The staff were very welcoming and lovely people, attended to my needs, gave me ballon’s and chocolates for my birthday, can’t fault them. The location was perfect, could get everywhere we needed easily. Rooms are average size for Paris but for 2 nights we didn’t need anything else (it included a hairdryer, towels, kettle with coffee and tea and a safe). Down a quiet street so noise levels were low. Room was very clean.

We booked this hotel for a long weekend and the whole experience was wonderful. The hotel is well located near to several Metro and RER lines. The area around the hotel is well served with lovely restaurants and bars as well as shops just a short stroll away. We walked to the Eiffel Tower in around 45 minutes which was a very pleasant stroll. Our room was well equipped and included nice touches such as a kettle with good quality tea and coffee. It also had a safe, hairdryer and and decent toiletries. The bed was comfortable too! Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Pastries, bread, cheeses, meats, yoghurts, cereal etc. - everything you would expect from a hotel in France. The hotel staff were exceptional; incredibly welcoming and friendly. I would highly recommend a stay!

We enjoyed our stay at the Cordelia the staff were so hospitable , happy and helpful. The room was spacious and exceptionally presented. We had room 504 which had a small balcony and a triple aspect. The bed was comfortable and the linen of a good quality. The location was also exceptional for getting around and seeing the sites.

I really enjoyed staying in Hotel Cordelia. It was a nice surprise. Tha staff was really nice and helpful. The rooms were not so small as I excepted for Paris and the beds were confortable. The location was good. The hotel is near to the metro station. There some good restaurants arround the hotel. The breakfast could be better. Overall a great experience.

My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We had the privilege room with balcony. It is very comfortable and big enough for 2 adults with a large suitcase and small backpack each. The bathroom is efficient and had a large shower. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The staff is so kind and helpful. The hotel is in a great location. It was easy to see the sites by foot or by taking the metro

The staff at the front desk were very efficient and polite, always with a friendly greeting and ensuring the guest feels welcome. The lift and room/bathroom are compact but by no means too small for comfort and the space is used well. Beds are comfortable. Limited amenities in the room but enough if staying for a couple of days. The air conditioning worked well too and was vital during the heatwave. Overall I would recommend this hotel for business or tourist travellers staying a few nights, as it's also located within short distances from multiple public transport options.

We spent 8 nights at the Hotel Cordelia in May and June. The hotel is charming and located close to several Metro stations, cafes, shops and theatres. The room was a good size, not large but larger than we are used to in European cities. It had a large shower and windows that opened on the street with flower boxes. The bed was comfortable though the duvet was over-warm for the season (we pumped up the A/C to sleep). The blackout curtains were effective. The street below is busy at night, and you will hear some noise from the theatres and cafe (it didn't bother us because we go to bed late and use white-noise). Staff are friendly and helpful.

Hotel is located in a perfect very close distance to Gare Saint Lazare, what was my reason to reserve it. It is very convenient to travel to Giverny by train and to Chateau Versailles by local train line L as well as short bus trip to Gare du Nord. As well as is very close to Opera Palace Garnier and Lafayette Galeries. Good room and bathroom, clean, nice. Kind staff. Close to nice cafes and restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, it was absolutely beautiful and in a great location with many shops, restaurants and sights within walking distance (Place de la Concorde approx 10 mins) and plenty of Metro stations close by. All hotel staff were very pleasant and friendly. Our room with a balcony was lovely and spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was good. The hotel was perfect for our visit to Paris and will definitely visit again.

