Wij hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in dit prachtige hotel. Alles zag er verzorgd en sfeervol uit, waardoor we ons meteen welkom voelden. Het ontbijtbuffet was heerlijk en ook de kids club was een groot succes; onze kinderen hebben zich uitstekend vermaakt. Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. In het bijzonder willen wij de heer Fouad bedanken. Hij is super aardig en zeer behulpzaam. Wij hadden een probleem met een koffer en Fouad heeft ons hier zo goed bij geholpen. Dankzij hem werd ons probleem snel en professioneel opgelost.
Cons: Wat ons minder beviel, waren de extreem dure wellness-faciliteiten en de prijzen voor de laundry. Deze vonden wij echt aan de hoge kant.

We arrived at the hotel and were kindly offered an early check-in, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, our overall experience did not meet the standards we are used to with Hilton hotels. This property felt very different from other Hilton locations we have stayed at, including Hilton Tangier City Center. From the beginning, there was a strong and repeated focus on upselling. During this stay and a previous one, we were frequently encouraged to pay extra for room upgrades or sea-view rooms. Based on our experience, these views did not justify the additional cost, which made the offers feel disappointing rather than appealing. When we noticed a significant price drop compared to what we had paid and contacted the hotel through Booking, our request for a small gesture was met only with paid upgrade offers. Some of these offers were priced higher than what was publicly available online for the same room category, which was frustrating. Unfortunately, the first room we were assigned was not clean, particularly the bathroom, and did not meet the standards we expect from a Hilton hotel. After we raised the issue, Guest Relations apologized and moved us to a cleaner room, which we appreciated. Overall, however, the hotel did not match the level of quality, cleanliness, and consistency we have experienced in other Hilton properties, and communication through Booking was limited.
Cons: That said, we would like to sincerely praise the breakfast restaurant team after the first two days. Their service was exceptional and truly exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to the breakfast manager, who showed outstanding professionalism by personally attending to guests, as well as Hilimi el ghaboun , He was attentive, professional, and genuinely kind, and as well Khadija El Atiki and jouhaina El marrouni and somaya for their excellent service. The ladies welcoming guests at the entrance, were all warm, attentive, and genuinely hospitable. This team made our mornings enjoyable and left a very positive impression. While some staff members clearly did their best, the overall experience felt overly commercial and lacked the thoughtful gestures that usually make Hilton stays feel special. For this reason, we do not feel this property reflects the Hilton standards we have experienced elsewhere.

nothing, really disgusting hotel and staff
Cons: I left my 4 year old daughter in the Kids Club for 20 minutes while I changed my baby son. When I came back, she was gone. The nanny panicked and couldnât tell me where she was. Minutes later, another nanny appeared from outside with my daughter, crying. I asked her later, with my daughter calm, âDid you go for a walk with the nanny?â My daughter said several times, âNo mama, I walked away. The nanny is lying.â I demanded to speak to the manager. I insisted they review the CCTV footage. Marwane later confirmed that my daughter indeed had been alone and unsupervised. Despite this confirmation, I have never received an official reply via email acknowledging everything in writing. All conversations with the managers are recorded. I demand that you confirm in writing blackâonâwhite what was said, what you saw on CCTV, and take responsibility. The staff acts robotic, as if they donât care. Their apologies are hollow, no emotion, no sincerity. Itâs sickening how they treat guests when something so serious happens. Only when something extremely tragic occurs like a child drowning in the pool or stuck somewhere does it seem safety might become a priority. the hotel is really dirty I completed about shower head full of mold ( see picture). The food was also really basic and everyday the same food. for the kids corner only junkfood and barely health food choices. the staff also are thiefs, my husband paid cash for the coffees and the last day the said we did not payed anything. my husband demened CCT footage that he paid the staff and suddenly the believed him. the swimming pool are also really disgusting there are things flowthing in the pool. I can tell 10000 more things about this horror hotel, really bad hotel

De locatie is groot opgezet.
Cons: Zoals ook door andere gasten is aangegeven is er duidelijke achterstallige onderhoud in de badkamer en kamer zelf. Dit is iets wat je niet verwacht van z'n keten. Onze douchecabine had overal roestplekken. De voegen zijn versleten waardoor het water langs de deur naar buiten gaat. De vloer van onze kamer was niet goed schoongemaakt. En plus il faut avoir une politique stricte avec les fumeurs(amende de 50000 dh) et le faire sortir de sa chambre. En tout cas c est notre derniĂšre fois ici,on vient pour prendre des vacances et non pas pour rester Ă©veillĂ© toute la nuit. C est vraiment honteux

Cons: - Breakfast was closer to a 4-star standard. The variety of protein sources was limited (only chicken was offeredâno fish or other meats). The fruit selection was also quite basic (mainly oranges). For a hotel of this level, I would expect more variety, including tropical fruits such as mango, avocado, or passion fruit. - Rooms were generally comfortable, but attention to detail was lacking. The first room I was assigned had a broken door handle, which required a room change. I had booked two rooms, and in both cases some basic amenities were missing, such as floor towels, toothpaste, and toothbrushes. - Gym facilities were very basic and below what one would expect from a 5-star property. - During my stay it was raining, and unfortunately the outdoor areas were not well adapted to wet conditions, resulting in large areas of standing water. - Invoice handling was the most disappointing part of the experience. No one on the staff seemed to know how to issue an invoice. The process was repeatedly delayed, I was addressed by incorrect names, and after several days I received an incorrect invoice, followed by another one with wrong details.

