Casablanca Marriott is a nice hotel located in the heart of the city. The Medina is close by and not far from Casa Port. Our check in was seamless and easy. The room is spacious with a walk in shower, a very comfortable bed with a nice down comforter. There's also a bedet in the toilet which is a nice touch. I really appreciate the wonderful staff from house keeping Kadija who keeps our room tidy with the ever present Youssef housekeeping supervisor to the service staff at breakfast namely Ali, Latifa and Abdo with their supervisor Amina. You guys are awesome. Always making sure to replenish our drinks, remove our plates and ensure we have a pleasant experience at breakfast. Also the kitchen staff Wadian who whips up our favorite eggs omelet and Hanone who makes the best msemen, I miss it already. Thank you all, for making our stay in Casablanca such a memorable experience!!

We stayed there for two nights using points, and our fees were still nearly $200 per night! They sent me three separate invoices instead of one for their hidden charges. For background, I'm Bonvoy Gold and I travel more than 25 hotel nights annually. Time to move my stays and points to Hilton or some other more reputable hotel chain. By the way, the "M Club" only offers snacks and does not offer breakfast.

My stay at the Marriott in Casablanca was exceptional ! On my first day there , I was upgraded to the 15th floor and I couldn’t be more happier for being treated so special ! The service was excellent , rooms were spotless, comfortable and the staff was very nice . I can’t forget how nice Anass from the front desk was . He offered me a boxed breakfast on our last day there because we were leaving so early to airport and would not have time to eat breakfast . That was such a nice gesture and I will always remember how kind he was and helpful !

It has been near 7 years since my last visit to Casablanca, and the property at that time was a Sheraton. I loved the authentic Moroccan designs of the Sheraton, but the Marriott redesign and renovations bring the authentic Moroccan elements with modern design, and the hotel is gorgeous. We arrived late, and we were checked-in by Jassine, and although it was around 11pm, he had the energy, willing to help, informative and was the first interaction we had when we arrived and he was a great welcome to the hotel. The room renovation and redesign is beautiful, crisp, modern, and clean. In the morning, we went to the M club for breakfast, and the lounge is stunning. First welcomed by Amine, he was attentive to what we wanted to order for eggs, he got us traditional Moroccan tea, and in addition to Amine’s great service, the design of the lounge is stunning. The lounge overlooks the lobby, so you’ve got the charisma of the lobby chatter, and you can see outside. The lounge has many beautiful elements of Moroccan design, and the food was plentiful and delicious. The lobby is grand with modern elements, keeping the Moroccan design touches. The lobby is a beautiful renovation from my initial stay when the hotel was a Sheraton. I had some questions for the front desk about getting around Casablanca and Melek was informative and helpful, wanting to ensure I had all my questions answered. The hotel is a 30 minute walk to Hassan II Mosque, and very close to the Medina market. After checkout, I was approached by Karema who wanted to ensure our stay was relaxing and comfortable, asked how the hotel could improve, and asked if we had a great time. Karema was a nice touch when leaving the hotel.

Seldom are the hotels we stay in worthy of remembering beyond the linen bedsheets, wide-screen TVs and all other niceties of hotel life. But what makes the Marriott in Casablanca, and specifically the Bonvoy Marriott, special is its staff. From Hanaan, the msemsen lady whose generously warm greetings were only ever beaten by her generosity in cooking, to Iliass, who took it upon himself to be our breakfast guardian angel, always making sure our table was full and our minds aware of all the places we should see not only in Casablanca but far beyond, his understanding of history coming as a particularly pleasant surprise. And while this review may be running long, I don't think it would be complete without addressing by name some more of the people who made our stay special, including but not limited to:Latifa who's care to always reserve for us the best place in the house, as it were, for us at breakfast, was a fantastic way to start the day. Abdurahimm (and your name deserves to be spelt in full!) For his dedication to a full and well-rounded service, a man whose kindness could be felt from the moment we were in the buffet line. Alaadine, who lived up to the standards of his peers in delivering speedy, excellent and friendly service. And Rihab, for her contagious smile and positive attitude that set the tone for not just the day but our whole stay. In conclusion, if you want a good hotel, the Marriott's clean, spacious rooms and delightful menu (as my cousin said, get the queen pizza!) And wonderful lounging spaces are ideal for anyone with taste. But if you want the BEST hotel in Casablanca, it's where you'll find Hanaan, Alaadine, Abdurahimm, Latifa, and Ilaiss working tirelessly day in and day out with the rest of the staff we didn't have the privilege of meeting, all under the watchful eye of their masterful manager, Amina. P.S. If one thing could be improved, it's definitely the speed of the WiFi. If it was as fast as the staff, you'd definitely have the first 10 star hotel in the world! Sincerely, Soulaymane and Leon.

