Hôtel bien situé, proche de la gare et du métro, et à environ 30 minutes à pied du Duomo. Établissement moderne et propre. La chambre était bien équipée, avec un lit très grand. Mention spéciale pour les lumières bleues au plafond en forme de constellation, très originales et agréables. Le personnel était globalement aimable : le monsieur au petit déjeuner était charmant et les femmes de chambre très gentilles.
Cons: Beaucoup de bruit la nuit, ce qui a un peu gêné le sommeil. Les oreillers étaient très durs. L’accueil le premier jour a été assez froid, notamment lorsqu’on nous a indiqué de manière un peu sèche que le français n’était pas parlé (les jours suivants, l’accueil était correct). J'ai également perdu une nuit en raison de la maladie de ma fille, sans proposition de dédommagement, même si cela est compréhensible. La taxe de séjour italienne est élevée (10 € par personne/jour), mais cela ne dépend pas de l’hôtel.

Hotel se nalazi 7 minuta pješke od Glavnog kolodovora u Milanu, metro stanica je na istoj udaljenosti. Vožnja metroom do Duoma traje 4 stanice. Boravili smo u jedinici sa 3 kreveta, soba prostrana, kupaonica čista i uredna. Ručnici i šampon/sapun/papuče dostupni, zamjerka nema kukica za objesiti ručnike. Iz kupaonice vode vrata na terasu, manju, s pogledom na ulicu. Nama se to jako svidjelo. Hodnik u sobi širok i dugačak sa dostupnim još jednim ležajem koji se povlači iz ormara. Hotel ima lift i stepenice. Doručak dobar, peciva, torte/kolači/slatkiši, voće, žitarice, manji izbor salama i sireva, raznolike salate, kuhana jaja i kajgana, kobasice...uglavnom nitko neće ostati gladan. Nema aparata za kavu/čaj već isto donese osoba koja kordinira doručkom. Postoji mogućnost besplatnog ostavljanja prtljage na čuvanje. Obzirom da smo noćili samo jednu noć zadovoljni smo smještajem i vrlo vjerojato ćemo doći opet ukoliko se nađemo u Milanu. Okolica hotela živopisna, puno restorana i kafića, barova. Djelatnici na recepciji uslužni i pristojni.

Cons: Todo. No tiene ni de lejos las cualidades para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas. Está muy viejo. El grifo de la bañera goteaba. Los muebles estaban viejos. Tanto viernes como sábado parecía que teníamos una discoteca dentro de la habitación hasta las 3 de la mañana. El desayuno sería "correcto" para un hotel de 2 o 3 estrellas, pero para el precio se espera mucho más. Sinceramente, he estado en hoteles de 2 estrellas mucho mejores en general tanto por instalaciones como en calidad/precio.

Lokalizacja tego obiektu idealna, blisko do stacji głównej i metra. Bardzo czysto- sprzątane codziennie, personel bardzo miły uczynny. Był nawet czajnik, herbatki i kawka. W pokoju cieplutko, w razie w w szafie był kocyk. Polecam ten hotel.
Cons: Jedyny punkt na który można było by ponarzekać to wąska winda i korytarze, ale czy to naprawdę wpłynęło na nasz komfort absolutnie nie.

The whole point of a hotel room is to get a good nights sleep. My sleep was disturbed by the noise outside despite closed window, the noisy plumbing (you can hear everyone having a shower or using the toilet ) and woken at 01.40 by the people in the next room on the phone ( I could hear every word.) The room was tired and the furniture chipped, in general the hotel decor seems to have been done by a 8 year old children let loose with a paintbox and their father’s credit card, truly atrocious. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was good and there were complimentary drinks and snacks in the afternoon. It is a short walk from the station. Not really a 4star hotel and definitely needs the noise sorting out.

Шикарный отель, очень удобное расположение: 5 минут от вокзала. Сам отель интересный, стильный, много ярких элементов декора. Номер просторный, даже была ванна, что приятно удивило. В номере были чайник с чаем и кофе, минибар, тапочки, сейф, все необходимые ванные принадлежности. Отдельного внимания заслуживает завтрак: все очень вкусно, большой выбор выпечки, фруктов и орехов.