Unfortunately the behaviour after the stay is only worth 1 star. The invoice was presented in local currency, however without informing me as guest nor my approval the hotel just deducted the bill in my own currency with a nice markup of 10%. Since then they are blocking every try to solve this matter. If this is the behaviour with such small issues I would not want to have any bigger trouble while staying inthis hotel.

A resort by the beach with beautiful landscaping, a pleasant room, and professional staff. I would say that it is a great summer resort for families. However, we went during the month of December 2025. There is also a shuttle which you can take to get to the city. However, the hotel shuttle from the train station takes roughly forty minutes. The shuttle departs the hotel at 10 a.m., drops you off at the Hilton near the train station, and returns to the Hilton resort at 4 p.m. We did not know about the shuttle that was available at the Hilton near the train station. Regretfully, we paid MAD300 for a taxi ride from the train station to the resort. Too costly. Sadly, the hotel resort did not provide this important information. Unfortunately, there were not many options for dining at the resort, so it was rather problematic for us since we did not have a car. there were only two restaurants that were open. When we arrived, Argan restaurant was the only one that was open. Good cuisine overall and pleasant seating. We ordered three dishes, and one of them was meat tangine, very delicious. However the chicken club sandwich that I ordered was just bread slices with cheese and chicken. I was disappointed because it was the kind of sandwich that you can prepare in a matter of minutes at home. In summary, excellent rooms, lovely landscaping, professional staff, and good proximity to the beach are all plus aspects. The drawbacks include: lack of restaurants that were available, VERY far from the city, inconvenient shuttle timings in the afternoon (at 4 pm). However, I would like to stress that the hotel was high quality (rooms and service) and the prices were reasonable. I would recommend staying at this hotel in the summer and it is strongly recommended to have your own car. Additonally, the staff at the reception and the restaurant were really professional and very kind. Especially Ms. Khadija El Atiki and Ms. Hiba Mangar who were very helpful and kind during breakfast time.

Iâd rate this as a 4 star more than a 5 . The bathrooms arenât very well maintained. The wall tiles were broken in the bathroom and the drain looks really old and worn out. Our douche wasnât working aswell but they came and fixed it when we told them . The room service was horrible . Everytime Iâd call theyâd pick up and say theyâre bringing me my stuff but never came , then Iâd have to ring reception and theyâd bring it . Younus was really good , he came down to help us at like 1:30am . The spa was horrible ! I went for a manicure and it was probably the worst Iâve had . The lady didnât shine my nails at all ! . While the manicure was going on I told the lady twice to use the buffer thatâs meant to shine your nails and she didnât . I assumed she just didnât know . When I went back to complain they were trying to be difficult and say sheâs already buffed my nails and shine doesnât stay for ages , yet she didnât buff them at all , she just used the rough side and not the one that shines . They agreed to buff my nails with the one that shines your nails but she still didnât do it properly and sarcastically told me not to put water on my nails or else the shine will go ( I know for a fact that the shine does not go for a min of 2 weeks or the least a week if youâre using a bad buffer ) she wasnât doing it properly so I decided to show her and do a few myself . I was showing her the difference and she told me theyâre all shiny and all I said was no theyâre not all shiny . She walked off leaving me to shine my own nails . I got annoyed and walked off too . Regarding the location , Iâd say itâs abit too far from tangier city centre so Iâd recommend to stay some place closer cause going back and forth to the center everyday becomes abit expensive from where the hotel is and since the hotel is in the middle of nowhere there is literally nothing to come out to in the winter so itâs pretty dead . Maybe the beach would be more buzzing in the summer so that would be something to come out to .

The exceptional mood of the guest could be having spoiled and could be having energized!!! I guess the reception staff shall be briefed by the restaurant staff to show them how they should have been dealing with the guest... The last point is that at the restaurant the buffets have missed the 5 stars touches when it comes to the presentation and how the dishes are presented... (the recent presentation of the buffets is 4/3 stars) Compare to my last stay at the hilton houara on Nov 2024 (with my family), I can clearly notice that there is a huge difference regarding the presentation of the buffets... The changes us the next day - we left our charger in the room and when we went back to get it was gone. Went to the front desk and they called house keeping and they said they have it- and would bring it to us in 2 hours. Did NOT get it all day. They next morning we asked again after breakfast- and they said we would have it in our room in an hour. Did NOT get it. Asked before dinner - and they said it would be in our room when we returned. ITWAS NOT in our room. The âthird day we asked before breakfast- and they said they would have it for us at the front desk - after breakfast. We check with them- and they still didnât have it. Then we asked for a manager- and he brought it to our room 3 hours later. AND SO - we had THREE DAYS WITHOUT A CHARGER!! It really ruined our stay. What were we to do??? Dead phones- no pics - no contact with family â a disaster!!! WHY â IF THEY HAD ITâ didnât they bring it on the first day?? We stayed a week there 2 years ago, and had an exceptional stay. Room, service, and staff were awesome!! We got two rooms and regretted it ! We were embarrassed to bring guest with us- for sub par experienceâ- never going back!!