I found the Casablanca Marriott to be an outstanding hotel. The hotel is modern with large bedrooms. The staff is outstanding - very friendly and helpful. I am a Marriott Bonvoy member and got to enjoy a free breakfast and snacks at any time and a free dinner in the Marriott Bonvoy room. The exercise facility was quite good and open 24 hours. The cost of the hotel is not cheap but I found it to be a good investment.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel – the room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. A special mention must go to Ilias, the waiter at the breakfast buffet. His kindness, attentiveness, and genuine care for guests truly stood out. He paid attention to every little detail, always greeted with a warm smile, and made sure everything was perfect at my table. Specially the Moroccan tea, which he prepared, was memorable and exceptionally delicious. It’s rare to encounter such dedication and hospitality – Ilias truly made my morning feel special. Maintenance, Housekeepers, Bellstaff...everyone went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. Hotel decor and ambiance is unbelievable. well decorated with traditional Moroccan furniture, beautiful, clean and warm. Dinner at La Braise d’Or Restaurant was delicious. It offered non-meat options for me. My husband enjoyed steak and I had a yummy grilled fish entree. The bread of course is always delicious and I could have eaten it all day! In-room dining did not disappoint either - I had a traditional Moroccan soup, harrira, which was scrumptuous! All in all, we had a wonderful time at the Casablanca Marriott and can't wait to return and bring friends and family! Thank you!

I don't gush in reviews - it is too common & rarely (if ever?) accurately paints of a picture of what to expect. With that out of the way, I cannot find enough good to say about the service at the Casablanca Mariott; in every interaction, we received the highest quality. While I didn't specifically measure, it felt as if the staff exceeded Six Sigma (99.99966%). We stayed four nights total, spread over two separate check-ins (bookends to our week in Morocco). From the well-appointed & always gracious gentlemen at the door, the bell staff, front desk (especially Yasin), concierge, room attendants, & to the wait staff in both the lounge & lobby cafe - always a smile & always willing to offer the best of service. Truly, I did not expect such superior quality from what I considered to be a business class hotel; I expected very good from both the brand & the class, but received something worlds different in the best possible ways. The rooms were spotlessly clean & comfortable. The lobby was always well looked-after & efficient. Marriott management please take note: Clone this experience & staff at your other hotels.

I am regular visitor to Marriotts around the world with. Experience here has been one of the top 5 I ever had at a Marriott. The staff is very polite and welcome. I would like to comment especially about Mr Sallah. He was the one who checked me in. He was amazing and very friendly. The overall check-in was one of the smoothest. Even after check-in, he would always say hello and ask about my stay everyday whenever I walked by the front desk. Overall, an amazing staying without any hiccup.

I like the room which is clean and reasonably equipped. However, staff on reception have been rude and not helpful. The man on the desk this morning I asked if he could help me call the airport as I had lost something very important and was just leaving for a work meeting. The desk was quiet there were no other guests waiting . He just pointed at the Concierge desk and said I had to ansk over there. But actually, the concierge was not available. So I had to leave for the work meeting without any assistance. It just showed a complete lack of interest in looking after the customer. The night before I had called to ask if any of the hotel restaurants were open for me to have a snack and I was told none of them were open and I had to call room service. I then walked down to the ground floor and found that the restaurant was Actually open and then lastly tonight I asked if I could have some milk sachets as housekeeping had forgotten to replenish. It’s now 45 minutes waiting for them to be delivered. There is a lack of interest in customer service.

We stayed on the 6th floor, you can hear the street noise, sometimes could be really loud. The room has a wired smell , vanity sink won’t drain the water , shower area is too old . One electric switch for every lights in the room, etc … but the location is great and staff , all of them were great too!