Arrived at the Mediolanum for a 2 night break in Milan. When handing in our passports on arrival, the receptionist noticed it was my wife's 60th Birthday. Within 15 minutes of checking in to our room,we received a knock on the door and my wife was presented with a complimentary bottle of prosecco in an ice bucket. (Fantastic gesture !) Throughout the stay we found the staff very attentive. The breakfast offering was amazing with an array of hot food and fruit/pastries/cakes to grace any high end establishment. Would highly recommend the Mediolanum and would definitely stay again when visiting Milan.

Cons: À primeira vista o quarto estava limpo, mas havia grande acumulo de pó em algumas prateleiras, o que fez sujar tudo. Falta de reposição de sabonete dos recipientes do banheiro. Chegamos o recipiente estava quase vazio. Dos três dias da estadia, acabou no primeiro dia, não solicitei reposição porque acabei usando o que eu tinha.

There is nothing not to like at this hotel. The staff were all amazing but Frederico and Pasquale went the extra mile in making my husband's 70th birthday so special. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the breakfast fresh and plentiful. I would definitely recommend staying here.

I enjoyed my stay, staff were very helpful and friendly and breakfast offered a great choice. Only criticism was that the room was very warm and the only way to cool it down was to open the widows wide, which meant you could hear the refuse carts early in the morning and passers by shouting through the night.

Ciò che mi ha dato conferma ulteriore della bontà della mia scelta per questo Hotel, oltre alla struttura molto accogliente appunto, è anche e soprattutto l'accoglienza da parte di tutto il personale! Da Pasquale a Marco e, scusate se non ricordo tutti i nomi, tutti estremamente gentili e disponibili a darti indicazioni su tutto. E, per finire, il giorno del ceck out, avendo io una visita medica da svolgere di mattina per poi ripartire in serata mi è stato concesso di lasciare il bagaglio e riprenderlo nel pomeriggio dopo la visita. Che dire, se siete a Milano per un qualsiasi motivo, tenete in forte considerazione questo Hotel, straconsigliato. Un saluto a tutto lo staff e, auspico alla prossima

Lovely place. Clean with friendly and professional staff. Very good breakfast with plenty of choice, food was very tasty and presented with care. The hotel is in a close walking distance from metro and the central train station - very convenient!
Cons: Not like I didn’t like it, but it might be a problem if someone is built bigger - the shower was quite small, could be problematic for over average size I think. Also, lightening was quite specific, very tricky to do the makeup. Otherwise, no downsides.

Personale delle pulizie la mattina un po' rumoroso. Nel corridoio la moquette rende l'ambiente un po' vecchiotto. L'albergo è a max 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione, ma nella notte (ore 22,30 del 6.12.25) nella via non c'è passaggio di persone e non è piacevole incontrare solo un paio senzatetto ubriachi. Prezzo un po' caro nel complesso, ma in linea con i costi di Milano

Hotel znajduje się w świetnej lokalizacji - z dworca można dojść w około 7 minut, a spacer do centrum i katedry zajmuje około 30 minut. Obsługa była bardzo miła i pomocna; szczególnie sympatyczne było to, że jeden z pracowników starał się mówić po polsku. :) W pokojach było zaskakująco cicho mimo bliskości ulicy i centrum, a rolety w oknach oraz klimatyzacja dobrze spełniały swoją rolę, zapewniając komfortowy sen. Sam pokój był czysty i schludny, a całość sprawiała wrażenie dobrze utrzymanego miejsca.
Cons: Łazienka była dość mała i brakowało miejsca, żeby wygodnie powiesić ręczniki. Winda również była malutka, więc przy większych walizkach robiło się bardzo ciasno.

The hotel was very clean and modern. It reminded me of many hotels in the US. The rooms were a little larger than hotels we stayed at in Rome, Florence and Venice. The bathroom layout was a little awkward, as the toilet was difficult to get to. Also, there was an issue with the hot water on our first night, which was fixed by the next day. Overall, a good experience though. The location was great, walking distance from Milano Centrale train station and surrounded by dining options.

We stayed here for five nights in November. The location was perfect for us, just a few minutes' walk from the main train station. The rooms were very clean and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast buffet was very generous by Italian standards. There are several good restaurants and pizzerias in the surrounding area. The metro and other public transportation options are also within easy reach. Definitely a hotel we would recommend.

Hotel was in a nice location, walking distance from train station. Room was spacious with big windows. The receptionist who initally greeted us was very friendly and approachable. He reassured us, nothing was too much.