I strongly advise anyone not to book this hotel directly through Hilton. My experience has been nothing short of appalling. I made a reservation on the Hilton website, only to discover that the system had created a second, identical booking within seconds. Clearly a technical glitch or accidental double-click â yet the hotel treated it as two deliberate reservations. The worst part is what happened next: âą Cancelling one booking carries a huge penalty, making it essentially impossible to fix a mistake created by their own system. âą I was told to call the hotel in Marrakech to resolve it. I called twice, waited on hold for nearly 10 minutes each time, and nobody ever answered. âą The Hilton chatbot transferred me to agents who couldnât help, then back to the hotel, where the call dropped again. âą No one responded, no one resolved anything, and hours of my time were wasted. At best, this is terrible customer service. At worst, it feels like a system designed to make cancellation so difficult that customers simply give up and pay for bookings they never intended to make. The entire experience left me frustrated, out of pocket for expensive international calls, and completely distrustful of the brand. Bottom line: Avoid booking here unless youâre willing to risk being double-charged and left with no support when something goes wrong. I have written to Hilton customer services and they will try to get back to me within 7 days - It is madness!

We had a wonderful weekend away â the place was spotless and very comfortable. The only small downside was that the restaurant staff could use a little more training, as my wife and I often had to set our own table in the evenings. They seemed more focused on packing up around 9 p.m. Aside from that, everything else was absolutely five-star. Weâll definitely be coming back! A big thank you to the reception and housekeeping teams for their excellent service and friendliness.

Another wonderful stay - this is our 3rd time staying here, once a year since 2023. Thank you so much Front Desk team for your warm welcome and hospitality and going above and beyond by upgrading us to a 2 bedroom apartment! It was nice to see you again Wissal and Labiba very bubbly girls and so happy settling the bills before check out. Shout out to Anass, Ihssane GRM, El gharmali DM, and Othmane FO manager you guys are the dream team We had a good breakfast and a lot of choices too plus the team is so helpful and attentive. What a high set of standards, you guys are raising the bar so high. Thank you so much Khadija so sweet and lovely and Ahmed at Argan restaurant for preparing our to-go breakfast for our early flight. Honestly itâs such a beautiful place. Perfect place to getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. So tranquil and peaceful. Breakfast and staff at breakfast especially the restaurant manager were so accommodating. Sumaiyah the housekeeper was so lovely and helpful. She cleaned our room very well. Games room was a lovely touch
Cons: As beautiful as the resort was, the bathroom was dirty. There was mould on the ceiling in the shower, showerhead was dirty, the shower itself was dirty and the bathtub also. I did mention it to the staff but nothing was done.

We stayed here for 5 days as a family of 5. It was disappointing to see certain things had already shut down. The service is very hit and miss, fantastic from some in the restaurant but lacking in many other ways. Things felt very inconsistent with changes being made daily. It has the potential to be great but there needs to be changes made in order for this to happen. There is a kids club but it doesnât offer as much as weâve seen in other hotels. A shout out to Ayoub in the restaurant who is incredibly friendly and goes out of his way to please the children especially.

Staff were very friendly and the hotel was fabulous.
Cons: They gave us late check out when we checked in as our flight was in the evening but on the day of the check out they started knocking on the door and phoning us to check out 3 hours before the time we had arranged, even though I explained we had late check out they said NO. We had to rush out of the room. It's best to get things in writing. Apart from that experience everything else was great. TIP: If you stay here it's best to get half board as there are no shops close by and you will spend a lot of money in their on site restaurant.

Cons: To begin with, we had booked a free shuttle service from the hotel to the city for the following morning. However, when we arrived at the reception to take the shuttle, we were told that no reservation had been made, even though it was confirmed the day before. This caused significant inconvenience and disrupted our plans. Unfortunately, this was just the start of a series of serious issues. Upon arrival early in the morning after a long 10-hour flight, the first room we were given was infested with ants (we have photographic evidence). We were then moved to a second room, where we found large cockroachesâcompletely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone a Hilton. Exhausted, we were transferred to a third room to rest, but it was impossible to sleep due to loud noise from neighboring rooms and a strong smell of cigarette smoke, even though the hotel is supposed to be non-smoking. The air conditioning was not working, and despite several attempts to contact reception and guest services, no one ever answered the phone. We had to go down in person several times, and although staff repeatedly said they would send someone, no one ever came. The following morning, after yet another complaint, we were moved to a fourth room, which was extremely dirty, with mold and visible grime, especially in the bathroom. The general cleanliness of all the rooms was far below acceptable standards.