I visited in March, on my way to Marrakesh. My one night stay was excellent. The highlight was their breakfast buffet which was a great introduction to the Moroccan cuisine. The staff was very attentive, friendly and helpful. The hotel has all the amenities of a Marriot. I would definitely return.

First time here. We stayed two nights. Management was excellent helping me find a suitable room as I am a light sleeper. The location is good IF you want to be in the city. The rooms were nice, modern, clean, if not a bit sparse. The AC in our bedroom did not blow very cold air (even after they looked at it) so it didn't get below 22 C. The lounge was nice for breakfast and evening drinks. The lobby bar had nice drinks as well.

This is a fabulous hotel in a great location. We walked from our cruise ship to the hotel and avoided all of the exorbitant taxi rates from the services at the cruise port. The concierge lounge was the highlight of our stay as Ms. Hamama took especially excellent care of me while I was not feeling well. She was so very caring and went out of her way to make sure she could get me something from the kitchen I could eat. Each time she saw me she expressed genuine concern as to how I was doing and asked if she could do anything. Her kindness was so appreciated and definitely helped me feel better faster.

We were on a sightseeing trip to Morocco and on our arrival we stayed at the Marriott for one night, as we arrived late. The hotel is modern and so are the rooms. In our first room they left the window open and it was not possible to close and there was a huge amount of noise so we had to change the room. Breakfast was a mess and not Marriott like we booked without breakfast and paid for this a la carte 25 euros per person and this was not really worth the price. Selection is slim and the quality of the products as well as the coffee is not nice. Staff at the hotel was friendly and helpful. But next time in Casablanca we will stay at another place.

This stylish hotel from the Marriott chain will not disappoint. The location is ideal for walking around Casablanca. Close to all the sites. Service was personal and attentive. Although we arrived very early and our room was not ready, when we returned from site seeing, our luggage was in our room ready for us. The room was big enough for our one-night stay, with a comfy king-sized bed ... great shower too. Dinner was some of the best food we had in Morocco. The tangines were fabulous! And breakfast the next morning was a bounty of deliciousness. There was something for everyone no matter what country they were from. I can't recommend this hotel more.

This is my fourth time visiting the hotel. Overall, the breakfast is excellent and the staff are outstanding. However, the rooms are quite dated and don’t justify the high prices—they’re very basic and lack the comfort or upgrades you’d expect at this rate. Additionally, the pillows are not comfortable, which affects the overall sleep quality

Marriott Casablanca Hotel is truly the place to stay if you visit as a tourist as it centrally located close to many sight seeing places. Moreover, their staff is very helpful providing right guidance on local tourist spots while providing necessary comfort. Dining at the Marriott Casablanca was a delight as their breakfast buffet has a wide variety of options. Their steakhouse is exceptional, where the chef is willing to create customized dishes. All of their staff members are very useful - Karima, Inias, Hind, chef David, Safal, Hiba and others. A special thanks to all of them for their assistance and recommendations during my stay. Overall, the Marriott Casablanca Hotel provides a comfortable and convenient place for exploring the city.

Recently we had a 3-night stay in this Marriott hotel, located in the city center, within a few minutes walking distance from many places and attractions such as the old souq, the United Nations square, the Mohamed square, the cornich, the port railway station etc. The Hassan big Mosque was within a few minutes ride, also. All public spaces of the hotel were beautifully decorated, creating a relaxing ambient and sense of luxury. Our guest room in the 6th floor was big enough, beautifuly decorated, but with lack of some basic items such as a hair dryer, enough hangers for our clothes, and a second chair. Breakfast was very good, with a lot of morrocan specialities and international dishes. All personel of the hotel was friendly, helpful and polite, always with a smile. In summary, we had an excellent stay.

We, my wife, our son and myself, stayed 2 nights in the Marriott Casablanca hotel on our way from Dubai to Marrakech. It was pleasant stay. The rooms are very new and quite spacious. Bathroom , especially the shower, 'italian style' is also spacious. The bed frames and mattresses are confortable. The staff is just amazing. From the concierge, the reception staff to the buffet breakfast staff, they were so friendly, customer-oriented, smiling and always available to make us happy. Special thanks to Iylies, Amina and Fatima...sorry about the spelling. We will definitely come back. Keep it up guys, dont change...