Reserved this hotel well in advance after reviewing many others. I required a single room for three nights, am a city walker and the location was very good, in the 18th. The Eiffel Tower was 45' away, the Place Vendome was 20', to give examples. Intimate lobby with two salons in a French traditional style. There is a small bar, but it was never staffed. Tiny elevator or spiral staircase up to rooms on 1 through 4. The room was compact with a queen bed and small bath with and amazing shower. Mattress comfort was excellent, linens spotless and bolster pillows were useful. Small closet with ample hangers (removable thank you), electric kettle with instant coffee/tea portions. Excellent instant coffee, incidetally. The Samsung tv remote was fussy, with no instructions. Windows seemed very new and kept the street noise away. Note this hotel is on a side street so noise is not a problem. Lighting is dual wall sconces, bedside and spots for reading on both sides of bed. Bath has a small sink, toilet and wonderfully large shower with hand or rain options. Note the bath lighting over the sink is dim, not good for shaving or applying makeup. Enviromentally friendly body/hair wash, no individual plastic bottles. The room and bath were both impeccable. The hosts Valerie and Jean Marc (sp) were friendly. Check in/out was quick. I ordered a taxi for 6:15 a and it arrived right on time. I paid in advance using Hotels.com. There are two bistros near, one across the street and the other at the end of the block. I recommend both. Yes, I would stay again. Note however that my room was comfortable for one but may be a little tight for two.

Very cute hotel! We wanted a french hotel, rather than a generic American one. This was stylish, clean, and met all of our needs including breakfast. We had two rooms on different floors, rather than adjoining (one of the "kids" is 18). We had a double, kids had two singles. Location was excellent - near loads of restaurants and shopping, short walk to sites and easy access to Metro for the further away places.

Nice view from my room, but I didn't like my room, the layout was bad, lighting was very poor, AC / heating was dusty, really bad pillows , although the quality of the linen was good.. The photos are very edited, and rooms are not as nice as the ones on line. No mini bar, amenities in the room were pretty basic. Staff is helpful, but not that friendly. Location is the best feature of this hotel if you want to be near Opera, I chose it to be walking distance to the RoissyBus.

Great location, only 2 minutes walk to the nearest metro station Havre Cumartin and 5 minutes walk to Madeleine metro station. Printems and La Fayette department stores and Opera are very close. staff are friendly and when we had a problem sort out it very quickly which is very impressive. The room is clean. Well the hotel room was not ready for 3:30 pm like it was promissed and I had to really ask about it , the elevator was not working for thew entire 3 days so my 75 year old mother had to walk on the 4th floor, there was no breakfast offerrred as promissed and than at check out I was asked if I had a breakfast (so someone was not telling the truth about the breakfast situation on premisses), finally there was a huge carpet cleaning [performed in my two rooms when I was away so when we came to the roomit was still damp and smelly, I think we should be asked if we wanted it to be done whhile we are occupying the hotel.

Only thing was we had rooms at the front so it was quite noisy at night being close to a theatre and a restaurant but we were so tired after a day of sightseeing so managed to fall asleep despite the noise. We would stay here again.

We are American and this was our first time in Paris. The staff were friendly and accommodating. They were kind to help us work through communication since our French was very poor. Extremely clean and smelled lovely. Offered great places to eat and drinks. At night, they do lock you in so please note to not go in and out all night. I was able to ring a bell for the attendant to let me in. I loved that I could feel that my family was safe. Rooms are deliciously cold and comfortable beds. Traditional small rooms but not cramped. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone.

My husband and I really enjoyed this hotel. We were on the 5th floor and had a small balcony, which we enjoyed. The bathroom was wonderful with a nice deep tub that we used after a long day of walking. The only real drawback was the AC didn't really seem to work, so we had the balcony door proped open at night. Would definitely stay again!

The location is impressive! Close to everything, surrounded by shops, malls, restaurants, and coffee shops. We managed to walk to Palais and Louvre Museum. Accessible to metro and bus stations. When we first got our room, it was on the top floor which was great, getting into the room it was tiny, barely any room to move about and open our suitcase. Also the trash was not taken out from the previous guest and the hand soap was not refilled. Was very disappointing, the next day they were able to change our room. One of the front staff was quite rude as well when we were picking up our luggage to leave. Location is great though.

The standard room we were staying in was smaller than the smallest room in Paris. Even though I expected it to be minor, there was no closet space, only a short rode above the fridge.No way you can put your luggage on the stand- no Space for it. The corridor leading to the room was always full of dirty linens on the floor. The hotel lobby is full of artificial flowers and a strong diffuser smell that makes it impossible to stay inside even for a short time. The breakfast room in the basement is without a window, and it is very small. The location of the hotel is close to everything And very convenient. Right across from the hotel, a bar is open late, especially on weekends, so you will not be able to sleep till very late. The hotel is highly overpriced.