Quand on se balade Ă l'intĂ©rieur de l'hĂŽtel Hilton, on a l'impression qu'on est dans un palais oriental avec les moulures et les arches. La dĂ©coration est soignĂ©e et raffinĂ©e, avec des fontaines, des jets d'eau et des plantes qui rendent la promenade agrĂ©able et donnent un charme unique Ă cet hĂŽtel. Aller dans ce Hilton c'est vivre une expĂ©rience inoubliable pour se relaxer, se dĂ©tendre et recharger les batteries. Les piscines sont grandes, calmes et propres. On vous fourni des serviettes de plages dĂšs que vous le demandez. La plage privĂ©e (face Ă la piscine), est magnifique avec de belles vagues et une couleur claire (parfois il y a des algues mais il disparaissent le lendemain). Elle Ă©tait vide pendant notre sĂ©jour, on a de la chance, on a pu se baigner avec ce beau temps courant Octobre. La chambre est bien soignĂ©e, spacieuse et avec une belle vue panoramique sur la mer (merci pour ce surclassement !) Nous avons pris cet hĂŽtel car il est loin de la ville, au calme et Ă l'Ă©cart du bruit. Il faut prĂ©voir une voiture car il n'y a pas de moyen de transport pour y accĂ©der. Le restaurant est raffinĂ©, les serveurs, cuisiniers et employĂ©s travaillent dâarrache-pied pour vous satisfaire et rĂ©pondre Ă vos besoins. Cons: Qlqs points d'amĂ©lioration : *La salle de bain de la chambre 142 mĂ©ritĂ© d'ĂȘtre rafraĂźchie car le joint de la douche est noir, ce n'est pas Ă la hauteur d'un Hilton. *Les femmes de mĂ©nage et techniciens font bcp de bruit dĂšs 8h-9h du matin, et on l'entend jusqu'aux chambres et ça nous rĂ©veille surtout quand on a envie de faire une grasse matinĂ©e. *Enfin, les portes des chambres qui claquent, il faudrait un amortisseur de porte pour ralentir la fermeture. *Des chiens errants de la plage peuvent faire peur aux touristes car ils viennent en groupe Ă la plage et vous collent...Vigilance aux chiens errants.

Cons: Teleurstellende ervaring. De badkamer had duidelijke schimmelplekken en het onderhoud van het hotel is de laatste jaren merkbaar achteruit gegaan. Ook het ontbijt was slecht geregeld: ondanks dat werd aangegeven dat het om 06:30 uur zou beginnen (vanwege onze vroege vlucht), werden wij vreemd aangekeken door de manager toen wij op dat tijdstip aankwamen. ( Wij hadden het een avond ervoor nog netjes gemeld). Het meeste eten moest nog klaargezet worden, waardoor er nauwelijks iets beschikbaar was, terwijl je hier wél fors voor betaalt. Al met al geen ervaring die past bij de prijs en verwachtingen.

The hotel is immaculate. The staff are amazing, the facilities are exceptional. This was our 2nd visit this year and we will return again soon. The main reason for the booking was of the proximity to the golf course, which is an amazing course and well worth playing if you like your golf. The hotel also has a spa and they are very clean and very professional. The food was amazing at both restaurants and breakfast was plentiful. Overall a great long weekend break had by all
Cons: The only down side. Its quite a distance from Tangier centre and in fact anything else at all. There is a shuttle to help but you are limited on times. Taxis are around âŹ30 one way from the hotel to Tangier centre. Alcohol is also quite pricey apart from during happy hour, which helps if you like a beer

My stay at Hilton Houara Tangier was very relaxing and pleasant. The whole team was kind, welcoming, and professional. The housekeeping service was excellent â especially Chaimae Lmalaoui, who was very nice and did her job with great professionalism. I have just returned from a 6 night stay in this absolutely beautiful Hotel. Every single aspect of my stay was exceptional. The architecture of the hotel is breathtaking. I felt like I arrived in paradise. Our room was modern, beautifully decorated and had an amazing view over the Atlantic Ocean. Thank you to whover allocated this room for us. It made my birthday extra special. The cleanliness was spot on and the housekeeping very friendly. The sandy beach is perfect for long walks and not overly crowded. The pool area is stunning and the perfect place to chill out and relax. The one thing that really stood out for me was the service in the Argean Restaurant. I would like to recognise every single F&B member of staff I encountered during my stay. Every single person without fail made our experience extra special. The service is next level. Everyone smiled and was genuinely happy to help, even before you ask. The attentiveness, positivity and helpfulness of this team is remarkable. I would like to congratulate the Restaurant Manager for recruiting and training such a cheerful and talented bunch of people. From all the luxury places I travelled to before, I have not seen genuine service from the heart like this before. It was inspiring to witness. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. I especially enjoyed the fresh juice station, the crepe station and the chocolate fountain. The daily offerings like nutella waffles, ice coffee, dates with milk etc also made the experience very interesting. The man who is serving the tea is super funny and a real character. The dinner buffet was quite expensive but worth every penny. The tagines are the best I ever had. The food in general was exceptionally good. Whoever is in charge of the kitchen really knows what they are doing. Huge compliments! Thanks a million for making our stay so special. Hopefully we will have the opportunity to return to your beautiful paradise in the future again â€ïž 11 out of 10 đ