Hotel is listed as non smoking, that is false you are unable to enjoy the lobby the cigarette smoking is ghastly. As soon as you get off the elevator you are blasted with all the people smoking in the lobby, you can barely breathe. Otherwise, I would recommend this hotel but due to the smoking, I would never recommend this to anybody. They clearly lie in their Marriott profile.

Stayed early January 2025. Very nice hotel. As a platinum guest, I was able to visit the lounge, which was very nice. It would be even better if the hotel would display allergen information for the food (like many airpost lounges now do). Sallah at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful. When I asked about a specific room upgrade, he checked with the manager and allowed me to wait in the lounge for a few minutes while staff cleaned the room for my use. Great two-night stay. TIP: I was able to get a half-day tour of the city that picked me up right at the hotel on very short notice.

Well, here it is. This is a mediocre hotel. The good: Staff try. Bed linens were great and pillows/mattress nice. And … that’s it. Bad: M Club. Sigh. It is not great. When you walk in and greeted with “sir, we are out of red wine and the limit is two glasses.” Well, it just felt shabby and cheap. I’ll upload a picture to show the beverage fridge. Elevators had malfunctions. No actual breakfast in M Club. The buffet was not great. No upgrade as titanium. Restaurant closed no explanation. The thermostat is so bright at night it is obnoxious. I dunno, place felt shabby.

Cons: My stay at this hotel was a complete disappointment. The worst part was the reception staff—they were extremely rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. They couldn’t understand me when I asked for my invoice and kept passing me around, saying it wasn’t their responsibility. Instead of assisting me, they looked me up and down with attitude, making me feel completely unwelcome. The housekeeping staff was also disrespectful, and the room was not properly cleaned. Room service was no better, showing the same lack of professionalism. For the price, this hotel is absolutely not worth it. They seriously need to replace the receptionists with people who are actually helpful and know how to treat guests with respect. I would never stay here again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

We stayed in Casablanca Marriott Hotel for three nights in January 2025. The service personnels were exceptionally helpful and went extra miles to help hotel customers. The breakfast buffet had vast array of food and items that you could select for your liking. We have travelled 60 plus countries, and this hotel has one of the best breakfast selections (much like former eastern blocks countries totally out to entice customers) and service. The staff is wonderful, breakfast service is lovely. The rooms are clean and appropriately appointed. The location is perfect for wandering around the city. We used the map App on my phone and walked to the Hassan II Mosque in 20mins. The Souk Medina market is a 10min walk. The Marche Central is a 5min walk. Casablanca has a magical winding system of back roads, just off the main strip that is a must travel route if your city walker. Taxis service is right outside the hotel 24/7, so you can get transport anywhere very easily.
Cons: I mean it's a dated facility, but it's clean comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. Everything functioned as it should.

Then they wanted to charged me 54% MORE of what was reserved through booking. After that the bathroom didnt have any toiletry and the bath tub is a worn up plastic platform! The towels were also worn up and very very low quality! No bathrobe or sleepers. Very very basic proposal.

We felt unsafe in the area surrounding the hotel and watched a woman get her purse snatched as we were eating lunch. The biggest disappointment in this property came from the rude concierge. She refused to help us make dinner reservations for New Year's Eve. She told us we had to email the restaurant ourselves. Unfortunately, we do not speak or write in French. She apologized to me after I complained at checkout. Unfortunately, our New Year's Eve had been ruined. We planned on staying at the Marriott Casablanca the night before our departing flight but have now decided against returning to Casablanca and will take the train directly to the airport.

The Casablanca Marriott Hotel is a very nice place to stay in Casablanca. The rooms are nice and clean. The hotel has a wonderful breakfast buffet as well as a nice dinner buffet. The reception staff is very friendly and efficient, as well as the folks working the Concierge stand. The hotel is great for both business and vacation travelers. It is relatively close by some of the main touristic sites in Casablanca, including the magnificent Hassan II Mosque, Rick's Cafe (a very nice place to have a wonderful dinner), etc. It is also a short 10 minute ride to Casa Voyageurs train station (for traveling to Marrakech). Near the hotel, there is a bank (across the street) as well as some restaurants a block away. There are plenty of taxis outside the hotel, so there is usually never a wait (or a short one) whenever you need taxi service. I highly recommend staying at this Marriott hotel, and I plan to return there on my next trip Casablanca.