The hotel is cute, but we were given the corner room on the top floor that was more like 2/3 of an actual room. The room was already small as is but the tilted walls in the room and bathroom made it much smaller and uncomfortable. This should not be given to a room booked for 2 adults. You could not even get out of the shower properly (no room between tilted wall and bathroom so had to almost crawl in and out of the shower). It was extremely uncomfortable.

The staff was great and the lobby and balcony in the room were very Instagram-able! If you are looking to go to the major department stores in Opera this is the place for you, it was right down the street! I had a random request in the middle of the night for ice for my white wine and the gentleman at the front desk was super helpful and even asked if I needed an opener, which saved me a trip.

Stayed here for 2 nights with my friend and we love it. It's such a quaint little hotel, very colourful, with the right balance between old and new. Great location, friendly staff, clean room. The balcony was small and had no furniture outside (I guess you could take some from the room), but the view was worth it. We had a lovely time, I'd definitely go back!

A little nice touch added for the Christmas season. One thing we felt a little uncomfortable was that one of the staff at the front desk was not that kind...I told her that we had 4 luggages so needed a bigger taxi but she didn't seem to care and called a taxi and a sedan came which we had to squeeze in with one luggage at the back seat to the airport.

I have stayed several times at the Cordelia Hotel, the location is very strategic for shopping and many cafes and restaurants, the staff is very friendly and kind in explaining and the Comfort Hotel has so far been well maintained but needs to be looked after at the breakfast section, its jam choices are not complete and the fresh fruit is lacking a few years ago the choice of breakfast was extraordinary. The location is prime. The desk staff wonderful. The room comfy. Breakfast outstanding from fresh boiled eggs to salmon and on premise baked bread. The breakfast room is in the basement small but cozy. Staff friendly but very slow in keeping table set up after guest leaves. So often you clean up your table but like at home. Lol. Airport transportation set up smoothly better than Uber. Grocery -convenient store and pharmacy right around the block. Lots of shopping and restaurants. We didn't like the restaurant right across from the hotel. But plenty other choices around the block. The hotel could be more than 3 star if they would mind detail a bit more like body towels with holes and sheets with burnt marks are removed. The refrigerator gets old items removed (found a water bottle half way thru), it would be helpful if hotel provides a list with prices on fridge items as I didn't know what was from previous guest or hotel. There was a chocolate bar and chips. Apparently from previous guest.

Small intimate hotel in close proximity to department stores. Rooms are compact but comfortable with everything you need. Breakfast is really fantastic but you need to pick your time as the room is tiny. Staff are very attentive and nothing is a bother. Really recommend staying in this hotel! Thank you to all the staff for making my recent stay so enjoyable!

Came here for a quick weekend trip. The hotel was relatively well situated, on a quiet street with close access to multiple metro lines. Room clean and comfortable, though typically small. Our room had a balcony which was a nice touch and felt very "Parisian." Nothing fancy (slow elevator, wifi barely worked, old shower) and service was somewhat modest, but felt like a reasonable value for the money and would consider for a future stay.

Good location, updated facilities, nice windows/balconies in the bedrooms. The beds are comfortable, and AC is a must for Paris in the summer! I would certainly return to this hotel! Overall a very nice experience in a great neighborhood! The staff was mostly great, except for a few key misunderstandings that made it difficult to coordinate our travels. I was disappointed that breakfast at the hotel was so expensive to be enjoyed daily (we ended up not having breakfast there once), but there are other locations nearby (close to Gare Lazare) that serve much more reasonably priced breakfasts (such as baguette sandwiches, coffee/tea, pastries, etc).

Nice hotel next to lafayette, arc de triomphe. The staff is very nice and helpful. Hotel is clean, though the room is small (I think this is a normal hotel size in paris) However, their wifi service were interrupted that day when I checked in, which made me very frustrated as I need to check the travel information immediately that day.

