Close to bus stops and to plenty of metro stations to take you across the city. Staff were very friendly. Rooms were serviced and tidied every day whilst we were out. Safe neighbourhood. Shower was great. Heating was great Iron was provided upon request which was great too. Room was more spacious than expected.
Cons: Bed wasnt too comfortable with a light duvet. Hairdryer only lasted 10 seconds then cut out, not a major issue.

Chambre propre et très bien équipée ( sèche cheveux, peignoirs, cafetière , kit de couture.... petites attentions pour le clients ( bouteille d'eau, chocolat). Le personnel est hyper accueillant et je tiens tout particulièrement à remercier la femme de ménage qui a signalé gtrè!s vite ma boite à bijoux oubliée !

The rooms well set out, very clean and serviced every day of my stay. I found the staff really helpful and friendly.The reception area with free coffee and tea was very comfortable and a good place to wait for people. The hotel was situated very close to the centre of Montmartre so it was easy to walk around. I would certainly recommend it.

Cons: The hotel was not a four star hotel. The beds were old and stained, the towels were torn and old. The shower was not the best, there wasn't even a shower door or glass just a curtain. The food was not cooked. When we asked if we could leave early and get a refund after we experienced challenges we were told no.

Hotellin sijainti oli rauhallinen ja siitä pääsi liikkumaan metrolla kätevästi ympäri Pariisia. Huone oli hyvin siisti. Aamupala oli perushyvä. Palvelu ystävällistä.
Cons: Huone oli todella pieni eikä matkalaukulle ollut tilaa. Sateisten päivien jälkeen ei ollut yhtään koukkua mihin ripustaa märät ulkovaatteet. Yleiset tilat ja käytävät vaatisivat remonttia. Laatu ei mielestäni vastaa 4 tähden hotellia.

Petit salon disponible avec fauteuils et machine à café à proximité de la réception. Très bon rapport qualité prix.

Proprietatea este situată in zona centrală a Parisului, foarte aproape de majoritatea obiectivelor turistice, camerele foarte curate, lenjerie si prosoape schimbate zilnic, personalul foarte dragut si amabil, comunicarea se poate face in mai multe limbi straine. Zona este foarte linistita.
Cons: Prin comparație cu alte hoteluri de 4* din Europa, aici camera noastră a avut 2 bai, una cu vas de toaleta, cealaltă cu chiuveta si dus, nu am avut papuci de dus, masa de calcat, micul dejun nu are o selectie variata de produse. Nu ne-au deranjat in mod deosebit aceste aspecte.

Estaba muy cerca de pigalle el mouline rouge y el barrio de monmatre. Así mismo bajabamos al Louvre y al rio caminando. París es tan bonita que merece la pena caminar y caminar. Paul el señor de la recepción fue extremadamente cariñoso y amable con nosotros e intentaba hablar castellano y nos ayudó mucho. Gracias Paul. Nos dejaron un detalle de bienvenida y en el hall del hotel también había posibilidad de hacerse un té al igual que en l habitación lo cual agreladecimos mucho. El desayuno era bueno y el personal de desayuno y de limpieza eran amables. La habitación pequeña pero con todo lo necesario, bonita y limpia. Hay en el barrio un supermercado al lado del hotel y una pizzería muy buena con pizzas para llevar en la calle trasera. Y un restaurante coreano muy recomendable también.

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel and couldn’t be more impressed. I arrived around 2 PM and was pleasantly surprised to be able to check in an hour early. After a long flight, that small gesture meant everything. The staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind from the moment I stepped inside. They provided wonderful accommodations and took the time to give me thoughtful recommendations tailored to my trip. As someone visiting Paris for the first time, this made a huge difference — I instantly felt at ease and truly at home. The location is absolutely perfect. It’s close to many major attractions and conveniently right next to a metro station, which made navigating the city incredibly easy. I loved being able to step outside and already be in the heart of everything. One thing I truly appreciated was how attentive the receptionist was. They kindly arranged a cab for my return to the airport and even called me the morning of my departure to let me know my ride had arrived. That level of care and service is rare and made the entire experience feel seamless. Overall, I had a wonderful stay. I will definitely be returning and will happily choose this hotel again on my next trip to Paris. Highly recommended!