We had a poor stay at this Hilton...we really rate it a 2....but... I am giving it 3 because of some lovely staff at the restaurant L'Olivier (Anouar in particular, but all the staff were lovely) and Halal in the breakfast room and the creative daily starter/amuse bouche at L'Olivier. Overall the property is in bad repair. Inside and outside things are broke, stained and needed a refresh. Our junior suite had experienced serious water damage at some point in the past and the bottom of the doors were peeling and particle board material swollen and expanded....not a good look. The carpet throughout the hotel smelled of age and damp and needs to be replaced. Outside lounge chairs were broken, cushions were stained and ripped, umbrellas lacked cranks to open. Housekeeping staff were very inconsistent in their level of cleanliness. Somedays the floors were clean, others there were obvious dirty smudges left after cleaning. Sometimes there were kind services like water and glasses on the bedside tables, but on some nights we returned after dinner to find all our hand towels missing even though they had been present before dinner!! Food for meals, other than the breakfast which was good, were not a good value for the money. The "tangines" were not real tangines but pre-cooked items served barely warm in a serving/decorative tangine. Fried snacks at the pool side restaurant like calamari were not fresh and did not arrive at the table warm. This really is shocking in a country known for its fresh seafood and especially at a seaside resort. The gift shop was also a disaster, stuffed to the top with things one would see in the cheapest and shabbiest tourist shop in Tangiers. I usually look to the shops in good hotels/resorts to find unique and quality items but this was not possible at this hotel. The items they did have were grossly overpriced for their quality. The whole property and experience made one feel like the hotel was trying to make as much money off visitors with the least of effort....And this hotel was not inexpensive even by Hilton resort standards in the USA. Frankly, this hotel makes me reconsider staying at any Hilton property in the future.

I want to congratulate the entire team at the Hilton Al Houara Resort, especially Marwane, Fatima, and Ayma. The facilities are impeccable, the service is unbeatable, and the breakfast variety is exceptional, catering to all tastes. Watching the sunset makes every day special and full of light. The free shuttle to the city center is a much-appreciated plus; it's super convenient. I also loved that the cats can interact with guests. I haven't seen a single employee with a bad attitude toward them. I hope to return one day and see them cared for like a colony, with their food bowls and houses to protect them from the cold and heat. A 10/10 hotel and staff! We will definitely return.

The location is about 45 minutes from the old Medina in Tangier. Renting a car is easy and parking was plenty at the hotel. The grounds are breathtaking. Itâs a massive property. I was able to ride a bike on the boardwalk until my legs ached and was still not at the end of the property. Apart from bike rentals, there are atvs, surfing and paddle rentals. Sitting at any of the many terraces on the property is so very relaxing filled with sounds of flowing water from many fountains, birds chirping and the sweet ocean breeze which was slightly crisp mid October. The spa experience was fantastic. I experienced the massage and the Hammam. It was an out of body experience where youâre somewhere in the realm between awake and sleep. The breakfast is top notch. Honestly, the best food I enjoyed in Tangier. Special thanks to Iman and Mariam at the spa!

Gorgeous location next to an expansive but quiet beach set in traditional moorish Arabic style.. special mentions to the following who made our stay so special : Pastry chef Rachid and his team - Rida, Monaim, Zokai and Fatir.. Also special mentions for Karem (pool attendant) , Anouar(room service) and Chaymae(cleaning) and for all the amazing staff who served us , apologies for not getting all names .. Thanks !

Le lieu est incroyablement reposant. Tout est mis en Ćuvre pour que lâont se sentent bien. Nous avons volontairement choisi dây sĂ©journer hors saison pour pouvoir profiter pleinement au calme en dehors de la foule et de lâambiance « camping » qui y rĂšgne pendant la pĂ©riode estivale. (Ce qui est dommage soit dit en passant, pour un hĂŽtel de standing).

La cadre particuliÚrement beau et reposant. Il y a un kids club pour les plus de 4 ans, mais il est possible d'y aller avec son enfant pour jouer. De plus une aire de jeu extérieure est disponible pour les petits. La qualité du service qui a toujours été au top. Tous les ingrédients sont là pour passer un bon séjour

Our stay was a mix of highlights and disappointments. The hotel itself is beautiful, with tasteful architecture, spacious grounds, and a large pool that was never crowded. The quiet pool was especially relaxing, and the strong security presence made us feel safe. Our room was spacious, spotless, and well maintained, and the cleaning staff were excellent. Dining was a highlight. The buffet dinner was phenomenal, with a wide selection and delicious made-to-order sushi, including vegetarian options on request. The buffet staff were friendly and attentive, and the dinner view was lovely. Service elsewhere was inconsistent. Staff in the sports bar were amazing, always attentive and helpful, but the pool bar was slow, often opening late and requiring multiple trips to the counter to order. The outdoor seating and loungers needed better cleaning, with stains and bird droppings visible, especially near the smaller pool. The beach area also needed attention, with some litter, older sunbeds, and the bar closed during our stay. Drinks were quite expensive, though happy hour at the sports bar was fair. Our pre-booked airport transfer never arrived, so we took a cheaper street cab. Overall, it was a relaxing stay in a lovely setting, with great food and some wonderful staff, but uneven service and cleanliness issues meant it did not offer full value for money.