The breakfast was tasty and the stuff very attentive and hospitable. The room was typical for Marriott. The gym was well equipped but no swimming pool.
Cons: There was no hairdryer in the room, I had to ask for it twice before it got delievred. the shower was blocked and the sink was dripping from the pipe below... air conditioning was not reactive at all. It seems that it was set on the same temperature regardless of the changes I was making. Overall I believe it was a good hotel for the area and I will come again regardless of these little issues.

Staff were good. had mentioned the names of the cleaners at the counter upon departure. Ilhame and Sadique lady. The lady at the Breakfast Ms Fatema -on M1 was excellent - Forget her name but again had mentioned during my departure. the reception staff were friendly and upgraded me which also included Breakfast and Dinner at M1 which i appreciated.
Cons: The room was right at the end service area so not sure if it was an upgrade or was that the room available as had booked through Booking.com. Also I did not get any points for being a Marriot member as i had booked with Booking. com? I had mentioned at the reception that the mattress should be regularly turned over and head to foot so that there is no deep on the sides. Kept slipping on the edge when sitting or sleeping. Was disappointed as was really looking forward to the the spa and health!

Location. Adil at the reception was very helpful.
Cons: We were offered a room on 16th floor. The room looked nice at beginning. But we were disturbed by the constant banging noise from the roof after a few minutes staying in the room. We were then offered another downgraded room on the 6th floor, which smells damp and old. We rejected and stay on the 16th but bothered by the noise throughout the day and got worse during night. Hardly slept the first night. After another request the 2nd day, the staffs at the reception promised us a room without noise. But as we wasted our whole day staying in the room reminding the reception and waiting for their call to change, we did not receive any follow up. Only until we insisted for change in the evening, Adil at the reception helped us and he offered us a room on 14th, which was quieter but still with noise. But he compensated us with an access to the club room. The bad thing was that apparently the staffs we talked to in the morning and during the day did not make any records about our request for staffs in the afternoon duty to follow up. This is not the service quality you expect from a five star hotel chain like Marriott.

Our experience at the Marriott Casablanca was exceptional! We were welcomed on arrival by the concierge who took charge of our luggage. Abdeljalil swiftly and professionally checked us in. He upgraded our room and was very friendly and polite. We had a wonderful, modern and large suite. There was a good range of toiletries, water bottles in the fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, iron and ironing board and hairdryer available in the room. Amina and Ilias were fantastic at breakfast making us feel relaxed and adding the extra hospitality to make our experience extra special each day. They took our eggs order at the table and the rest of the food was delicious and available as a buffet. By the second day they knew what type of drinks we needed and served them to us with fresh orange juice. Every single day they greeted us with a smile and enthusiasm. We also had access to the club lounge, all the members were very helpful especially the lady who had been working there for the past 16 years. The location is good. Walking distance from the bazar and there is a range of small cafes at the back. We didn’t use the tram only taxi. Ousama at the concierge helped us with taxis everyday: We use both red and white taxi. He was a very helpful man. I would like to say thank you to all the members of staff at Marriott as they made our visit to Casablanca extra special; you are an asset to the chain of Marriott hotels. We will definitely be visiting Casablanca and staying at the Marriott again just because of out outstanding experience the hotel and staff! Many thanks once again.

Cons: I will try to make it brief 1. On June 7th, I booked via booking.com for two nights at the Marriott Casablanca for July 18th to July 20th. Nonrefundable, non-modifiable reservation through booking.com 2. On June 18th, I arrived in Casablanca for my stay at the Marriott and I realized that I made a mistake in my booking. I booked for two nights on July 18th instead of June 18th. 3. I discussed with the agents at the hotel, took another reservation and paid a premium. While discussing with them and during all my stay at the hotel, agents confirmed that they would refund my reservation since I stayed with Marriott and and paid a premium. To get the refund, they asked me to trigger the cancellation process via booking.com which I did. I asked multiple times if this would be ok, even just before my departure and all the staff said YES, this will be a refund for you sir. 4. Back to France on June 21st, I triggered this process via booking.com which confirmed that the rates were non refundable unless the hotel decides to grant an exception. 5. After multiple back and forth via email with booking.com and Marriott Casablanca, I have been information that I will not be refunded. 6. I asked to be connected to the director of the Hotel to share my complains and as you can imagine, nothing happened. Botton line is that you should not trust Marriott which is treating its customers like fools