Cons: We found the bed too firm and resulted in not the best nights sleep for us, a mattress topper is all that’s needed. The sound proofing between rooms wasn’t very good.

Cons: Séjour très décevant. Dès notre arrivée, un incident inadmissible : une femme de chambre est entrée dans notre chambre sans frapper, alors que mon mari se reposait et que j’étais sous la douche. Nous n’avions rien demandé, elle est venue déposer des peignoirs et s’est à peine excusée. Je n’ai jamais vécu ça dans un hôtel. Nous l’avons signalé immédiatement au manager, qui n’a pas semblé comprendre la gravité de la situation. Après cet épisode, impossible de se sentir en sécurité dans la chambre. Et pour couronner le tout, l’isolation pourrait être mieux, on entend tout, aussi bien les voisins dans leur chambre que le moindre passage dans le couloir. Pour un établissement de ce standing, c’est franchement inacceptable. Je ne recommande pas.

Housekeeping was excellent; concierges exceptionally helpful (day and night shifts). Fresh coffee or tea in lobby and electric tea pot in the room. The closet is large for this small room; the commode is separate from the tub/shower and sink which is helpful. A desktop and chair are also provided. Extra blanket on request. Bakery nearby with homemade quiche, sandwiches, desserts and croissants!! Delicious! Long fluffy robes are a plus!! Pharmacy one block away.
Cons: The shower faucets are difficult to turn on and off; steps narrow and slanted so use handrail. Street construction at one end confused 50% of the Bolt drivers who were unable to find their way to the front door.

Pas de coffre (le réceptionniste m’en a rajouté un ), pas de frigo , un rideau de douche dans la SDB . Pas du tout un 4 étoiles 😡😡.jamais vu ça dans un 4 étoiles . Qui leur a donné les étoiles ???? Le réceptionniste me propose de changer de chambre car il conçois que ce n’est pas top mais pour me donner une chambre plus petite , moins chère . Non !!!!une fois mais pas 2 pour moi .

The staff !!! Every single one of them were so nice and helpful. We had a room on the ground floor and at first I thought it would be noisy but it wasn’t. It looked like it had been redone. The bed was comfortable and bathroom was big. Very clean. Near metro, bus and train station. If you come by car, nearby parking available at interesting rates.
Cons: The only thing was that you had to move the chair of the desk or else you couldn’t get around on one side of the bed. Good thing there was in the room to do so.

Toute l’équipe était excellente, sympa et attentive aux besoins des clients. Les petits déjeuners étaient comme prévus. Nous sommes descendus à cet h6tel il y a six ans et, à cette époque-là, les chambres étaient plus grandes, il y avait plus de place pour les v6tements, et la douche était moins coincée. Néanmoins, le prix était bon et l’équipe mérite toujours des éloges.

Very helpful reception staff, with Information & he booked us onto the evening river cruise which saved us queuing & the hassle of finding a good company. The room was very clean & comfortable. They stored our luggage from mid morning until room was ready, & even put our luggage in room for our return in the evening, so we could go & explore. Good location for train & metro, & quiet at night in room. Wished we could have stayed longer.

Cons: The hotel rooms are a bit small and the beds weren’t comfortable. I also didn’t like not having control of the air conditioning, I had to contact reception for the fan of the ac to be turned on. There was also some construction happening during our stay.

Having been to Paris before this wasn’t a big deal however we walked quite a bit exploring the surrounding neighborhoods while making our way to the river. (The hotel is closer to the Moulin Rouge area). The gentleman attending the front desk for the weekend we were there could have been a bit more welcoming. He seemed either tired, ill or maybe both?! No matter…we had a wonderful visit to Versailles and truly enjoyed our short stay in Paris.