I have nothing to complain about but instead, I want to express my appreciation and thanks to CHEF KHADIJA and her assistant Maroua for the excellent food and service. Chef Khadija is the best, her food was absolutely delicious. She wanted to make sure that we were happy with the food and if we needed something else. Her smile was like the sun rise that makes your day. I personally had a great time in this hotel. The atmosphere was a family one, the entire staff was very attentive to our needs and was very friendly. This is what I call the Moroccan hospitality. I will recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tangier, Morocco. I shall return back soon. Shukran, thank you to all.

Everyone from the drivers, the concierge to the staff in thr restauarants are warm.and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. Food superb! My family and I spent two wonderful weeks at this hotel with our children â everything was perfect, and we couldnât be happier with our experience. A big thank you to the amazing team who made our stay so enjoyable: At breakfast, Ahmed, Jouhana, Najat, and Ayoub were always kind, attentive, and welcoming. At check-in, Khawla and Nizar greeted us warmly and made us feel at home right away. In the kitchen, Abdelkader, Zakaria, and Mehdi prepared delicious meals with great care. At dinner, Karima and Anas provided excellent, friendly service. At the Kids Club, Chaimae was simply fantastic. Our kids loved spending time with her! Itâs clear the whole team works with passion and heart. During our two-week stay, we always felt completely welcomed and well cared for. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel atmosphere was relaxing and pleasant. We highly recommend this hotel for families and are already looking forward to coming back very soon. I left my 4 year old daughter in the Kids Club for 20 minutes while I changed my baby son. When I came back, she was gone. The nanny panicked and couldnât tell me where she was. Minutes later, another nanny appeared from outside with my daughter, crying. I asked her later, with my daughter calm, âDid you go for a walk with the nanny?â My daughter said several times, âNo mama, I walked away. The nanny is lying.â I demanded to speak to the manager. I insisted they review the CCTV footage. Marwane later confirmed that my daughter indeed had been alone and unsupervised. Despite this confirmation, I have never received an official reply via email acknowledging everything in writing. All conversations with the managers are recorded. I demand that you confirm in writing blackâonâwhite what was said, what you saw on CCTV, and take responsibility. The staff acts robotic, as if they donât care. Their apologies are hollow, no emotion, no sincerity. Itâs sickening how they treat guests when something so serious happens. Only when something extremely tragic occurs like a child drowning in the pool or stuck somewhere does it seem safety might become a priority. the nanny are fake, not really focusing on the children lot of time on their phone and 1 nanny made a snapchat of the kids. other things( see picture) the shower head was full of mold and the last day the fixed this. the room was really disgusting and everytime when we called for cleaning service, the did say we will clean and eventuelly the did it and of the day. the breakfast was everyday the same and not lot of options. for the kids corner lot of candy, junkfood. the staff was not friendly and did not great me, but my husband( white) the were too happy and greet him. the staff at the coffee corner/ starbucks are thiefs, my husband did not have creditcard, so the ask him to pay cash, he paid and the day of check out the said there is this amount open. my husband said i already paid, the keept lying, like no is not paid. my husband told the manager to see CCT camera and suddenly everything is fine and the believed him. so disgusting how the staff just put the money in their pockets.

I couldnât say more, this place is truly heaven. Every detail, from the breathtaking views to the exceptional staff, made my stay unforgettable. A special thanks to Aya for the warm welcome at check-in, to Hilmi for serving breakfast with such a bright smile, and to Anouar for being so helpful in recommending the best dishes the hotel offers. I was also fortunate to receive a free room upgrade to a sea-view suite. The room was spacious, neat, and offered a stunning view. Definitely great value for money. The amenities were top notch, I spent a lot of time enjoying the classic arcade games, swimming, and working out at the gym. I will definitely come back here and recommend this property to my family and friends.