Staff very helpful and eager to assist guests, especially the young man at the front desk and Zaynab at breakfast who took time to explain the Moroccan dishes. We also received a complimentary room upgrade which was lovely. It seems like this is a new team and they are working hard to ensure a great experience for guests.
Cons: Some confusion around breakfast in terms of ordering items from a menu that was on some tables one day and on none the next. The light switches in the room were somewhat complicated. Also, the hammam/spa and other facilities seem currently unfinished.

We really like Marriot hotels, we have always have had great experiences any time we stayed at a Marriot, but the Casablanca Marriot has been the best of the best. The staff is the best, so friendly and accommodating, always with a big smile and a big “you are welcome”. They went far and beyond with their service and organizing our celebration for our Father’s Day and our late breakfast. They got us a delicious cake for Father’s Day even with late notice. Hope I am not forgetting any one, but we want to relay our gratitude to the following staff that make our stay at Casablanca memorable: Hind, Jalil and Karina at reception, Abdou and Baucha at the restaurant, Wafaa and Rachida and mostafa at Housekeeping and Mostafa the chief concierge. Again ours cheers to them.

I stayed four nights at the Casablanca Marriott Hotel in Morocco and it was great which is why this review is a MUST. Let me say the hotel is in a great location, near Hassan II Masque and a nice size market. The hotel is super clean and the staff is exceptional. 1. Starting by the hotel manager, Houda, the sweetest, most approachable and professional person, always checking in to make sure we were okay. 2. The food in the main diner was delish and the staff Mouad, Adil, Fatem Zahra, Aziz and Achraf were AMAZING; every night they made sure we were happy and pleased with our meals with a smile and kind words. 3. I never met the chef but I talked to the person who made the sushi and he was also a delight. 4. The breakfast diner was also amazing and Aminah always remembered our names and room numbers and welcomed us with a smile. I forget the names of the staff in the breakfast diner but they were also great. Truth be told, I will go back to Morocco just to stay at the Casablanca Marriott Hotel again. Thanks Marriott for the great stay were all awesome!!

We stayed at this hotel for 1 night (29 Mar) and our stay was pleasant. Upon our arrival, the hotel manager welcomed us right away and the concierge staff came proactively to help us with the luggage. As we approach the front desk, it took a few seconds for the staff Maria to noticed us, and once she did she welcomed us with warm smile in a great manner. She proactively asked us for our booking references and documents, as well as our Bonvoy membership. As we are on our honeymoon, she made sure that the room is decorated and upgraded us to a larger room. She also showed us where the foreign exchange shop is by walking out the hotel door with us. Her service was excellent (and thus I remember her name!). For the room, true that it could be cleaner, there were stains on the pillow case and bath rope, but since we brought our own one-off beddings I don’t find this an issue for me, as I expected this in hotels in Morocco; a funny thing is that the housekeeping staff asked us to write her a compliment letter for her as she decorated our room, and she even stayed in the room to watch me writing that note, which was a bit weird. Other than that, others are fine. Breakfast was good, with loads of options (danish pastries, fruits, hot dishes by order including eggs and toast and pancakes, cereals, salad etc.), the Mclub staff was very attentive as well (I think her name was Amina), and juices were fine, coffee was quite bad tho, that’s a pity. Overall I did enjoy my stay at Marriott.

Restaurant staff were attentive. Location is good and walking distance to the medina. Also good authentic moroccan restaurant close by.