Buffet breakfast included a bonus & free coffee/refreshments from 3 - 7pm in lobby a treat. Room price varied greatly on different days we stayed also on checkout I was getting overcharged by an extra night, After much debate at reception he relented their mistake No apology though. Pity because put a bit of letdown on our stay. Bed tax is €7 pp pn.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The choice at breakfast was very good and had a good selection of gluten free. If you want lactose free milk you have to ask for it. It is classed as 4 star but really only a three.

Lo staff è stato gentilissimo, sono arrivata a notte fonda causa ritardo del volo e mi hanno contattata diverse volte per accertarsi che fosse tutto ok. Colazione ricca e piena di tante alternative, la camera è molto particolare, bagno a vista con le pareti in vetro. Letto comodissimo, le luci della camera danno quel tocco in più. Ci tornerò senz'altro. Consiglio a tutti.

Die Unterkunft hat mir gut gefallen. Sehr gute Ausgangslage um die Stadt zu erkunden. Besonders ansprechend, die direkte Lage in Bahnhofsnähe. Das Umfeld ist ruhig, zum Dom benötigt man mit einem Leihrad etwa 20min. Öffis sind aber auch in der Nähe ebenso Supermarkt, Apotheke und Drogerie. Das Hotelzimmer war sauber, ruhig und für zwei Personen ausreichend. Sind zwei Nächte geblieben. Frühstück war in Ordnung, vielleicht etwas teurer.

We arrived late to the hotel after catching the last train and metro from the airport. Needn't have worried though as there is 24 hour reception here. Very friendly welcome. Reception and breakfast staff all spoke excellent English and were very kind with our attempts at Italian 😊 Convenient for sightseeing, 10 minute walk to the metro. Lots of restaurants walkable distance from the hotel. Good selection available at breakfast including hot and cold selection. Rooms were all decorated to an individual colour scheme in line with chromomatic therapy, which was very modern and fresh. Rooms were always clean, hot water for showering, tea and coffee making in room, comfortable bed. Plenty of storage and adequate hangers in wardrobe. In short, perfect base for our one week visit to Milan. Thank you 😊 x

The hotel is in a great location close to the main train station, taxi rank and metro station. There are a few good restaurants close by. We had booked a superior room but were disappointed. There were no dressing gowns and no soundproofing..we could hear the people in the room nextdoor talking whenever we were in the room i did eventually complain to reception who came and listened and said they would speak to them. We didnt get a peep out of them after. I feel there is a dramaitc difference in some of the superior rooms...some are large with modern decor whilst others are dated and dont really come into a superior category. I feel there should be a divide in those rooms as they are certainly not equivalent. Breakfast was good and the staff were helpful and attentive

Hotel Mediolanum is in a prime location in easy walking distance to the Central Station and a variety of restaurants. The staff are very welcoming & friendly. There is a lobby area downstairs to relax and enjoy a coffee. Bags can also be stored on this level. A bright breakfast room is in the basement with an excellent variety of foods to start your day. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel.
Cons: The walls are a little thin allowing voices and noise from other rooms to be heard-early morning phone calls, but generally most guests were quiet overnight.

Hotel Mediolanum is situated within easy walking distance of the Central Station. It has a 24 hour check-in and all the staff I encountered in that area were friendly and always willing to help. On arrival the young man on reception carried my luggage to the floor where my room was situated as the lifts were a little small for me. My room was comfortable and exceptionally clean. Overnight it was generally very quiet. However, on my last morning, nearby guests were speaking loudly and phones were ringing at about 5.30am. This was not the hotel’s fault. The guests were inconsiderate, but made me realise that the rooms were not very sound proofed. Breakfast was excellent and attractively displayed in the breakfast room. There were choices to suit every palate. I also enjoyed a free coffee at the bar on my return each afternoon. The hotel is in a great location with a variety of restaurants in easy walking distance. I would happily stay here again on my next visit to Milan.

You can’t fault the location, it is in the centre of Milan and very convenient for the station, about a 5 minute walk. The staff were amazing and so accommodating, even moving us twice without issue. The first room looked very tired, the second had an odd smell, and the third (although modern) had a tiny, badly designed shower that leaned forward, making it feel like you were falling over. Breakfast was good, but there is definitely no soundproofing, so it can be noisy. On the positive side, the location is excellent for exploring and eating out. We spent 11 nights travelling around Italy, and the restaurant next door, Mamma Rosa, was by far the best we tried whilst in Italy, absolutely fantastic. The sushi place next door is also great.