We've had an absolutely delightful stay at the Hilton Al Houra. A lovely hotel, we arrived late in the evening after a delayed flight with tired children but the lovely warm welcome at the hotel was amazing. Nizar and Niam at reception are fantastic, very kind and courteous. We were upgraded by Nizar to an apartment which was amazing for our family of 5. Very spacious, tidy rooms with a good view. Beautiful large balcony to relax on. We had some confusion regarding our booking which was slightly disappointing. But otherwise everyone has been so courteous. All the staff including; Hilmi, Hafsa, Yousra, Tlidi, Safae,Aymane and ALL the restaurant staff, the security guards, the pool attendants who are so kind and attentive to the needs of all of us including our young children. Amina, Nesreen and Btissam at the kids club are amazing with children providing different activities. Would definitely recommend for a family visit. September seems a wonderful time to visit as the weather is perfect not too warm, the hotel is very peaceful as it is not busy at this time of year. Beach is very close. The pools are all clean and once again all the staff are just such a pleasure. They make the stay great. Would definitely recommend. My son had his 8th birthday here and the entire breakfast staff including the chefs and managers were amazing, made it very special. Will definitely be returning insha'Allah! J'ai payé ma chambre avec vue sur océan beaucoup trop cher sur Booking.com par rapport au prix proposé par l'hÎtel en direct, qui n'affichait plus de chambre libre pour les 2 nuits réservées sur Booking.com. Je suis trÚs déçu et projette de le faire savoir autour de moi. J'apprécierais un geste financier de la part de l'hÎtel Hilton ou de Booking.com. The hotel itself is beautiful. Definitely worth a visit. Like a lot of similar resorts in Morocco, I think the food is overpriced for what you get. But this is common here. Unfortunately, after visiting many places in this beautiful country, the level of littering on public beaches (including those on either side of this resort) is heartbreaking.

I visited the hotel in Tanger mulpitle times in September with friends. The thing that stood me by most was how helpfull the staff is and in particular Abderrahim Sahraoui. The kindness and joy he had in his job was absolutely amazing to see. My friend and I mentioned that we missed our tea in the morning and he did not hesitate to make it happen for us eventhough it was not on the menu. My 5 stars go to abderrahim as he is worth more than 5 stars!

TambiĂ©n se olvidaron de poner 3 toallas, son pequeños detalles que no nos impidieron disfrutar de la experiencia y tampoco les damos importancia pero al venir a un Hilton tenĂamos grandes expectativas.

Chambre trop petite, mĂ©nage inexistant, serviettes apportĂ©es seulement aprĂšs plusieurs jours, frigo hors service et impossibilitĂ© de conserver les repas des bĂ©bĂ©s. Demande de chauffe-biberon faite Ă 12h, livrĂ©e seulement Ă 14h30⊠inacceptable avec des enfants. Points positifs : repas variĂ©s et trĂšs bonsai niveau du buffet, restaurant Tucano agrĂ©able (sauf refus de chauffer les pots pour bĂ©bĂ© par une employĂ©e), hammam impeccable et personnel du spa trĂšs professionnel. En rĂ©sumĂ© : superbe cadre mais organisation et service dĂ©plorables, avec un sentiment de favoritisme envers certains clients. Je ne reviendrai pas.

My experience was truly amazing. The Hotel is stunning, the atmosphere is fabulous, and everything exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was very satisfied with the warm welcome from the reception and concierge team. A special thank you to Jihan,Fatima Zahra, as well as the entire reception team, for their kindness, professionalism, and helpfulness. Breakfast was wonderful â there was a wide variety of delicious food, and the staff were always smiling and attentive. Dinner was equally amazing, with a lovely atmosphere and excellent service. I sincerely appreciate the efforts of everyone, from the management to the entire team, for making my stay so enjoyable. I truly felt welcomed and well cared for. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back again.

The resort is soo beautiful, private beach ( soo much weed though) huge resort with such a bad service . Staff was nice polite the manager Mr Uthman was very nice but sweet words only dosnt make your stay well ! We reached resort at 4:30 pm on 7 September we were shown the one bedroom apartment and was beenbtold to be given the same once itâs ready . At 5:30 we were been moved to room from lobby , the room wasnât the same so we went back to reception to give us the room you promised . Again we were been told to that once room will b ready we will get moved . At 9 oâclock pm room got ready so we basically checked in to room at 9 at night . We were been travelling by road all day since past one week and having a room at 9 was tiring but we understand as itgere was a wedding in resort so the staff was busy we said itâs ok . We were been told and paid for the Seaview room on 8 September so this room ( room number 200 ) was for one night and the other one with sea view on 8 September was booked for second night . The room should be got by max 2 oâclock usually but this was too much we were been dragging to check into new room less than an hour once itâs get ready and this and that and donât know what but finally we got the room at 10:25 PM at night . The staff was really apologetic but does this make any good to a family who paid for staying in the room twice at late night ?? The interesting part was the wedding and all guests were checkout on 8 morning and they were still soooooo lazy doing cleanings . The breakfast was ok reasonably nice not great . There was an issue in the door lock of the room which was clearly shown to the housekeeper and wasnât get fixed by anyone . No toilet paper in the toilet ! No water bottles in the first room . The deco room was room number ( 150) which was very nice view but what we do with the view when we got the room at 10:25 and were planning to leave to another city 8 in morning which we mentioned them earlier. The service made our experience soo disappointed . âčïž Please make sure and get their wording that max 2 oâclock you will get your room to be checked inn otherwise they are too good in dragging time.