We are really happy with out stay at Hotel Cordelia. - The location is very good. walking distance from Opera from where the bus to the airport starts. There were 2 Metro stations close by. Generally the area was pretty. -The hotel was really nice. they even had a plug adapters so that we can directly connect our US chargers. -Breakfast was included in our room rent (which is not common in paris). The breakfast was really nice. -People were friendly. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting paris.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Perfect location, and felt like it was central to many restaurants, city tour bus company and walking distance to many of Paris's sights. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and very friendly! My room was nice, and the bathroom seemed to be newly renovated. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

What a lovely hotel! We didn't realise how handy the location was when we booked it, but we could walk to lots of places and it was also close to the metro. The hotel has a really welcoming reception area and is beautifully decorated. The reception staff are very friendly and are multilingual. The room was lovely and we were lucky enough to have a room on the top floor. The room was compact and so was the bathroom, but both were perfect for our stay. The room and bathroom were cleaned excellently and kept stocked up with loo roll etc! The only tiny downside is a lack of storage. The bedside drawers aren't big enough to put underwear in and they were the only drawers in the room. There were only 5 hangers and not much hanging space, so we ended up living out of our suitcase, which didn't matter too much to us, but might bother other people. A lovely gesture was to give us a little bag of Easter chocolates on Easter Sunday! A lovely thought. Overall very nice hotel and we would definitely return and recommend it. :)

Hotel was great! Staff was amazing and always greeted with a smile and a bonjour! The only thing that was difficult was the size of the hallways and the elevator was small. I am a plus size woman and it was my first time in Europe so if you are traveling and are bigger than a 14 be prepared to squeeze into a lot of places.

Area is fantastic and check in was very easy. The service desk always polite and helpful but I do suggest finishing with 1 customer then helping another. We were there first getting help but switched to someone else and we waited until she came back to us. Not a huge problem but we shouldn't have to wait twice. The room is standard size for Paris (small by US standards), actually slightly larger than the other time we stayed in Paris, we were happy with it and the location couldn't be better. One downside is the walls are thin, I heard the guy next door snoring and street noise early woke us up on the first floor. We had breakfast out (so many great places nearby!) but the area was so adorable. The experience overall was wonderful and I would stay here again.

Great Location Very lovely hotel. Very comfortable beds. Great bathroom. Restaurants and small convenience market steps away. Madeline metro stop 2 blocks away. Easy metro access to all sites. Train station easily accessible so that we could get to Normandy.

Very nice hotel in a very nice area. Have read reviews of excessive noise coming from Brasserie across the street. Our room faced it and we did not find the noise loud, our room was quiet, as long as your window was closed. Hotel was very well maintained and clean. Over all we were very pleased, and would stay there next time we are in Paris.

Excellent location close to shopping, restaurants and bars. We were able to walk to places like the Louvre, Musee d'Orsay and Galleries Lafayette. Prices in Paris are ridiculous but if you don't mind paying 10-12 Euros for a pint of beer and 20 Euros for a plate of spaghetti then this is a great area.

This isn't my new favorite hotel in Paris! Very small, but beautifully decorated with some very nice touches and amenities. Snacks and fruit infused water in the lobby. Plenty of outlets for electronics in the room, including the bathroom! Large shower. Dringme cell phone for use in Paris at no charge! Key card on a cute little keychain. It is near a theatre so the street can be a little noisy until midnight, but that didn't bother us! Great location for shopping and access to public transportation. Very nice staff.

Great hotel, lots of charm, we had two rooms (my teenage daughters in one & my husband & I in the other) and we both had balconies with decent views of the surrounding area. The rooms were small but clean, the lobby is just adorable and the area is great. We did not have the breakfast. I would recommend this hotel.

Hotel Cordelia felt more like a 4* than 3* hotel! We arrived on a Friday evening to CDG airport and found it relatively easy to commute to the hotel via RER/Metro. It took about 90minutes and only cost 10 euros! The hotel is situated conveniently around 5 minutes walk from the station in a nice area with several restaurants, shops, theatre etc nearby. The lobby area is decorated very well, looks very cute! Our room was a good size which I wasn't expecting having heard that a lot of hotels in Paris have small rooms. Bed was comfortable. Cupboard with hanging space and hangers. A safe (not used). Shower was decent with free shower gel and shampoo. Room was clean to a good standard. There was a hairdryer which was handy. Staff were pleasant and English was reasonable.