My room was very comfortable and there was great hot water in the shower. Really happy with this hotel. Only peculiarity is their key. It has a really heavy weight on it so it was hard to carry around. I left it at the front desk every time I went out. No big deal but a tad bit unusual.

All I can say is we booked a superior “soundproof” room and it definitely isn’t superior and definitely not soundproof. Just back from a day sightseeing and all we can hear is some Italian woman next door talking for an hour so far when all we wanted was a quick siesta. Very disappointing. The staff at Hotel Mediolanum were very friendly, and the reception provided excellent information to help with our stay. The breakfast was good, though it would be even better if the restaurant staff smiled more in the morning – a warm greeting can make such a positive difference. The only downside was the bathroom, which was extremely small. It was difficult to move around or bathe comfortably, which made the experience quite inconvenient. Other than that, everything else was fine, and we appreciated the helpfulness of the staff.

The staff were very friendly even though we don't speak any italian, they remembered our room number and got our key for us as soon as we came in the door everytime. We arrived at the hotel about 3 hours early (before check in) and they had the room ready for us within 10 minutes. Good selection of different foods at breakfast, never had cheesecake at breakfast time before.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und komfortabel. Es liegt 5 Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Was auch positiv ist, 2 kleine Supermärkte sind 3 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Sehr praktisch wenn man wie ich günstig Urlaub machen möchte. Die Italiener Frühstücken sehr süß also morgen schon Schokolade und Marmelade Brötchen. Daher habe ich bewusst das Hotel ohne Frühstück gebucht und mir morgens aus dem Supermarkt Brötchen und Aufschnitt gekauft. Auch Wasser, Joghurt, Achtung extrem süß, alles vorhanden im Supermarkt. Deutsche Produkte ebenfalls. Die Tramp, Linie 1, Station fährt 2 Minuten entfernt vom Hotel. Sehr günstig via EC Karte im der tramp, 1.20 Euro zum Dom Mailand. Die Tramp ist cool und historisch. 10 Minuten zum Dom Mailand und man sieht was von der Stadt während der Fahrt. Noch zu erwähnen, sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter am Empfang die immer nett und zuvorkommend sind. Man spürt hier die 4 Sterne. Pflegeprodukte im Bad auch edel. Das Bad ist sehr edel und schick.
Cons: Im Umfeld sind 2 Supermärkte was super ist.. Aber es gibt keinen Bäcker. Leider nur Gastronomie die entsprechende Preise verlangen.

Stayed here for 3 nights with my son and the hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff are really friendly and helpful, it made our stay that much better. The location is excellent. Very close to the centrale station. Close to lots of nice restaurants and cafes. The area also felt safe to be in. Milan is a very big city but is so easy to get around on the metro. The staff were really helpful with advice for us on the first day. My only complaint about the hotel is the bed was like a rock. If they get some better mattresses I would happily stay again!

It's a good hotel but we just felt a little underwhelmed. The photos are lovely but, on arrival, it becomes clear that they are all staging photos. The rooms do not have joyful splashes of colour and there are no nice vases or bed throws... it's just feels all a bit austere and bland. The afternoon "coffee bar" is a nice bar...but ultimately just a Nespresso machine and a "sort yourself out" type notice, , etc., and there are "do not touch" signs everywhere in the funky reception which spoils the vibe. Staff were top notch though, and very helpful. Rooms were a decent size and everything was clean/worked as it should.

Erg hygiënisch, personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Lekker ontbijt en ook in de middag stond een drankje en hapje klaar om te pakken.

Very nice hotel with excellent location and friendly staff. We also had breakfast in the hotel and that was pretty good at a great price! Overall we enjoyed our three night stay in the hotel!

La situación del hotel cerca de la estación central y el desayuno, completo. Limpieza.
Cons: En las fotos parece más nuevo y con más estilo, la realidad es que está más deteriorado de lo que aparenta. Muy caro para lo que ofrece, eso pasa en Milán.

La ubicación muy cerca de la estación central y la atención del personal del lobby, especialmente Federico, muy atento y servicial. Las camas y almohadas, muy cómodas!!

Très bien situé à moins de 10min à pieds de la gare, et pas trop loin du centre ville (Duomo 30min à pieds). Bon petit déjeuner. Silencieux.