Durante il mio soggiorno a Parigi ho avuto il piacere di alloggiare in questo hotel, che si è rivelato una scelta davvero eccellente. La posizione è ottima vicino alla metropolitana ideale per chi desidera muoversi comodamente e vivere appieno la città. La camera era confortevole e pulita. Un particolare elogio va a Paul il ragazzo alla reception è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile, anche a Pelagie la ragazza della caffetteria, sempre sorridente e cordiale. La colazione ricca e varia, con proposte sia dolci che salate. Insomma un hotel che unisce comfort, accoglienza e attenzione al dettaglio. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Kleines Hotel, nettes aufmerksames Personal, alles sauber, Frühstück gut, Lage gut, Zimmer gut, Früher als 15 Uhr das Zimmer beziehen kostet 60€ das war es uns wert. Ansonsten kann man die Koffer auch an der Anmeldung belassen. Das Hotel wird anscheinend gerade renoviert davon haben wir aber nicht viel mitbekommen. Unser Aufenthalt war 7 Tage und wir hatten das kleine Zimmer wo die Toilette nicht im Bad sondern in einem extra Raum war. Das Zimmer war für uns und einen Koffer ausreichend vom Platz her, klein aber fein.👌 Auschecken bis 12 Uhr war auch angenehm.

Me gustó muchísimo. Muy bien situado, a escasos minutos, del metro y del barrio de Montmartre. El personal muy amable, nos atendieron muy bien. La habitación aunque pequeña, estaba muy limpia. Un detalle tener café en la recepción gratis y los chocolates en la habitación 😁. Estuvimos dos días y nos hicieron la habitación a diario. Muy a gusto la verdad. Cuando vuelva a París, vuelvo a alojarme aquí sin dudas. Como pequeño detalle a señalar, habría estado bien tener algo más de luz en la ducha y una pequeña nevera en la habitación. Pero en general, contenta; la verdad.

Sehr sauberes und freundliches Personal, egal ob am Empfang, bei der Reinigung oder beim Frühstück! Betten sind bequem - zwar etwas weich aber quietschen nicht. Zimmeraufteilung ist auch gut optional ist Bad oder WC getrennt. Frühstück ist ausreichend und alles da, was man braucht. Baguette, Wurst, Schinken, Käse, gekochte Eier, Müsli, Joghurt etc.
Cons: Verbesserung größere Gemüse/-Obstauswahl und statt Pulver Rühreier wären frische Rühreier besser. Das Bad könnte mit einem leistungsfähigeren Föhn ausgestattet werden.

L'hôtel est situé dans une rue calme, ayant peu de passage. Bien qu'il y ait la climatisation, nous avons dormi la nuit avec la fenêtre ouverte, et nous n'avons pas été dérangés par le passage de voitures ou par des noctambules. Il y a de nombreux restaurants aux alentours, permettant de varier les choix. Il y a pas loin un accès au métro (M13, Place de Clichy), permettant de se déplacer rapidement vers les lieux touristiques de Paris.

I really liked the area where the hotel was located. Close to the metro and the main tourist areas. The staff were pleasant, professional, and very kind. The room was spotless and had everything I needed, even though it was very small as described.

Superb location, 20mins walk to Saint Lazarre, Hausmann with Printemps and Gallerias Lafayette, plus tons of restaurants. Room is spacious for Paris standard. Aircon is super cooling as well. The hotel facilities is up to date and well maintained.
Cons: There is some road works in front of the hotel so a few bus stops are closed, we need to walk further down (10mins) to rue de rome to take the bus but this is none of the hotel problem.

