа, то шампунь, то капсулы для кофе машины. При этом после звонка в housekeeping иногда приходилось ждать необходимого очень долго.

Cela a été particulièrement décevant, car c'était notre première nuit en tant que jeunes mariés, juste après notre mariage. Nous avions choisi le Hyatt Regency pour vivre une nuit d’exception, mais malheureusement, cette expérience a laissé un souvenir amer. Après une nuit déjà courte à cause des festivités, nous espérions pouvoir nous reposer pleinement. I was grateful to receive a complimentary room upgrade, which was a kind gesture. The service from the staff was warm and attentive throughout my stay, and I appreciated their professionalism. However, the room itself didn’t quite match the photos online, and there was an unpleasant smell that took away from the overall experience. With some improvements to room maintenance, this hotel has the potential to offer a much better stay.

The most impressive is the staff of the hotel. Everybody starting from reception and finishing the clean team is extremely friendly, ready to help, smiling, helpful. Great team! Breakfast is very good, the choice is great from European food to local cuisine.

Cons: The hotel is quite old, requires some renovation. Rooms are in a bad condition, always dirty even after cleaning. Often we had to ask for towels as after room cleaning we lacked either towels or bathrobes. Swimming pool was always closed. We were not able to enjoy it even once.

This property seemed like an older Hyatt hotel. It was clean and spacious, however I did not like that the flooring was carpet. The bathroom was an average size with bathtub and standing shower. It is walking distance to the market and some restaurants.

A very comfortable hotel, with excellent service, and attractive public areas. Convenient for the tram and Casa Port rail station.The staff were welcoming, approachable, friendly, helpful..altogether very professional. The room, too, was comfortable, spacious, quiet, very clean as you would expect from a Hyatt, though I would appreciate USB ports in the room, in addition to the plug sockets. Breakfast buffet was excellent, in the attractive, plush restaurant, and the gym facilities are excellent too.

I can only recommend this hotel since its location is also great to visit all the main tourist attractions.

The location was great. rooms were average for any 5 star hotels.

Cons: I paid for 1 night including breakfast. When I went to breakfast the next morning , there was no food left on the counters and people were just jostling with each other. When I asked a staff member I was told " because of many people, food has finished ! ". it is unbelievable that a hotel as Hyatt being unable to manage breakfast service because of " too many people". One staff politely asked if I could have breakfast sent to my room - a very simple list of eggs, toast and coffee. I waited for more than an hour and nothing turned up. I checked out without having any breakfast.

This hotel is visually very stunning. The lobby and grounds are well maintained, and all the decor makes it feel like an upscale luxury hotel. The staff is welcoming and very helpful. We had a small issue with our room, and the management jumped to help immediately. The customer service was outstanding. Our room had a nice view of the mosque and was very clean. The breakfast is also good. We absolutely loved the style and vibe of the lounge and had a couple of beverages there. The only downside was that so many people were smoking in the lounge that we didn't stay long. It's a shame because it's really pretty and relaxing. There's lots of attendants and security outside, and we felt really safe there. We didn't have time to explore the pool or fitness center, but passing by, it all looked nice. The location is also great--it is very near the old medina, and we were able to walk through that and down to the water.

The staff at the front desk was terrible, particularly Oussama Daoudi. I had by mistake booked the room for 1 adult. When he informed me about my mistake I admitted that I might have assumed that the default would be 2 people and missed this detail. He said that no hotel has default of 2 guests. He insisted he has been in this business for years so he knows better than me. I refuted his argument by showing him the four seasons website which had default of 2 adults. He then argued that the rate was different for 2 guests and higher by 250 dhs compared with the rate for 1 person. I again showed him Hyatt’s website itself and showed him that even at the current time the rate for room with breakfast was exactly the same for 2 persons and 1 person. I had booked the weekend offer. Then he said he has been in this business for years and knows what i right. When I asked for his business card, he said he didn’t have one and I didn’t need to know his surname.i find it hard to believe that he didn’t even gave a business card! Incidentally the rate for 2 people was about 300 dhs lower than what I had paid. He was obnoxious to say the least and completely ruined my stay. Won’t be booking Hyatt again. Compared to the welcome one gets at four seasons or Taj or Oberoi, Hyatt’s welcome is pathetic. Also the toilet in the room is next to the entrance in a cubby hole with just enough space for the door to open inwards.

It has a good location, bed was comfortable.

Cons: The hotel needs a serious renovation. Its very old fashioned hotel. Toilets are separated from bathroom but room for toilet is very small. I was staying alone so i didn’t close the door but if you close it its almost claustrophobic. I didn’t like price/performance. I would not stay next time.

The location is great for the first time visitors to Casablanca. And also, the breakfast was excellent.

Great location, really, at the intersection between the historical, authentic, real Casblanca : medina, markets, noise, vibes, and the quite new ambiance, with great restaurants around. Amazing views on the mosque. Beautiful hotel, really, inside, great restautant. And the staff is warm and welcoming.

Cons: It's Morocco, so it's a bit loud, sometimes, through the thin windows, but you have what you come for, buzzing city.

Cons: Tijdens het feestje in café M was er een fotograaf in hotel die foto's maakte die we konden aankopen . Dat was prima maar de volgende dag stonden we te wachten op de tram en opeens kwam er een jonge kerel ons aanspreken met foto's van ons genomen op het feestje . Hoe zijn die foto's bij die jonge kerel terechtgekomen . Hij bood die tegen betaling aan ons aan . dat is een schending van de privacy .

Extrêmement bien localisé, nous avons eu la chance d’être surclassé. En effet, nous étions venus pour profiter de la piscine et celle-ci avait été privatisé pour un mariage. Du coup nous avons été surclassé dans une suite superbe face à la grande mosquée. Cet hôtel doit d’ailleurs être très prochainement rénové dans son ensemble. Les salles de réception et de petit déjeuner et le restaurant sont superbes. Elles ne seront d’ailleurs pas touché lors de la rénovation. Grâce a la gentillesse de l’accueil, nous avons pu finalement transformer ce séjour en un séjour exceptionnel.

We liked the hotel overall very much: This is a truly 5-star hotel with many amenities, a great central location between the old and the new city, friendly staff and great entertainment as well. We were upgraded to a spacious suite with a magnificent view of the old town and the Hassan-II mosque. The room had very comfortable beds, a large bathroom and a separate toilet. The air conditioning was working perfectly. Even though the Hotel is centrally located between two main streets, the windows were isolating noise from outside very good. The blackout curtains were perfectly shading the room to be dark for a good sleep. The breakfast was of a very high quality and offering lots of choices. The breakfast staff was extremely helpful and friendly. One of the highlights is the picturesque pool located under palms within a small lush garden, surrounded by comfortable sunbeds and a terrace restaurant. It is worth to mention that the pool is heated and offers a perfect temperature for a swim. The hotel offers a free-of-charge car parking area which was a great plus for us arriving with a rented car. The hotel offers several dining options. We liked especially the middle eastern restaurant which is decorated like a tent. This venue offered excellent live Arabic musicians and singers which were of a fantastic professional level. In other places, you have to pay hundreds of dollars so see such quality entertainment!

Cons: The furniture and the carpet in the rooms seem a bit outdated. The mini bar is equipped with an automatic charging system once you take out an item - this could be especially challenging when travelling with kids. This might be only a coincidence, but on our arrival, a very high amount of 1000 USD was blocked from my credit card for any possible extras based on a 4 nights and 2 rooms stay. The person at the reception neither explained this verbally clearly enough nor provided a copy of the transaction bill. After a short discussion the next day, the amount was released.