L'environnement est adapté pour une famille. Le buffet qui est varié au petit-déjeuner et au dßner. Tout le personnel qui est vraiment serviable et à l'écoute, surtout les personnes travaillant au buffet, exemple : une personne nous a concocté une purée pour notre bébé de 7 mois sans qu'on lui demande et nous l'a apportée sur notre table, avec aussi un dessert.
Cons: La vue de notre chambre qui devait ĂȘtre une sur la mer, or ce n'Ă©tait pas le cas, j'ai d'ailleurs payĂ© au prĂ©alable pour l'avoir, c'Ă©tait plutĂŽt une vue sur pelouse, il y a donc tromperie pour un service qui n'aura pas Ă©tĂ© satisfait. RĂ©ponse de la rĂ©ception : vous avez rĂ©servĂ© pour un sĂ©jour court, donc nous privilĂ©gions les clients avec de longues rĂ©servations. Or j'ai rĂ©servĂ© pour 3 nuits en demi-pension, et bien entendu pas de geste commercial de quelque nature que ce soit. C'est un Ă©norme dysfonctionnement. J'ai dĂ» appeler pour avoir un lit bĂ©bĂ©, alors que je l'avais dĂ©jĂ rĂ©servĂ© lors de ma rĂ©servation. Pour une chambre Deluxe king size vue sur mer coĂ»tant un prix important, l'expĂ©rience est metigĂ©e.

Location - Out the way. Hotel runs shuttle bus to the city at specific time, pick up and return once a day. Pre booking is required. Taxi fare can be expensive from hotel to city centre. Hotel - The hotel grounds are beautiful. Relaxing and calm atmosphere. Great swimming pools and not to deep. Kids had great fun. The beach is a few steps away which is convenient, alot of plastic washed on to the sand which was a shame other than that i really enjoyed my walks along beach. Half Board - breakfast and dinner - a good selection of cuisines. Lunch which was not included in HB. We instead bought from their poolside restaurant "Toucan". Expect to pay more than UK prices. Magarita pizza was good however chicken and pesto was bland with rip off price. Also their idea of a Taco is a Wrap! Avoid this as its over priced equivalent to ÂŁ15.00 and tasted bland!. I wouldnt mind paying the price considering we had no access to any other restaurant however the flavours need to match the extotionate prices!. Staff- The recep staff are ok but feel they can be better. Spoke little English, explaining things was quite difficult. One paticular staff sits at the desk area was very rude and was insensitive when asked about medical attention. All other staff were extremely friendly,polite and hard working. The hotel should be lucky to have them. Shout out to outlet manager, EL Moataz EL Haddalahi for ensuring we were comfortable and cheked in to see if were having a good day.

Cons: Jâai sĂ©journĂ© dans cet hĂŽtel en aoĂ»t 2025 et jâai Ă©tĂ© extrĂȘmement déçue, au point de quitter les lieux aprĂšs seulement 2 nuits alors que jâavais rĂ©servĂ© 6 jours. Le service est indigne dâun 5 Ă©toiles. Le personnel nâest pas accueillant, peu professionnel et clairement en sous-effectif. Ma chambre nâĂ©tait toujours pas faite Ă 18h30, ce qui est inacceptable dans un hĂŽtel de ce standing. Le petit-dĂ©jeuner est mal organisĂ© : manque de couvert, impossible de trouver une petite cuillĂšre pour touillĂ© mon cafĂ© !! et la qualitĂ© nâest pas au rendez-vous. Le buffet du soir (40 ⏠par adulte) Ă©tait une vĂ©ritable dĂ©ception : nourriture mĂ©diocre, tables sales non dĂ©barrassĂ©es, manque dâorganisation total. Jâai mĂȘme entendu un cuisinier dire quâil ne pouvait pas servir trop de saumon de peur quâil nây en ait plus, ce qui est aberrant pour un buffet. Les prix pratiquĂ©s sont exorbitants (plus de 500 ⏠la nuit pour un appartement) pour un service aussi catastrophique. Aucune considĂ©ration du client : lorsque nous avons dĂ©cidĂ© de partir plus tĂŽt, personne nâa essayĂ© de comprendre ni de retenir notre rĂ©servation.

We arrived at 2:30 PM to check in, but it took a while for our room to be ready. From 2:30 to 4:00 PM, we were checking with the reception, and they informed us the room was not yet available. At 4:00 PM, a kind member of the reception team noticed us resting in the lobby and asked if anyone had assisted us. We explained that we had completed the check-in process and were waiting for our room. She returned to apologize that the check-in would take a bit longer, as the rooms were still not ready. The team kindly offered us welcome drinks, which was a thoughtful gesture. At 4:40 PM, we finally received our room. After that, our stay was a great experience. We did notice some ants in the room, but it did not affect our stay. A special thank you to Hasna in the main restaurant for her positive energy and excellent cooperationâit truly made our experience even better. Overall, a pleasant stay with attentive staff who made us feel welcome.