Cons: отель требует ремонта - лестница старая, краска облупилась, ступеньки скрипят. Лифт старый и страшный. В ванной не душ кабина, а шторка которая прилипает к спине во время принятия душа. Завтрак скудноват. мы приезали и парень на ресепшн сказал нам что так как мы делали бронь незадолго до приезда, нам достался самый плохой номер в отеле. Он находился на гранд флоор, рядодм с входной дверью в отель, был темным и все чтго происходило на ресепшн слышно в номере и наоборот. Мой муж изначально даже подумал что это дверь в туалет. За дополнительные 100 евро нам предложили переселиться в номер на втором этаже, он был с балконом и так как мы не могли оставаться в том номере мы переселились. Но по факту если бы мы знали что нам придется доплатить мы выбрали бы другой отель за эти деньги, уровнем выше.

Cons: Paper thin walls and other guests partying middle of night… woke us up repeatedly. Ruined our next day for business … exhausted from poor sleep. Addressed it with desk and General Manager came… she took at attitude immediately, did nothing to understand how we felt to pay high prices to lose sleep… later we found out she is owner of all 3 properties. That explains her unprofessional and temperamental response. We moved to another hotel which is very quiet~ yet, packing and moving resulted in losing several hours… a lotta lost time/sleep. Never will go back. Also, hair in shower and by toilet when we arrived. Didn’t make a big deal about it. Place looks great in pics. You decide.

I have stayed in this area on many trips~ good location. Staff at desk welcome~ General Manager a was unprofessional & temperamental (see below). The rooms are nicely redone w vinyl flooring; bathroom clean but lacks counter space. Good AC and open window options.
Cons: Walls are paper thin w no sound proofing; guests next to us partied into middle of night (music festival in town) waking us up several times; they were quiet and then started up again, waking us up repeatedly. I politely asked management to accommodate our next night keeping same rate to show concern for lost night’s sleep~ Gen mgr refused & they jumped our rate. Biz&advebture travelers know it wrecks next day functioning when you get little sleep. Otherwise, a nice room & location~ we won’t return bc it was poorly handled by management. A simple “sorry we understand importance of a night’s rest” would have meant a lot… instead she shrugged it off.

This was a last minute extension to our trip, and we wished this was the main hotel we stayed at. We arrived late and the staff were lovely. Room was comfortable and as spacious as a standard hotel is expected to be.

Cons: gli asciugamani e le lenzuola sarebbero da cambiare giornalmente, con 5 giorni li non sono mai state cambiate le lenzuola ne gli accappatoi. magari in un soggiorno come il nostro che è un po’ più lungo, non tutti i giorni ma almeno ogni due… rifacevano benissimo il letto ma con le stesse lenzuola

I loved our stay! Everything was as pictured, and it was very comfortable. The rooms are small but that didn’t bother us any. It was a great location, close to St Lazare train station and metro lines. Short walk to the nearest HoHo bus stop. Good food located close by. Laundry facility on the same road (only cost us maybe 20 euros for several loads of laundry). I loved all of it!! Thank you for a wonderful stay in Paris!!

Dzielnica był w miarę spokojna. Fajne restauracje blisko . W miarę blisko Montmartre - pieszo.
Cons: To nie jest hotel 4* . Dlaczego Booking tego nie weryfikuje? Pokój mały . Nie ma lodówki ani barku w pokoju. Trzeba było upominać się o sejf, którego nie było w pokoju .

Sie liegt zentral zwischen drei Metro-Stationen, Bus gleich in der Nähe, dennoch ruhig und gemütlich. Personal superfreundlich und sehr bemüht. Zudem Rezeption lange besetzt!

Cons: 1/ المرتبه والسرير غير مريحين ابداً👎🏼. 2/ حجم الغرفه صغير جداً جداً وهذا شي طبيعي في اوروبا . 3/ دورة المياة منفصله عن المرحاض يعني فيه مغسله ومروش وفيه مرحاض لحاله، وكل وحده ضيقه مره🥴. 4/ مافيه عزل ابداً يعني اللي يمشي ف الغرف الثانيه تسمعه فمابالك اذا كنت نايم وكان فيه ازعاج🤷🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️.