Our housekeeper Youseiff was exceptionally pleasant. Really nice individual he was there to serve and ensure our stay was pleasant and he made every effort within his means to meet our needs.
Cons: The front desk staff - my daughter as an employee for Marriott assisted with my booking and sent the International letter to support my stay. I booked online at $376.00 for the two rooms and two nights with my daughter's discount. It was not honored at this hotel. Even though I provided the letter. Our check-in was approximately 1 1/2 hours which was crazy. On the 13th we had an excursion planned when our driver came to pick us up he was harassed by the taxi drivers out in front of the hotel with staff standing outside. Not one staff member assisted. After being blocked in the driveway the 4 of us (women) exited the vehicle to intervene. The hotel staff should have told the taxi drivers to back off. Lastly November 14th we arrived in Paris France booked at the Residence Inn Marriott Courtyard. Check-in was 5 minutes letter was accepted no additional charges from online booking. Additionally, we were in Italy last year with the same thing no problems. This Marriott also attempted to charge my credit card prior to my arrival. I am a travel agent and originally booked through Expedia for my stay from November 3rd to the 4th and again from 12th through 14th utilizing a card to hold the rooms was unsure how my clients wanted to pay. Specifically clicked to pay a little extra to pay at the hotel upon arrival, Marriott Casablanca then attempted to run my card. I made the same arrangements with the Hilton and Casa Val D Anfa. Purposefully utilized a card to hold only. However received several notifications that Marriott Casablanca tried to process prior to my arrival. I allowed the system to cancel and booked directly online at the Marriott Bonvoy site with my daughters' assistance. Had I known about the additional charges and the lack of concern please trust that I would have returned to Casa Val D Anfa.

Cons: Second day, there was a sandstorm outside, which completely blew in the window of my room on the 12th floor. This was due to a faulty window lock. I was literally trapped in the room for over an hour, unable to leave, and reception ignored my continuous calls for help. it took two porters to leverage the door open due to the force of the wind. The hotel did not take this seriously, nor was I offered any recompense. It affected the rest of my trip. I really don’t think this was an acceptable response.

My stay was ok. The junior suite smelled like it had not been used in months. The musty smell stuck around for my entire 3 night stay. The windows did not open (even a little) except for the one in the sitting room that seemed to be warped so much that it would not fully close when the team attempted to screw it shut. These were also some of the thinnest windows of any hotel I have stayed at around the world. I could hear everything happening outside, even though the room was on the 15th floor. The elevators are also a little scary--a lot of unsettling clanking noises and jerky movements. Conveniently located near Casa Port train station, but not sure that's enough to make me a repeat customer.

zero - the hotel is very poor , old building , evrything unfinished , overall facilities are below average.
Cons: Marriott's brand is being sold, but Marriott's values are gone! My phone was robbed just at the hotel lobby of Casablanca Marriott Hotel, minutes after check-in, in broad daylight, while wait for taxi in front of the hotel guards and security. The incident occurred just outside the hotel's lobby area, at the stairs. I did not receive any help from hotel officials nor security, with police totally absent. I lost all important items on my phone, business meetings and appointments, contacts information, banking information … I was stuck without money and had to be dragged to the nearest police station to register the incident with false assurance that my phone would return. My business trip has come to an end before it even starts and all appointments and business-related work have been cancelled. The hotel has zero security arrangements, which is a major and big concern. All hotel lobby’s in Casablanca have proper barricades and security gates to keep out cars and strangers ... Marriott Casablanca Hotel has nothing ... you wait for taxi in the lobby on your own and at your own risk! I have paid a huge amount for my stay and this could have been avoided if there were the minimum-security measures and should hotel staff and management had acted swiftly. The hotel is also very poor and not wort a 2 stars ** , the area is very dangerous and unsafe My priority will be to warn everyone not to stay at this hotel and to sue them for mental trauma and losses caused by their negligence.

Very friendly staff, airport pick-up wasn't a problem either, although it was charged extra, clean quiet room. Extra bonus for round the clock room service, that's really exceptional.
Cons: In the room it would be nice to be able top open at least one window to breathe some fresh air. The building, especially the hallways appear dated in design and condition. Also the smell in the building, especially upper floors indicates more regular venting and refurbishing is warranted.

Comfy bed and pillows.
Cons: Riduculous tall mirror which distoted everyone like in a circus. Kettle was set up ontop of the fridge (as usual in hotels) but when I investigated why the kettle would not turn on, I found the flex could not reach the socket. Did not have alcohol licence.

Cons: No sauna, insects in the bathroom, the concierge didn't allow me to book the taxi via the hotel the first day, so cash was needed, finally via the desk it was possible
